But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. It's giving food truck vibes - you're in the elements outside, there were some bees, there's gravel on the ground, and I can imagine parking fills up fast when the food truck park is full of patrons. They serve any order with sauce the green spicy one and the golden one that has the right kick for me, onions, grilled onions , cilantro and pickled carrots and pepper. The meat are all so flavorful. My husband would get the barbacoa and al pastor in their big quesadilla that has the right mixture of cheese and meat. I will add more pictures soon i never think about taking pictures because we start to devour as soon as we hit home. But now they have tables and chairs you can dine in.
