First and foremost I'd like to applaud this company for its patience. I used their limo services for two occasions The Bachelorette party and a wedding. I was the maid of honor for My Best Friend's Wedding and so I was in charge of getting Transportation together. When you work with a group of people it's kind of hard to get everyone together or at least on the same page about payment or dates and what's going to happen and so when I had to give dates and information they were always tentative which I understand can be very frustrating for a business however I was never treated with impatience or frustration. Lou was a great person to organize with and Ruben was our driver for both occasions. They both were kind,patient and give us a wonderful experience. Anyway, I asked for a quote on Friday night, he fumbled around with answers, couldn't do his math, then tried to convince me that their Friday night is 5 hour minimum.....and will be $300 flat (and that does not include alcohol drinks, cuz they don't provide any). Then he listened while I stated my needs/request and agreed that I will need an hourly limo after all....yet, somehow, the price still ended up being $300 just with less hours this time. I am thinking he doesn't know any other number! Even if his price was cheap, and he met my demand---I would not have chartered this company simply by the way the business was conducted on the phone. My friends and I were looking for a limo service to take us down to Medieval Times and back to North Hollywood. After calling several other services on yelp, we decided to go with Synergy as it was the best price ($360 for a 9 person limo for 6 hours). A standard contract was emailed over to me to sign (came in as a .jpg, not a big deal, but kind of weird). I did not receive a confirmation that my paperwork was received and all was well, so I had to call them on Saturday to make sure, but this is a minor thing (minus 1/2 a star). Dennis (aka Nelson, Denis if you are reading this I am sorry for calling you Nelson all night) called me prior to departing to confirm that he was on route. He showed up promptly about 3 minutes prior to our start time (nothing is worse than a late driver!). He was very courteous, clean, and wearing a well fitting suit. The limo was clean, had no funky smells, and everything worked (side note, the limo was missing some of the fancier bells and whistles I have seen such as color changing lights, TV/Video hookup, etc... but was still very nice)! They did provide us with some free vodka inside a glass decanter bottle, however honestly it tasted like rubbing alcohol (minus 1/4 star for that, and 1/4 for the fact that I couldn't remove that to save a few extra dollars). Dennis got us there and back with no issues, it was a smooth ride, we never felt unsafe while he was driving us. Prom night for my daughter. I reserved a party bus for my daughter and her friends, and they had a BLAST. I'm so glad I did. We rented for 8 hours, which gave the kids time to go to dinner before prom (in Arcadia), then go to the dance. As soon as the bus started pulling away, I could hear the thump thump thump of their music blasting. When the kids came home after midnight, they were good and tired, which also made me glad that I reserved the bus. Inexperienced teens driving 25 miles after midnight with all those drunk drivers makes me nervous, so I was happy to have this ride for them. After splitting the cost amongst all the prom-goers, the cost was very reasonable for a safe and fun night. I really wish i could say my wedding was perfect, unfortunately because of my transportation, im not able to. Prior to my wedding, i created a sheet with starting, ending, ETA, distance in miles for the transport. i even told the driver that everything we were doing is within 5 miles and should be easy. After finishing up our church wedding, we were heading to a nearby park to take our bridal party photos. At most should have taken 15 minutes (in the same city of Glendale). After getting married, we were so energized and having a great time, until we realized it's been over 30 minutes. Why was this taking so long?? Turns out the driver navigated to Grand Park instead of Brand park that was in downtown LA!! By the time i caught this, we were 30 minutes away from the original park, putting us 45 minutes behind schedule. I've never been so stressed out and frustrated in my life on the most important day of my life. It threw the entire reception off and had my guests waiting. The only reason i'm giving this review a 2 star is because the owner Lou was very responsive leading up to the event and the bus was clean. i only got my tip refunded but i would advise to only book this company if you are able to be on top of the navigation. Fun night!I got the Mercedes 12 passenger sprinter bus to go to a concert at the forum in Inglewood back in June, best decision ever despite the Friday night La traffic our trip on the bus was filled lots of dancing ! Our bus driver was profesional and got to our pick up location 15 min prior to the pick up time ,she was friendly and helpful setting up the Bluetooth/Different lights and Ac on the bus , we had our music going and were on our way to the concert within minutes . We were looking for a ride to Venice on New Years Eve (about 45 mins from where I live), but didn't want to pay for limo/car to wait for us all night (way too expensive, mostly because we were going to be at the same place all night).
