You're literally talking to the people who work on your car, which is so reassuring. The shop itself is cute and clean. I had the front of my FL5 wrapped and got a full window tint. I'm extremely detail-oriented and had a ton of questions, but Josh was so patient, never once did I feel rushed. I also took forever choosing the tint shade, and Josh took the time showing me different examples. I even wanted to know how they wash the cars prior to PPF and tint application. I can tell you, they do everything the right way. Once they started, they kept me in the loop with frequent updates and photos. After a lot of research, I found that STEK is the top PPF, and that's exactly what they use. They also gave me recommendations on some of the other products they use to keep my paint pristine. Most importantly, the work is amazing, crystal clear, can't tell the PPF is on the car and windows tint is perfect. It has been just a few weeks, so I hope it holds up well since this is my first ever PPF, but Josh assured me the job and the film is guaranteed for 10 years, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. With the cost I spent 2021, it's been worth the wait from their services. I've had this car be a part of the line up for Spocom 2022, WekFest 2022, and a bunch of Electrify America in 2023. Everyone always asked where I got it wrapped, I never hesitated to share who did it and where was their business. Usually the color is what draws their attention first before anything else on the car.

I went in there for my 1 year Annual Coating Service for the same car and I have to tell you it was AMAZING. Harrison and Daniel told me it would take 2.5 hours and they were spot on. I had them do a the annual service which included the following: 1) Full hand car wash 2) Clay bar treatment 3) Wheels cleaned and tires dressed 4) Door jambs cleaned and interior vacuumed 5) Ceramic Pro Sport applied to all exterior services This treatment cost me $300 - WELL WORTH IT! For those who want to save a few dollars you can take out #4 and it would be $250 (I was told). I highly recommend these guys, I will take my 2011 E-350 there to get the coating done next. I mentioned, and even showed you pictures in person with date stamps, that those smudges were there prior to my service and wheel repair, and prior to bringing it to you guys. Date stamps on these pictures are from June 1st, which I showed you. These were not done by my the service or wheel repair team. I cleaned my car right after I picked it up and it was the same, minus the smudges that were there prior. Smudges were on top, side doors, trunk, hood, all over the car. I clean my car at home myself and know exactly what's there.

I started coming here after shopping for an exterior wash option for my brand new car which has a BMW Individual Frozen Paint matte finish. I called everywhere but many places did not use matte-safe products. Or they would not specify exact brand and state "PH safe only." Fabian was the only place that outlined their matte process in detail. I started by doing maintenance exterior washes here. His team of guys also always took time to educate me with their knowledge and are very transparent. I just picked up my car after they did a special matte safe ceramic coating. The team here was even able to use the special brand of Dr. Beasley's coating which I had requested. I was worried that the car would come out with a sheen or new glossy look over it but when I picked it up today, it completely maintained the matte/satin finish. After they apply the coating, they keep the car in their garage to cure for a day. Spotless as usual and they do a great job cleaning the rims and wheels too. Highly recommend especially for luxury or sports car owners.

Dynamic PPF basically combines the best of both worlds between wrap, traditional PPF, and some ceramic coatings, offering a refinish that is nearly indiscernible from paint (unlike many vinyl wraps), lasts longer than wrap (6-8+yrs vs 3-5), protects the paint better, and is often pretty hydrophobic.
