I have been to SushiMe countless times, and it's the best conveyor belt sushi I've ever had. It's wonderful. Usually I order a little sashimi as well; they encourage you to use the menu, no problem. But today I tried to order some sashimi and the waiter -- I hadn't seen this guy before, normally the waitstaff are wonderful -- shot me a dirty look and snapped, "there's already salmon belly nigiri on the conveyor belt, just pick it off the rice." I didn't order anything else, and left hungry after settling my small tab. I certainly wasn't going to give them any more of my money. read more

I ordered from here through Uber Eats today and was a bit disappointed by the quality. I love sushi, but one piece of albacore nigiri tasted gross enough that I couldn't make myself even try the other. The sake, hamachi, and tako (octopus) nigiri were decent, but not great. They didn't offer unagi nigiri on the Uber menu, so I ordered unagi donburi instead and found the sweet BBQ sauce overpowering the thin unagi slices. No real crab sushi was offered. Portions were small but fair for the price IMHO. This was not a terrible experience, but I wouldn't order again from here either. Maybe the dining-in experience is better, but I already have many fantastic sushi options for dining in. read more

My family and I have been eating at Sushi Me for several years. The foot is spectacular, but more importantly, the service is good. The chefs have always been engaged and accommodating, including making creative and fun dishes for the younger members of our family. The food is always delicious and well-prepared. The fish is always extremely fresh and, even though sushi can often times be unclean, we've never had any problems. We will continue to be regular customers, cause it's a great quality experience! read more

I think I'm in love...we went to Sushi Me last night for dinner after hearing a few good reviews from folks at work. The counter seating at the conveyor belt was just perfect as the little nooks on the corner turns made it feel like you were the only ones in the restaurant. Then there was the selection of sushi. It was amazing compared to Blue C (in Fremont) and Marinepolis (in Seattle). Every roll I wanted was on the conveyor belt, even the specials. I particularly enjoyed the Sushi Me special (which was similar to the rainbow roll) and the Lion King roll which was deep fried. The prices were a bit more expensive than Blue C and Marinepolis, but having such a great selection to choose from made it worthwhile. We'll definitely be back here! read more

I loved their sushi! When it comes to sushi, I get a little bit picky but their sushi was very fresh and had lots of choices. I loved all their rolls from the belt and their service was great. My friend was actually working when I came to eat and he made the best udon ever. I wouldn't say it's that cheap here but I think it was well worth it. read more

OMG! We used to be regular here but this time we came, it was totally horrible. Sushi rice taste like crap! I ate 1 piece of sushi and almost want to spit it out immediately. This is the best kaiten sushi places around! It may be a tiny bit more expensive than Sushi Land in downtown Bellevue, but the quality is well worth it. My only complaint is that the servers aren't always attentive when you want to pay the bill, I usually have to flag them down. read more

It just opened, and is apparently a big hit. The quality of sushi is much better than Sushiland, but probably a little less than Blue C Sushi. The price is a little more expensive than Sushiland, too, and less than Blue C. I had dinner there with a co-worker, and must say that I'm a fan. The sushi is well made, and while I'm hoping for a bit more variety, what they did, they did well. The special-order uni was not fishy like some other places. The rolls didn't fall apart (always a plus). I also liked that they offered dessert. The creme brulee was more a flan than a brulee, but was nice regardless as an ending to our meal. The head chef was attentive to the fact that our special-ordered dessert came very late, an comped us for the dessert. Overall, I'd come back again. read more

Came here on Friday for dinner by myself but I left without been served or had anything to eat. Service is terrible!!!!!!! I was the first in line to be seated but waitress chose to seat other guests first who were behind me and then just totally ignored my existence. Why???!!! We come here for lunch every now and then. Decent sushi, considering the price. The sushi selection can be kind of random, which is good and bad, depending on what you prefer. Overall, it's not someplace I'd suggest going, since my preferred sushi is Nishino, but it's also a lunchtime choice that I'm pretty happy with. read more

Went here this past weekend and was impressed. I work right by a SushiLand so I frequent the place and have grown rather weary of the low quality of sushi that they have. I also used to work by a Blue C Sushi and was turned off by the high price to quality ratio there. Visiting SushiMe I had low expectations. The prices were indeed lower than Blue C Sushi and the quality and selection were clearly better than Blue C and SushiLand. The main perk were all the interesting rolls you could order. Obviously, like any other conveyor belt Sushi restaurant, you can only visit this place every so often before getting too tired of it. But all in all, I'd say this place is better than SushiLand and Blue C. I would visit this place again... probably not for another month or so though... read more

I usually don't expect much from sushi on a conveyer belt or kaitenzushi testaurants, but since I was nearby, I decided to try it. The interior was smaller than some of the other sushi places I have been to but it reminded me of a typical sushi place in Japan. I liked that they had several widescreen tvs. There was a good variety of sushi. And best of all, it was fresh! I was pleasantly surprised by this. The sushi selection is great but unless it gets very busy- the variety is much limited so you would need to just order separately. But other than that, the service is great. It's your standard conveyor belt sushi. I came here for lunch on Easter because other places were closed. The tuna was a good deal but it didn't taste like tuna. You have to watch out before you grab something off the conveyor belt since the plate that followed the sign are not always what is said on the sign. We wanted to grab takoyaki and we were kind of surprised that the plate that followed sign "takoyaki" was a bamboo steam basket looking thing. When we grabbed it, there were shumai inside. You can also order from the menu. I thought the agedashi tofu was interesting looking as the tofu was totally submerged in the sauce. I wouldn't recommend ordering the dish. Overall the food was okay, the service was reasonable, but it's really nothing to write home about and I probably won't visit again. read more

Kaiten sushi is always ideal for quick sushi eating on the go. Sushi Me is great but I feel that it's a bit pricey for the location- being in the isolated area of crossroads, it's the best you can get. I like that they have different types of rolls made topped with the unagi sauce. Their sashimi was quality for raw fish. I liked the ahi poke, but it had a minor fishy taste to it. I feel that with poke, you can get rid of that fishy taste. Maybe I just had a different batch of poke made... I ordered the green tea ice cream here. Oh boy did they scoop the ice cream into your bowl! I had about 2.5 scoops of ice cream and all I wanted was just one. Parking is not a problem. Seating was definitely not a problem (well for a Thursday night, yah, not a problem). The people there are very friendly and attentive. Tea and water were always filled. The bill was heftier than I had intended. The 3 of us ate a fair amount of plates but I didn't expect the bill to be a bit more than some other places. It's great here, but don't know if I'd return a second time. read more

Great portions for conveyor belt sushi. I wish I was in the area more to enjoy this place. Waitresses were very attentive and the chefs were always within an earshot to take an order. Also had this rice bowl with what seemed like seared salmon and it was really good. A huge order for the price. I find Sushi Me fresh and taste great every time. The Lion King is one of my favorites! Place is always friendly, clean and I don't feel like the food has been sitting for longs period of time. All the food here is wonderful very fresh and large assortment. They also have a good variety of foods for the non sushi lover. Service is great also. Highly recommend! It is literally the only place I like lol. Every other place I try gets compared to them and it never measures up. read more

This place was fine. I was there a little after 11, and there were only six plates of one roll going around the conveyor belt. I waited for a while to see what else would be offered, but it took a really long time for anything of interest to be up on the bar. Maybe this isn't the best place for lunch? Or perhaps it's best just to order from the menu. I had a couple of really delicious rolls, like the philadelphia and the seared salmon, but the rest was pretty average. Its become our new Kaiten sushi lunch spot. Compared to other sushi joints in Redmond, Sushi Me has a wide variety of special rolls that include jalapeno and sweet potato chips and the raw fish is quality too. However, its a bit pricey compared to other Kaiten places, but you are paying for the freshness. read more

I actually eat at Sushi Me fairly often and have been doing so for several years. Even when they have a rush and it gets hectic, people are nice. They know me by sight, ask how I am, etc. I think the sushi is VERY good quality considering the prices, especially compared to Genki and other places nearby. About two weeks ago I had the best hamachi I have ever had; it was sweet, with just that slight tinge of the ocean to it. (To the person who complained their sushi was COLD- if they make you nigiri that wasn't out on the belt, the sushi WILL be cold, because the fish has been refrigerated!). I really like their spicy tuna, and even though it's pedestrian, their California rolls are fresh, with a nice coating of roe. I also like their seafood tempura and calamari - both are nice on cold days, and their fried tofu is good! Their miso is tasty too, and their salmon nigiri is generally excellent. What stops me from giving another star are just a few things - I've seen dust collecting a little bit here and there, on the dividers around the belt and on the fixtures overhead. I know it's difficult to clean them because of clearances between the posts and glass, but I do notice it. Also, I've been in a few times just off peak hours and the belt has been thin. I don't mind ordering off the menu, but sometimes I want to pop in quickly and grab things off the belt; I also know they don't want food to go bad and unless it's super busy they don't want to pack it with things they'll have to throw away, but I think they can do a little better on the 'just-off-peak' lunch and dinner times. They are accommodating and helpful though, which I appreciate; a few weeks ago I was going to grab some calamari from the belt and one of the waiters said, 'let me get you a fresh one' and took it and brought me back a hot, just out of the fryer one a few minutes later. I appreciate that. I'm sorry for the people who have had a bad experience, because I've literally eaten there over a hundred times during the past 3 years or so and only a few times have I ever had anything to quibble over, and I have NEVER gotten sick. read more

Favorite spot for a quick sushi fix! I have never had to wait and can be in and out usually in 30mins of less which is perfect for a quick lunch! I love the sushi belt which allows you to sample a ton of different rolls. The sushi is always fresh and delicious:) read more
