Once I sent her pictures, she would not respond to me any further, I sent 3 more emails asking for a refund and never got any response. I don't understand how a business can operate like that. I had to file a claim with my CC and finally received the refund. This Jessica does not care about her customers in the least, I was devastated that I could not use the planned cookies as favours for my daughert's shower and scrambled to get something else, 3 days before the event.

I've personally ordered from this bakery for well over 10 years. I've followed the owner from one bakery to her own. This bakery can create any cake with just an idea. Perfection in its most edible form. The cakes and other treats are always soft, moist and the most delicious cakes I've tasted in the Virginia area. This is an amazing bakery! We have ordered many specialty cakes as well as cup cakes from them. The lemon cake (with lemon slices on top) is my favorite and it is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have recommended the bakery to many of our friends and neighbors and all of them have raved about this place. It may be the best bakery in Hampton Roads.
