When I arrived I checked in a t the vacuum line and gave my order. They asked me to stay in the car and wait for any of the 3 cars in any lane to move forward and to take that place. Seemed weird to make me wait to move the car one spot but I did. They had only 2-3 attendants cleaning these 3 cars, 2 on the car in front on me and one on the other two moving around while the person who checked me in was teaching the other worker how to make noises with their hands rather then vacuuming the other cars. After about 10 minutes the car to the left opened and I went to move to that spot as instructed when the person who originally instructed me to now directed a truck that just arrived to take that spot. I guess the attendant got side tracked teaching bird calls with his hands.....this same attendant now started to clean the truck that arrived 10 minutes after me. Wow. They completely vacuumed that truck the n finally queued me into the spot. So if you like to wait in your car for 10 minutes watching people who arrived after you get serviced before you, this is the place to go. Now to be fair and give some positive feedback, they do have a nice patio area to sit back while you dwell on your terrible experience under a nicely shaded perh So sad when you go somewhere purely based on reviews and are not only let down, but given such a bad experience that I won't be back and strongly recommend others to not get their hopes up for any better of an experience then the 2 and 3 star car washes in this town. In fact, I'll be going back to my 3 star car wash as I've always had a far better experience there.

But they disappointed again because they didn't even wipe down the roof of my car and there was all kinds of residue spots. I will not be returning. Update: The owner was extremely receptive to my review. He immediately reached out and was ready to make it right. We waited nearly an hour for a wash and vacuum service, despite requesting a full vacuum. After inspecting my car afterward, the trunk and back seats had clearly not been vacuumed, even though I was told the service was completed. To make matters worse, I had recently replaced my windshield wipers before coming in. When I got home, my wipers were gone. Whether they were removed and not reattached or misplaced during service, they were missing after my visit. I called multiple times and had difficulty getting anyone to answer. When I returned to ask about it in person, staff acted like they had no recollection or explanation. The overall customer service was disappointing. Employees were dismissive, showed little accountability, and even after I still left a tip, there was no acknowledgment or appreciation. Long waits, incomplete service, poor communication, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Today, for first time ever, I drove my car there and used their vacuum to clean out first and dust from my car's interior. Complete waste of my time and money. Virtually no suction. I checked and the hose had no kinks but even picking up small pieces of dirt or lint and putting it into vacuum nozzle barely sucked it up. Fortunately it was only $2 of my money ($1.50 minimum and I added two extra quarters to get more time). This happened on farthest west vacuum in lot on Saturday at 3PM April 19, 2025. It's a darker color, so shows dust and road grit pretty readily. It was the evening before Easter and we were going to family dinner the next day, so I wanted to have a clean ride. Mission accomplished! I felt better driving home being able to see clearly out of the windshield and seeing the sparkling finish for the car made me smile. We have the monthly subscription and use it regularly. Our area gets the inland version of marine layer sometimes, and that causes dust to cling to the car's finish. LUV Car Wash is a great way to wash it away.

I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available.
