My husband and I have been to this location twice. Right now, it's curbside only, but the food is always fresh, ingredients are locally sourced, and I feel even better once I'm done eating because of how clean every item is here. Sweetgreen is one of our favorites. The only thing I wish is they would give more broccoli florets instead of several stalks (I end up picking half of them out). Besides that, it's perfection. I love to mix the hot sauce with Caesar, and I tried the Asian dressing today. It was incredible and not too sweet. Love this location compared to the one in Rice Village! It's definitely very airy with a calming, minimalist aesthetic. There is much more space and plenty of tables for you to sit and enjoy your food. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lots of parking available in a private lot. Salads are great but it's stupid they aren't doing dine-in with the proper safety precautions put in place. The fact that McDonalds across the street has dine-in but sweet greens doesn't is dumb. No one wants to eat a messy salad w blue cheese crumbles, crouton crumbs etc in their car. Just my two cents. If you're in sales or a job that requires a lot of driving it's great to have healthy options that afford you a break from your car yes even during Covid **eye roll. A great alternative to sweetgreen that offers then dine-in option is Bellagreen. Amazing salads and wraps. It is true that people will remember how businesses conducted themselves during all this. I really like the "Make Your Own" option for $7.50 which allows you to customize your salad with rice or quinoa, greens, dressing, veggies, protein, crunchy toppings and cheese. Comes with a complimentary slice of artisan bread. Better than I can make at home, as it would definitely cost me more to buy all the ingredients and the time to put it all together. When you want a fast salad for a meal, the normal option was to go to Salata, or some similar place, where it's obvious that much of the vegetables are produced at huge industrial farms, hardly the healthiest options. The ingredients at Sweetgreen are a better caliber. Ripe, fresh greens and carefully chosen sides which provide a balanced meal, even with protein. I should add that I haven't been in the store yet, having had about a dozen meals delivered with Uber. Haven't had a single disappointing meal. Love this place!! This is my favorite salad bar type eatery because the portions are generous and ingredients are always fresh. My favorite menu item is the superfood bowl. Most recently I added chicken too it for a little extra protein. The turmeric dressing is like nothing I've ever had. Definitely a convenience item so it's pricey for the amount you get. I ordered a citrus shrimp salad I believe that's what it's called..it's basically like a Vietnamese salad. Overall flavor was fine but the 8 tiny shrimp were not properly deveined and some of them still had shells on them so that turned me off. I guess if I'm in the area and need something quick I will try them again with a different protein but if you are particular about your seafood like I am I'd stay away from the shrimp. read more

Sweet potatoes, apples, roasted brussels sprouts - omg it's so good! Their salads and bowls are usually around $12. Some may say this is too expensive for a salad, but it's worth it to me. The ingredients are super fresh and everything that I've had there is very filling. I recently tried ordering on their app, and I was very impressed. They have a pick up counter right next to the register that's very easy to spot and labeled well. They also have a rewards program where if you spend $99, you get $9 off an order. It's my first time trying this place. Came during lunch hour which makes you feel pressure to order quickly. They have preset salads, then also the options to build your own salad (which is what I went for). My first issue is the signage, it's minimal. For a first time visit, you don't really have an easy access to see what the different menu items are. They have small signs which are hard to see until you are right up front. It's a hassle and leaves you feeling pressure to order quickly. Another thing I noticed, which wasn't a big issue but would be helpful to implement. Is to have free water available with easy access to the customer. You have to ask the cashier for water every time you run out (Cup is small). The salad itself was good. Was about $10 for what I asked for, which is average for a salad place. The restaurant itself is minimal, some outdoor seating available as well. I was going to leave a 5 star review because my first time here was great but the 2nd snd 3rd was terrible. There were zero people in this whole place. When my husband and I walked in, no one even helped us. We just awkwardly stood there. The lady who made our food was SO SLOW. It felt like we were being pranked. Then there was a younger Asian female around the age of 20 with the worst attitude. I asked for bread and she threw it in the bag and rolled her eyes and was just awful. We weren't even mean or anything. She clearly was having a bad day. They couldn't even service up a meat or the corn because when they opened the container, they kept saying it looks old, then would go grab it fresh from the back. I have had much better salads, it definitely lacked flavor. All the tables were dirty as we tried to find somewhere to sit. The trash cans were overflowing and there was nowhere to throw the bowls. Additionally, they did not have cups for water as they had ran out so I had to go back to my truck to get my own water bottle so that I could eat. I'm a frequent diner at Sweetgreen and really love the food they have to offer. I typically order to go and it's fine. However the last time I was in, the person making my salad was so rude. I'm a manager in this industry and it's really unfortunate to experience this. Because of the rude staff and service I received, I no longer feel comfortable ordering in house. As a result, I ordered to go today and realized I had forgotten an item in my salad and politely asked if I could have it on the side. Next time I will ask for a bit more sweet potato because I really love those. You can choose how heavy you want your dressing light, medium of heavy. Really lovely teas. This was my first time trying Sweetgreen, I got the hot honey chicken bowl. First I ordered it on the app for pickup at 1pm since I was going on my lunch break, at 12:30 I get a notification that my order is ready to be picked up. So I have to leave for my lunch earlier than I planned and rush over to pick it up. At about 12:45 I got there and by then my food was already getting cold. The sweet potato chunks were cut into huge pieces, I wish they would've been smaller because it was too overwhelming with giant chunks. The portion was big for me, I ate it for lunch & dinner. I had an amazing first time experience there today. I just got done training at the gym and needed a clean heart meal. I saw the place on Yelp so I decided to go. As I was waiting to be served a guy that worked there asked if were my first time there, I said yes so he informed me that to be waiting in their establishment, I need to wear a mask so I went to go get one. When I returned the same guy gave me a rundown of their menu. I said what I wanted and he actually paid for it I couldn't believe it. I love restaurants that customers are their priority, but this is not the case. During lunch rush hours on May 26 there were 4 employees doing job interviews on 4 different tables and leaving customers with no option but to either sit outside and "enjoy" 84 degrees with 80% humidity or to share with strangers a big orphanage style table for 12 people. Most people who seated outside didn't last much longer on the heat. Wouldn't have been better if the employees use the big table for the job interview so customers can have a little privacy? If management did not realize that people had little options to seat, what is their vision of what customer service is? If I had been the manager I would have have the job interviews either before or after lunch rush hours or would have set up a table aside to handle that kind of business. Also if I had been the manager at least I would have offer the prospects a cup of water. On the first picture you can see on the left an employee working on a computer who later interviewed a prospect and on the right another employee doing a job interview. More than half of the picture is used by the big table I was talking about and that is so impractical, unless you have a soccer team going every day. Food was good, but certainly I was not comfortable having lunch there. read more
