Stopped in here for a Sunday afternoon "linner" with my husband and two kids, really not sure what to expect. I was a little stressed out a first impression because I wasn't sure what was going on and we were waiting for a forth chair, but I very quickly warmed up....almost as fast as my six year old who immediately started grabbing food off of the rotation conveyer belt. Trying to tell exactly what type of sushi you're grabbing can be tricky, but everything we took was delicious. I regret not reviewing the menu first because what I really wanted was noodles, and by the time I realized it was an option, I was full. I very much appreciated the large variety, the freshness of the food, and how quickly new items were being added. We will definitely come back again.

This is really one of our go-to easy sushi places if we want to just have a quick meal. The place isn't usually packed which is good if you don't want to wait. I usually like the selection they have and the staff is pretty awesome. The food is good. Love their calamari tentacles & fried garlic green beans. The masago and tamago are also our go-to orders. Overall definitely recommended.

This place is so fun! I have been looking for conveyer belt sushi for a while, and didn't realize that this spot existed all along. We came for dinner on a weekday and it was pretty busy, but we were lucky to get seated immediately at one of their booth tables in the back. Otherwise, it is counter seating. They charge by the color of the plate, so certain pieces are more expensive than others. I must say that there were a ton of good quality pieces, but not sure if all are worth the price tag. For example, the seared salmon (red plate) is pretty comparable to the fatty seared salmon (purple plate). It's really easy to rack up the price here, and we ended up spending around $50 each without even really overdoing it. I think it's a super fun spot with some yummy food - just be prepared to spend a good amount for the full experience!

I have eaten here 17 times in the last 4 mo according to my credit card so you would think at some point the waitstaff would act like they recognize me or that my order is familiar since I order the exact thing every time. So that is odd, especially since I am super friendly. So kudos to Sam who finally proactively brought me an item that I literally ask for every single time. I have also noticed that he is the only person who consistently is hustling and working quickly, yet thoroughly, to help customers and clean up different areas. Most of the servers there seem to be moving rather slowly and many times not available when we need them and not even visible. I'm not sure where they are or what they're doing. Strangely, the most difficult thing to do there is actually pay the bill. If they happen to be in the area, it's extremely hard to get their attention. None of them seem to really ever be looking around at people in general to see if anyone has a need or to see if anyone is looking around for waitstaff. So I would say service is my biggest pet peeve about the place. They are pleasant but have the issues I said. The food is always consistently good whether you like sushi or soup. It is conveyor style but you can also order whatever you want if you prefer to do that. There is at least one chicken dish and maybe two that are teriyaki. They do have avocado rolls and cucumber rolls if you don't like fish. They do have tamari sauce if you are gluten-free and cannot have soy sauce. So as long as you are fine with a service experience I explained above, you will enjoy the food. in terms of sushi for the entire Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland area, it's some of the best you can get and the price point is just right. My sushi-loving friends would agree When you arrive, if there is a wait, you sign yourself in on the waitlist using their iPad. The waiting area inside is very small and seats about four adults. There is a large waiting area outside but it is not covered. Overall, I would recommend it and I am sure others would as well based on how busy it gets around eating times .

Locally owned, conveyor belt sushi restaurant, serving up a variety of Japanese inspired dishes including a decent selection of different seafood, including toro. Located in Bellevue, WA, Sushi Me is a medium size restaurant where the sushi chefs are in the middle of the oval-shaped conveyor belt, constantly making sushi while hungry diners grab what they want as different colored plates rotate around. My daughter and I came for a NYE lunch and the inside was about half full. Comparing it to Kura Sushi, there are similarities and differences: Similarities: -- Sushi that goes around a conveyor -- various different rolls were the majority, most very colorful, and coming in either sets of two to four slices. -- you can order things not on the conveyor like hand rolls and hot noodle soups. I ordered the hot seafood udon soup ($10), which had plenty of seafood...it was excellent, though small (makes sense considering the price) -- The total price adds up quick. Differences: -- the chefs are at the center and visible here, unlike at Kura where they are in the back. -- All seating is bar-type. There were no booth type seating, which would have allowed more people to dine concurrently. - custom sushi with unique names: "Bellevue Roll", "Seahawks Roll", "Seattle Roll". -- special orders must be placed with the server when they can come around. And it did seem short-staffed, so it was infrequent. At Kura, everything is done through a kiosk at every table, and -- delivered by conveyor belt. All custom was delivered to you directly by the chef or server. -- unlike Kura where every plate is the same color, here it is different prices: ranging from $3, all the way to $9 per plate, with the vast majority being $5.50. -- one dish I loved was the deep fried calamari...very reasonable for $5.50, and one option was a dish just of deep fried squid tenacles, which I thought was awesome. -- the hand rolls were not as good (or as big), here, even for a higher price. I tried the kimchi handroll for $5.50, and it was just sushi rice with sour kimchi wrapped in nori. disappointingly overpriced, and not worth getting again. The salmon handroll had a lot of salmon, but so-so quality. I thought the sushi tasted better than what I've had at Kura, and the noodle soup was definitely better. But it's also quite a bit more expensive, and while we both filled up, the total was over $80 for the two of us, including tip.

Good rolls and selection. Sweet shrimp is the best. Pricer than the typical conveyer belt sushi restaurant. The young adult or teenage servers aren't very attentive and had to call them over numerous times for help. They did not offer to refill my drink at all.

Pulled up to Sushi Me on a rainy Friday just after 6PM. Once you enter, you can join the waitlist on a tablet, but there is limited indoor seating for waiting parties. Fortunately, there were only about 4 parties ahead of us and they almost all got seated right as we walked in. The parking lot they share with a bunch of other restaurants was pretty packed, but if there are truly no spots, you can always park across the street at Crossroads. Overall, the quality of the fish here is pretty solid. If you come when they're busy, everything on the line tends to be super fresh - hot food is still hot and the chefs are constantly putting out more sushi. If you want to order less popular items, you do have to flag down an actual waiter to place your order in person and when it's busy, I would expect to wait a bit for your item. If you're overwhelmed by the selection, I'd recommend the Toro and Salmon Belly Nigiri, but you really can't go wrong with most of their items. Pricing wise, I've seen a lot of people rave about how reasonable it is, but I actually this place can be a little steep - my partner and I dropped triple digits on our bill before tax and tip.

This has been my "go-to" sushi place on my lunch break. Some people may have hesitation about going to a conveyor belt sushi place but rest assured, the sushi here is top notch. The fish is fresh and there are a variety of options. The lunch shift in particular has been great for in and out service when your time is limited. Service is pretty good to order additional items off the menu and/or for your beverage choice. I also coming here because there is a TV to catch day time games while enjoying your sushi. Overall great ambiance and perfect for a midday option. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a decent conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, Sushi Me will deliver. We came for dinner on a Saturday night and the wait wasn't too bad. People seemed to dine fairly quickly, especially since all of the food is already made. The quality of the fish was okay. For what you're paying, it's decent quality. I was a bit skeptical to see some items without a lid. For sanitation purposes, it'd be nice to see all of the plates on the belt covered with a clear lid. I was disappointed with the selection on the belt but if you are looking for a particular item on the menu, you can just flag down a server and place an order. Sushi Me is yet another conveyor belt sushi place where the price is reasonable and there's decent quality fish. read more

If you're looking for a revolving sushi bar that is at a very fair and generous price for what it is, this is the spot to be! Sushi is absolutely delicious and the fish is super fresh along with the other ingredients. This is my go-to spot for sushi and I love a conveyor belt! We frequent this place a lot, but it looks like quality is dropping and I hope it picks up. A lot of the food is now un-covered, no idea why. Selection was non existent. We also found a big and very sharp piece of plastic in my son's Udon bowl. If he had eaten it we would be in the hospital. I'm glad the server took the feedback and apologized, but this was dangerous and I'm not sure management got the message. This could have been really serious and feels like it's related to a quality drop. We used to come here all the time, I hope this was a blip but with some of the other reviews, I worry. read more

Prices are like in other sushi bars but the main difference here is that there was no variety at all! The band was almost empty except for 5 dishes. The tags started to look funny without food. We had to ask for water because no one asked us what yo order or if we wanted anything to drink. Sundays are the most crowded days. They seemed understaffed: 2 cooks, 1 waitress, and 1 manager that asked me to help putting down some stuff hahaha. All the people looked hungry and not that excited about waiting when you are supposed to get food from the moving band. No convenience at this place at least today. We tried various makis but these were the best at least for is: the spicy tuna, Ocean crab, Crunchy Cali. Gyoza seemed to have been dancing there for some minutes because they were cold and a bit hard. Probably because there are no lids on the plates. read more

This is the best conveyor belt sushi I have eaten. Fresh and delicious. The tuna is very yummy. We tried so many thing on the menu and loved all of it for sure. The staff is nice and friendly. Yes they wore masks and rubber gloves. This is a average cost for sushi around 3-5 dollars for a plate. I love the Sake as well. They have draft beer and canned as well. I highly recommend trying this place. If you like spicy they will make it spicy for you for sure. Back to the price. This is easy since the plates are colored to show costs.. i.e. green is 2 dollars and purple is 5 dollars. This place has great food and it tasted fresh. I will be coming back for sure. Both food and service was very good! Sushi is available on the conveyer belt or you can order them. I did noticed after awhile that most of the sushi on the belt sat there during my entire meal so I ordered all of my seared sushi since I liked them warm. Service was quick, didn't need to wait long for my food. And oh man, if you like scallops, YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR SEARED SCALLOPS SUSHI. I was honestly not expecting that it would be this good, but it was. Make sure you get it fresh though. They did miss a plate of masago sushi we ordered but in the end they comped an extra plate off our bill due to that. The only other thing I noticed was I couldn't find the prices tags corresponding to the color of the plate, which is kind of dangerous lol(especially for me). I didn't ask them so I don't know if it's just somewhere else that I didn't look at. I simply went on their menu and looked at the prices of the sushi instead. Overall 5/5, I 100% recommend!! read more

This place is actually really great!! Sushi is super well priced, it's really good, and the services is really impeccable. It really reminds me of like Genki Sushi, which was a really affordable brand that used to be around the Seattle area. They just recently remodeled, and it looks great. The seating is kind of better in my opinion now. Would highly recommend this place give it a shot. It's gonna be great!!! read more

This place was so freaking satisfying! It was me and my friends' first indoor dining sushi experience since the pandemic, so we went ham and ordered so much lol. And we were not disappointed! We ordered with our server and everything came out so fast and fresh. Healthy portions and great value for the price. The service was amazing, everyone was very attentive and gracious. Very good. Fun way to eat a few different things for a reasonable price. Have been here 3 times, the best is always the seared salmon. The salmon here is generally good, including the collar. Best at lunch while it's busy. I would not recommend the fried items as they're a bit hard to time and aren't good cold. Service isn't anything to write home about but it's compensated by a conveyor belt. read more

We stopped in the early evening for "take out", so due to COVID restrictions, we could not enjoy all the benefits they offer inside. Consequently, prices were on the high side. ...and of course the tempura was cold by the time we got home. None-the-less, the portions were adequate, the quality of the sushi was superb (with a generous ratio of fish to garnishes). We will return when restaurants are open for full service. read more

This place was disappointing. It's a conveyor belt sushi place. Nothing looked very appetizing but we were willing to give it a try. The miso soup was just some extremely salty water, hardly any tofu or scallions etc. The plates start at $3 though we went in the afternoon and did not find any $3 plates on the belt. Sushi was average, overpriced for the quantity. We paid $60 for 3 people and we were not even full. We went across the street to the food court at Crossroads for coffee and pastries because all of us were disappointed with the meager offerings at Sushi Me. I will not be back. read more

You know I've had belt sushi for years and now the price is really not much cheaper than having real fresh made to order sushi at a sushi restaurant my last time here the food was soggy and lots of rolls just fall apart. It cost 2 of us over 50 bucks and we really didn't leave full. read more

I've been going here for over a decade now and they don't disappoint. Their quality of fish matches the price and sometimes goes above and beyond. Waiters and waitresses can have more respect but the chefs are always kind and welcoming. Overall good easy place to go but don't expect top shelf sushi cause we'll it's conveyer belt! read more

Great place with a really good selection. I like how you can order from the menu or pick up options that are on the conveyor belt. Honestly this is the best conveyor belt sushi I've had in the Seattle area so far. Every roll has great flavor and is good sized. The only thing they can improve on is going up to you and asking if you want to order since it's hard to flag someone down to place a special order. read more

We ordered a sashimi plate plus 6 plates from the belt(red plate for salmon & blue plate for fatty salmon) total cost $53 for two. I didn't see a green plate on the belt. The fried squid was overly treated with chemical and had bitterness. The sashimi plate was OK. I could spend same amount of money at "I love sushi" for more food, better sushi, better tea, better plating, and better service. I would not recommend due to too pricey and the food quality. read more

3.5 stars rounded up: Sometimes you just want a quick sushi fix and this place seems to always be consistent. While not the cheapest especially compared to Sushi Land, the quality makes up for it relatively. I could eat the seared salmon endlessly here. The conveyor belt was mostly full for a later Sunday lunch and had a decent variety. Most of the items looked well presented and fresh. We didn't have to wait too long when we wanted specific items off the menu either. Service was attentive when needed. If you are super hungry and can eat sushi nonstop then you expect to end up paying for it at the end. read more

This is our go-to sushi spot on the eastside of Lake WA. The salmon belly is always super fresh. Other favorites include: Seahawks Roll, Bellevue Roll, Seared Salmon, Spicy Salmon/ Spicy Tuna Gunkan. The hot tea is good and doesn't have a bitter taste like other places. Even though it's a conveyor belt sushi spot, the quality is top notch. We like it even better than Kura. (Mainly due to the insane wait times at Kura) Tip: If you like the salmon collar, order it when you sit down as it can sometimes take a while to make. Also save room for desert! Their tempura ice cream is so good! read more

Good for a quick sushi fix. The revolving belt is great when you're hungry and couldn't wait for your food. Menu offer other types of Japanese and a few Chinese food. Food quality is ok. If you feel like having sushi but don't want to pay the $$$ and prefer a super casual setting, then this is the place for you. It gets really warm inside. And it gets busy! Sorry no pics. read more

Food was decent but service and ambiance were poor. I was surprised by the high pricing of conveyor belt sushi as there weren't clear pricing of the plates around the restaurant. I wouldn't have minded if the service was better. Took us awhile for the server to check in on us and pay. Would not recommend or come back. read more

This place is a great way to fill up on sushi for a small amount of money. I paid $18 for 5 plates and I was stuffed. That is unheard of!! So delicious. Definitely will be coming back. Wish the staff was a little more attentive, it took us awhile to flag a server down for our check but other than that it was a great experience. These green beans were fantastic read more

I'm from California and this was my first time here. They really have a wide selection of offerings from sashimi to udon, ramen, sesame balls, etc. This is what caught my attention- something for everyone ! I didn't try the ramen because I was too stuffed but friend said it was good. My two favorites were the Lion King and shumai. I would totally come back to eat here or recommend to others. If you don't see an item you want on the conveyor belt, you can just order it from the server. read more

This is a nice conveyor sushi place. Most of the plates on the conveyor belt was rolls. They have very limited nigiris. I have been coming here for about five years. Sushi me is not my first choice when it comes to sushi in Seattle, but it's very good for around the Bellevue Redmond area. Average price, and slightly better than average sushi. Definitely better quality than Sushiland but not same quality as Musashis or Umi Sake House. Their baked mussels have gotten better. The calamari, California roll, and sashimi have always been good and consistent. For some reason I feel like the wasabi here isn't spicy at all. I have to put like a teaspoon on each piece of sushi to taste it at all. That's not the case with the wasabi I get from other places I've been to. Same with the ginger not being as strong. I got the ramen for the first time today. The tonkatsu broth was okay, not too much flavor. The chicken in it was tasty and juicy. I feel like for ramen, the egg should be slightly undercooked, whereas here it is boiled completely. The waitresses are very attentive and check on you a lot. It felt at times that they were just trying to get people to finish and get out of there, but that might just be because it's always busy. Overall, good place for quick sushi dinner of above average quality (3.5 stars), but not five star quality. read more

Ordered delivery for three people, 7 rolls total. The food was good but they need to work on their packaging and organizing. Read on below.. 1- all the rolls came lumped into 3 containers with no labeling of order names or item names -- like we're supposed to know what roll is what by looking at them when they all look similar. How are the three of us supposed to separate the food when it's all mixed together? 2- for all these rolls they sent 4 measly packets of soy sauce. That's barely enough for 2 rolls.. cmon guys you're really gonna send a single order of soy sauce for this size order? Overall the experience was ruined with the frustration of not being able to figure out what rolls were what, and by having to budget soy sauce like a bunch of beggars. read more

This is my favorite sushi place in Bellevue. You can show up in casual clothes or all dressed up, no matter you always feel comfortable. The wait is never too long, even though they are always busy. They have put up dividers between the tables for covid and all the sushi on the conveyor belt is covered with a little see through lid. It's all delicious, I haven't eaten anything I didn't love. Beer is served with a frosty glass and makes it go down that much faster! Price is good as well. Fun little date night spot. I even opted to come here for my 40th birthday rather than a fancier sushi joint! read more

First of all this is the best sushi place i have been to minus i Love (heart) sushi. every time i go here the staff is super friendly and fast. the place is well kept and i think the owner is even in the kitchen making some sushi sometimes. i like the bright lights and new tvs they just got, they make it seem pretty fancy. oh yea, the food is extremely good for the price too. i mean some of my favorites here are the saba, it melts in your mouth, cajun salmon, and the fried kalamari all of which are a whopping $2 or under.plus, they always have specials bringing some of the more expensive items into a realm that i am comfortable paying (college student). i always see tons of people here so i know I'm not alone, when i say this but SushiMe is probably one of the best sushi spots on the east side. keep it up guys! read more

Listen up you complainers! Suhsi Me left me feeling great! Food was fresh with enough choice/variety. Green tea was delicious and free of charge as usual. But the reason for my 5 star review is the great attitude that the server had. He was very polite and also quick. He brought me everything that I ordered promptly. The payment process was quick and painless. If you notice a lot of the reviews here are folks complaining about the price. I'd say this establisent isnt cheap but still a fair price for the quality received. The complainers just want cheap food which I totally understand in this economy... but I know from previous experience that one should never trust a cheap sushi place. I wish I lived in this area because I would definitely be visiting more often. read more

The building itself wasn't anything over the top.. It was kinda simple. Sometimes that could be a bad thing because you won't expect great food. My friend is a regular here so I knew it had to be good. We had a few appetizers; including their oysters and everything was really good! The sushi was amazing! I'm not a big fan of fried food so I wasn't crazy about their fried sushi but everything else that was raw was great!
