On my first day I met with Mike, and we went through my history and my fitness goals, and he didn't care that I hadn't been to the gym in forever. There was no judgement just support of my new fitness journey, and this made all the difference. They have a notice on the door as you go in that says "You did the hard part; we'll take it from here"- This is so true!
