Traditionally used as a sauce, dip, dressing, or marinade, it's packed with fresh herbs (and no cilantro--thankfully!). The original flavor was solid, the spicy a bit intense for me, but the mild? Perfect! When Pablo said it's good on everything, he wasn't kidding. It's like a vinaigrette but incredibly herbaceous, with parsley as the standout. I picked up a small jar for $8, thinking it would last a while, but I was so heavy-handed that it only made it through three meals! Now I wish I'd gone for the 16 oz jar for $18. I've put it on everything from grilled cheese to breakfast burritos, hard-boiled eggs, and even a bowl of short rib pho at All About Pho! The tender beef paired *so* well with the chimichurri--it even took my soup to a new level. And if you're wondering why a Korean guy is selling chimichurri, it's because Pablo was born and raised in Argentina and moved to California in his 20s. He speaks Spanish and Korean fluently (though he jokes about his language skills).
