Best bakery EVER!!! Their coffee cake and Danish are amazing.. I picked up 3 yule logs and a few stollen for Christmas and everything was delicious. The yule logs were decorated so nicely! This bakery replaces Park Bake shop that was in Levittown for many years. Now a new bakery for a good while here, they make very good napoleon pastries. Have tried some of their cookies, buns, and even the cranolli which was fried with canoli cream in it. Not a fan of that but tasted fine. Reliable place for a cake, cookies, fresh pastries. If i could give this bakery no stars I would. The chocolate chunk cookie was so stale I had to throw it away. The crumb cake was also stale an totally tasteless. The cheesecake had a sour taste. I do not recommend this bakery. read more

Amazing selection, not a single thing I didn't like when purchasing a variety of a dozen donuts. My coworkers loved everything also.

Have driven past this bakery for years and finally decided to stop in after one of the owners was featured on Food Network's show "Rewrapped." The shop has a huge selection of baked goods. I picked up a few items including the chocolate creme pie, cronnoli (no sure if I spelt that right but it's a cross between a cronut and a cannoli), creme brûlée, and a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with cannoli cream in the middle. All were delicious, the right amount of sweet, and tasted fresh. I was pleasantly surprised with the cronnoli especially because I am not a fan of Crumbs' crumbnuts. I will be back to try some other treats! read more

Been traveling a few towns over to satisfy our family's sweet tooth for a few years now and felt it was time to spread the word to others about this wonderful Bake shop. Our favorites are the Danishes and Pastries, but the breads and Cakes are also delicious. We can't really zero in on any one item because we enjoy so many of their baked goods. You can also feel safe during the pandemic since they have a strict policy of only 2 customers at a time into the Bakery. It is well worth the wait. I was going to give it 2 stars but I'll be generous. My wife is an amazing baker. We rarely go to bakery's for the simple fact that we like ice cream more, and typically just eat cake/pies at restaurants or birthday/holidays. It happened to be her birthday and we went out for a nice dinner, so stopped at this place for a treat on the way home. I've seen people talking about how great this bakery was so I figured we would give it the opportunity to live up to the hype. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing....I got a mini key lime pie tart and my wife ordered a chocolate coffee cup/mousse. She agreed it wasn't anything to write home about. Princess bakery, which is about 2 miles away on Hicksville road in the Marshalls parking lot is much better IMO. I will always support my local shops, so if I need a cake and Princess isn't open for some reason I would give this place another shot. Until next time. read more

Wowwwwwwwww! Okay, so stopped here for a birthday cake. Last year I went to Dortoni's, which is a great bakery but someone recommended Levittown Bake Shop and said their cakes are out of this world. I got a small to medium size dark chocolate pudding cake. This cake was freaking HEAVY! The girls working were nice and told me what each cake on display was before I decided on the dark chocolate pudding cake. I checked in on yelp and they offered a free donut for the check in, which was cool. The cake was really good. I've said it before, I am not really a sweets/dessert person and I usually take a piece of cake at parties to be polite, but this cake I actually finished a pretty large piece and wouldn't have minded having some more. The cake was moist and the pudding was so creamy and yummy. I will definitely return here next time I need a cake. It was slightly better than Dortoni's, in my opinion. Can you believe I live near this place and never walked in? I usually go to buttercooky because thats where i been going and i am a creature of habbit. But i need to write these reviews and well the kids wanted cookies so we ventured over. Now i didnt expect anything again... im going for cookies...and my daughter started complaining she had to use the restroom....Then i saw it-baklava!! I had to have it! It was so great and i was pleasantly surprised. Baklava is a sweet pastry made of layers of something, that im not sure what it is, but its filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! IT WAS SO GOOOD!! Please come and try it. I should've taken a picture of it but the picture doesnt look as good as it tastes. It was fantastic and i cant wait to try their other pastries. This bakery is a small place with big character. Every holiday we get a strawberry or blueberry cheesecake from them and it's always DELICIOUS. I have had their strawberry shortcake as well and it's very good too. I have not had the opportunity to try their other foods and will update this when I do. I brought them a picture of one I found online and the owner was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They copied it exactly and even suggested how I keep the cost down. First let me say I live in Chicago, however I am from Wantagh and have been going to this bakery all my life. Every time I visit NY I go out of my way to stop in for some coffeecake, donuts, cookies, bread or all of the above. Their cakes rock, the Danish are yummy and the only thing I can complain about is when I visited there on Monday (Halloween) they were closed...ARGHHHHHH! How could they??? They have some really great choices at this little throwback to the fifties bakery. One must try the Rainbow Cake - it's a family favorite that is always requested for birthdays and holidays. A personal favorite is the cookie with the chocolate icing. I've never gotten bread from there so I can't comment on that. Their peanut butter chocolate pie is also divine! I enjoyed this bakery. They were able to perfectly recreate the top tier of my sister's wedding cake for her birthday. They started to sell dog treats and we picked up some. They lasted 2 days then started to get really moldy and gross. So I'd stay away from those unless you plan to use them in the next few days. Other than that awesome bakery read more
