I also ordered the crispy pork belly appetizer, which is so tasty and one of my go to's. The combination of kimchi with pork belly is just delicious! I also ordered the fried tofu which I'll probably have with my lunch tomorrow - I think I've ordered this every time. It's always cooked perfectly ( never undercooked or overcooked), and the chili dipping sauce is perfect! I decided to treat myself to the mango sticky rice dessert for later - depending on how full I am from the curry and the pork valley that may also have to wait until tomorrow. I love that they use a combination of both the sticky white rice and the purple rice, which gives it a bit of a nuttier flavor and balances the sweet a bit more. I usually place my orders to go, but every time I've been in the restaurant it's very clean, the team that works there are always extremely friendly and give the best recommendations, and it's always filled with their regulars. If you haven't tried Buon Bistro, I strongly encourage you to do so.
