The bento box is definitely the best deal, if you're looking for a well balanced meal. I got the bento box with katsu and a spicy tuna roll - and it included a salad, shrimp &vegetable tempura, rice, and miso soup! The meal was definitely filling, and I loved how much food you got for the price. The tempura was perfectly crunchy; the salad was fresh with a tangy dressing and the katsu was crispy. The miso soup was also good with firm tofu and the spicy tuna was just spicy enough. The garlic edamame was also served hot and had great flavor. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Been coming here for years, but freshness isn't really consistent. I ordered Salmon sushi (2 pieces) once, and I had to throw it away because it was rubbery and smelled fishy. It's good about 80% of the time to hit the spot, but I wouldn't call it super fresh. The employees there are so nice though. read more

I spent 160$ plus a tip and the sushi roll were not fresh at all and the portions were small.

I went first by myself and then again with my husband, and the sushi wasn't as good the second time, but it was still excellent. There was one waitress who was sweet despite handling the whole restaurant, and music at an appropriate level. It's in my new neighborhood and has a good chance of becoming my go-to place. read more

1st time here and was excited. Hard to find a place with my favorite lemon salmon sushi. (Lemon roll does have a sauce on it, I opted for no sauce) prices are not bad. Inside is very calm and clean. Lady that took my order was very nice, she did not rush me. I had requested no avocado due to allergy and cucumber as substitute. They followed requests, most sushi places always either put avocado and I need them to take it back or they just wipe off the avocado and serve me. So I'm happy they follow dietary restrictions. Take out review! My boyfriend and I ordered take around 8:00pm on a Wednesday and our food was ready in about 10-15 minutes! (Could have been faster but we waited outside) The ordering was actually easier outside because the windows have the menus enlarged! I got two rolls, the spicy cherry blossom roll & the crispy spicy tuna roll. My boyfriend got the baked lobster roll. The food itself was not any different than eating at the restaurant which I love!! It was still great and the presentation was exactly the same just in a box. My favorite was the crispy spicy tuna roll but it's a tough decision because the cherry blossom roll literally melts in your mouth!! My boyfriend loved his lobster roll. This place is horrible and such a disappointment. The sushi chef had gloves on making sushi while also putting food in his mouth and touching everything else in the kitchen without changing his gloves. The rolls have a ton of filler and barely any fish. The nigiri sushi was a bummer also, because it was very stringy and poor cuts of the fish when I paid more for better cuts. A lot of the rolls had a bright orangish red sauce that was not appealing. The spicy tiny was a fake bright red color, which tells me it was not fresh and possibly dyed. It was honestly the worst experience and such a bummer. They are lucky I didn't just get up and leave. I am shocked they have the ratings that they do...I don't get it. Beware! read more

3.5! I have lived within walking distance of this place for over six years, but never tried it. Why? The reviews were always terrible, and even now, all the recent reviews appear to be fake! Well, my husband wanted rolls last night and wanted to try something new. He suggested we finally try Sushi@Sushi. Ehhhhh ok. He called in the order and picked it up about 20 mins later. $37 for 2 specialty rolls, a California Roll, and a large mixed tempura. That's cheap! But the portions are tiny, so that definitely explains the pricing. At the usual place we get rolls from, they are HUGE! Big pieces that you can barely fit in your mouth, and rolls large enough to take up an entire to-go container. We always have leftovers. The rolls here are so small that they put both of them in one box! And they are SUPER small bites. No leftovers, which is OK. The "large" tempura was also tiny. Super small pieces of veg and skinny, small shrimp. But size doesn't matter, right? How about the taste? The CA roll literally had no flavor at all. The Crunchy Spicy Tuna (spicy tuna, cucumber, potato strings) and Golden Tiger Roll (shrimp tempura, cream cheese, avocado & spicy crab) were both very good! I was surprised since I went into this with low expectations. Their ginger is pickled though, so it doesn't have much kick to it. I love me some spicy ginger in between bites. The tempura was A-OK. Like I said, very small pieces. They weren't crispy at all though. Everything was limp and soggy, and it's not like there was some huge time difference between picking it up and getting it home. Just some mediocre tempura. It got the job done, we ate, we liked it. I am not dying for more though. I don't think I would feel comfortable eating Nigiri from here. I would be open to getting a roll for a cheap lunch sometime, but this will definitely not be a go to for dinner. I would rather pay more for huge rolls that are super filling and have leftovers for lunch the next day. read more
