A bit small and narrow but the walls and shelves are packed from top to bottom. You can tell that this is a local favorite and a community staple since during the entire trip while we were perusing up to checking out, lots of customers came in, knew immediately what to grab and what to get at the counter. Not only do they have imported food, snacks, pickled food, sauces, beauty products, ingredients, alcohol, etc. from Europe, but you can also order food too, such as cold cuts, pierogis, stuffed cabbage, and various cakes and Polish bread. My boyfriend got some alcohol for himself and some deli cold cuts. I got my friend some cute Polish potato chips that were shaped like dogs. We also got some of their Paczi with custard and rose jam filling. These do sell out depending on the filling, so keep that in mind. If you're polish and haven't been to this deli you should be ashamed of yourself. I live in San Diego and at least 4 times a year I make the 4 hour round trip to buy kielbasa. It's a small polish deli store. The prices are reasonable bit not cheap...When i had my shopping and I went to register, the lady told me if im not paying cash I'm supposed to pay $3 for credit card while they are small stores and they barely make their sales. I decided to go with debit card & she told me it will be $1 extra...I was surprised because i've never heard or seen there is a charge on a debit card! As I know debit card surcharges is not allowed! She didnt explain me why and still i dont know why she charges $1 extra for debit card. I was lucky that i was able to find a cash in my bag so first thing to do, if you stop by here have your cash if not you'll be ended up to pay $1 for debit, $3 for credit card. The store is small store and there is not so many selection and even it has two small narrow aisles to get the fridge/cooler and i had hard time to pass by specially that some of the fixtures were moving so if you have a little kid be careful. Customer service was ok but im still not convinced for $1 debit card. She only was repeating herself about the small store and charges she has...Also, I didnt see any signs on the wall or table that it was mentioned about $1 charge for debit card. First time visiting. Didn't realize the place was so tiny. Wish there were more fresh items. Everything is frozen. The paczkis were delicious. Also, I didn't have enough cash so I wanted to pay by credit card but they charge an extra $3.00 fee. $1.00 if you use your debit card? Rude and very unhelpful. This store is almost an hour a way and don't want to waste my time if you don't have what I need. Whoever answered the phone didn't even try to help me. Probably better off going to Poland myself. They also charge to use debit card which is illegal by the way. read more

Odd situation where no prices posted or stickers, leaving the proprietor with carte Blanche or arbitrary pricing. Seemingly prices have tripled from a year ago. Dumplings that were 4 dollars a dozen were 12 dollars. Not a fan of spontaneous pricing and won't return. Friendly service, though. read more

Very cute little Polish shop! My fiancé is Polish-American and we were looking for Polish candy to add to our parting gifts for our wedding. His parents frequent this deli to get meat, pierogis and other items imported from Poland, so we thought to come here to get the candy we had in mind. I actually came on my own for my first visit and was greeted by who I think was the owner. She didn't ask if I needed help, but I didn't at the moment, so I preferred to be left alone to explore on my own anyway. I found just the candy I was looking for and asked how many pieces come in a bag since there seemed to be a discrepancy between the nutrition label and what each bag actually contained. The owner/staff was really helpful in helping me figure out how much I should get. I ended up buying out her stock of these iconic, dark chocolate covered plums. I couldn't leave without getting a pack of frozen pierogis too! I'll definitely be back when they re-stock more of those chocolates and I'll have to try more items they have (e.g. sauerkraut, jams, meat, desserts, pastries, soups). The name can be deceiving though. They don't actually make sandwiches. Rather, they just sell Polish deli meat, among other food. Nonetheless, I am impressed with how much they have for such a tiny shop! read more

I'm really surprised people put reviews up reguarding employees not wearing masks. First of all this is in Orange County. Orange County is known to not believe all the hype the government wants to scare you with. It's like Florida Orange County. That why I love Orange County! I honestly came and was happy you didn't have to wear a mask. How many places do you go to and see people still wearing masks. By all means if u want to wear a mask, then wear it, but if somone doesn't, then what's the big deal. I guarantee you all the food you eat on a daily basis did not have the cook, the person who prepared your meal, the company that made it, wear a mask. And your worried about the owner of a small store? We had all the stores put up plastic walls to shield you, yet they just touched everything you bought and ate! Come on! If your sick, then by all means stay home and stop the spread or put on a mask. But if your not, we have to still wear a mask? You shouldn't give a bad review over you not agreeing with your views on the mask situation. As far as anyone in this store being rude, I have never out of all the years shopping there had anyone rude. I've had the lady help, the husband, and recently the son. Everyone has been nice. Maybe you think someone should be over joyed, I don't know. I come in, buy my food and make small chat and never had an issue. I was driving 70 miles to buy some polish products for my Christmas dinner. Before I left my place, I checked their store hours to be sure it's open. After an hour and a half of driving, I found out that the store has been closed today without any online notification!!!!!!! Wasted a half of my day and gas as well!!!! Never again!!!!! read more

Used to be a great place to obtain my favorite Polish holiday foods. The staff is very rude and not helpful. The place is so cramped that you think that you are going to knock items off the shelf if you exhale while in the store. Today was my last visit. I made plenty of room in my freezer to get an early start on purchasing my Christmas Eve Pierogies and older Polish favorites. The prices had increased which I suspected due to inflation but even with a large order they wanted to charge me a $3.00 credit card service fee. Enough is enough. Their rudeness and service charges are not worth supporting a local small business. If they want my business they have to earn it. I decided to vote with my feet and left without making any purchases or paying any credit card fees. I told the rude cashier that I refused to pay their high prices along with a credit card processing fee and that I would shop elsewhere. She could have cared less. Let's see how long this attitude keeps this business open. This year I am purchasing my potato and cheese Pierogie at ALDI and all of the others from Jon's Supermarket. This store is a gem! It's been a staple in the City of Orange for many years. Today I stopped in to get a sandwich. They were very busy and the nice lady told me it's because of the holidays. She really didn't have time to make me a sandwich as people were buying many items and food for the holidays. She said, "I'll make you a sandwich." Honestly I wanted to like this place so much! I saw some good reviews and thought their Facebook page was cute. Being Polish, and not having a Lot of places to go to we drove all the way here from Torrance California over an hour away. We weren't greeted when we came to the store and when we had a question the lady that worked there seem so irritated by us asking if they had hot food she just pointed to what we were talking about and told us to take it home and cook it and walked away. Didn't ask if we had any questions seemed in a bad mood. There were several people working behind the counter but no one ever acknowledged us or asked us if we had any questions and because we didn't speak Polish it seemed like we were dismissed. We ended up going back to the Orange Circle and having lunch at a delightful Cuban restaurant where everyone treated us so kind and nice even though we don't speak Cuban either. Customer service goes a long way and when someone treats me rude like that I won't spend my money there so we left and never bought one thing. The place is tiny and all the products are frozen except for the meats. Don't expect much Help when asking questions or better yet don't ask any questions. Of course I would want any small business to succeed so I hope that one day that they will learn the greeting people with a smile and asking if you can help them and answering the questions goes along way. Pierogi, ingredients for Barszcz, the best kielbasa, ham that is so lean, babkas, sledz, makowiec and so much more! I stopped by this business this morning 12/20/21. It is a very tiny store. I looked in and everyone was cramped inside with no one wearing a mask with Omicron souring here in Southern California. The employees behind the counter were not wearing masks. It made me so sad during the happiness time of the year. Interesting little deli. My wife is of Polish heritage and had had traditional Polish items in a while. They have a nice assortment of dumplings that for me, were unusual combinations, but for her were homey and comforting. They also have lots of canned item from Polish brands and sweets. There is a deli counter and a refrigerated case where it looks like they have their own baked goods. read more

My husband and I swung by here to buy a few things for Easter. The gentleman owner was so sweet. He gave us samples of 3 different sausages--plain, cheddar and garlic. They were all delicious and we bought a link of each! Additionally we purchased potato, plum and kraut pierogis and a couple condiments. I heard about this place from a coworker last week when I asked her If she knew of any place that sold Perogies, she told me about this place. So I drove down here Saturday with my Nana, I was really exciting about coming to this store. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Anyways I found the perogies and as I was looking at which ones to get my Nana asked her a question on about the deli meat and if they made sandwiches at the store. ( by the pictures on the walls and website you think they do make ) Store lady said yes you buy the meat and make your own sandwiches at home which the way she said it was just RUDE and I thought oh that just must be her personality. Okay so now as I'm getting a few boxes of perogies to buy my Nana who is in her 80s made the mistake of asking the Lady behind the counter who was reading with her bottle blonde hair. What exactly is a perogi ? ( Nana had never heard of them until earlier that day when I asked if she wanted to go w me) The bottle blonde lady snapped at Nana saying what do you mean you eat them !!!
