Then randomly I came across the exact car located a few miles from my house. Also had my radio screen replaced due to delaminating. Fortunately my Jeep is still covered by extended warranty. My warranty dragged out the payment process and was impossible to get ahold of to figure things out. John was incredible. He communicated along the way which is literally all I ask for when my vehicle is in the shop. He went above and beyond to help get things sorted with the warranty place. First, my Jeep wagoner S bricked when trying to charge (wouldn't turn on or off) Upon arriving I was informed that they do not have a loaner program, but have a partnership with the rental place down the street and that Jeep covers $60 a day for a rental. After the most tedious set of back and forth calls with the "customer care" offshore call center, I was informed that only a portion of the bill would be covered. Apparently only $50 per day was covered and because a factory recall was also completed during the process, a day of rental was not being covered. All in all, $140 not covered, because this dealership doesn't provide loaners and jeep corporate sucks and will do anything to screw a customer (even for such a paltry sum) No apology for their car sucking and breaking down despite being only 11 months old, no credit for having to take 2 days off of work, just a, here let's make your experience a pain in the ass, and then, let's try to screw you in the process. Stay away from both this dealership and Jeep as a manufacturer

Which lead me back to Abe and his team, I made an appointment online and was seen a couple days after, Abe greeted me after the appraisal and gave me a very fair number. He was also very transparent on the value of the car and what their price would be when they decide to sell it. We both have excellent credit and were serious buyers. Unfortunately, we never even had the opportunity to begin the process because no one assisted us. We stood outside in the sun for more than 30 minutes and, during that time, asked two different staff members if someone could help us. Despite our requests, no one ever came. Meanwhile, another family who arrived after us was greeted and assisted almost immediately. Whether intentional or not, the experience left us feeling invisible and questioning whether we were treated differently because we are Latino. No customer should ever leave a dealership wondering if their ethnicity played a role in how they were treated. We ultimately left without ever speaking to a salesperson or receiving any assistance. Purchasing a luxury vehicle should come with a level of professionalism, respect, and equal treatment for every customer. Sadly, that was not our experience here.

But I took my car in for a regular service and was quoted, get this, $2,100 for a new A/C compressor, only after waiting 3 hours and watching through the window as no one worked on my car. I of course couldn't pay that and took it to a local mechanic after a recommendation, who let me know that my A/C compressor was fine- it was merely a broken electrical relay system. Parts and labor? $120. Subaru Santa Monica quoted me essentially a 90% markup. This place truly preys upon if you don't know about cars or aren't under warranty. Avoid if you're not under warranty- I knew these places could be bad but not this bad.
