Carlos and his team are total pros! After getting into an unfortunate winter fender bender I was referred to T & C Body Shop in Hawthorne. Man, I'm glad I went here. I needed a new hood, front light and fender. Parts plus labor was very fair and a great deal, much better than his local competition. T & C had my car fixed up like it's brand new out of the show room in 5 days. The paint job was way better than I was expecting, and to top it all off, when I picked up my Honda Accord, not only was it washed but it was completely detailed too! The tires & rims haven't looked this nice in a long time. It's motivation to keep my car clean, happy and healthy for as long as I own it (hopefully at least another 100,000 miles. Omg! I literally would go nowhere else for body repairs. They are true professionals and their work is better than any body shop I've seen. They care about the customer and are very reasonably price. Amazing! Carlos repaired and painted my car in less time than originally promised. He called me every step of the way and when I picked up my car I noticed he did something extra for me (at no charge). Not only did I think my 2010 Lexus looked new, when I got to work many of my co-workers approached me and asked me if I got a raise because I got a new car. I explained that the car was my same old car (2010) but that I had it repaired and painted (due to an accident) and that the only thing that was new about it was the paint. Carlos does the best work around and on top of that, he really is a great person. I am lucky that my mechanic referred me to him. Don't debate. Don't worry. When I do write reviews, it is because someone has really blown my mind or the opposite :) I don't even know what words to use to describe what an incredible human being Carlos the owner is. I was having a rough time getting out of a lease that a broker screwed me on. I wanted to return the car in a better condition than it was in so I wouldn't get charged an arm and a leg for minor damages. Not only did he charge me a REASONABLE fee for the repairs, he repaired more than what I had asked him. He took out dents in the car that was not part of our agreement. Once I dropped off my car to him, I was going to call an Uber to go meet my friend but he insisted on giving me a ride. Another elderly man had also dropped off his car for repair who also got a ride home with us in the car. This man did not just repair my car but also my faith in humanity. I got screwed by a broker but in the end my story changed. He is family and he is my go to auto repair guy! read more

T & C Body Shop did a phenomenal job painting my 2005 Mustang. The majority of the car was oxidized and there was a large dent on one side. They fixed the dent and repainted the whole car. I highly recommend bringing your car/truck to them! The owner kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and asked all the right questions and made great suggestions. I came here on the recommendation of my long-time mechanic when I was rear ended. Carlos was very accommodating --took me to the car rental company, finished my car in a reasonable time, communicated well with the insurance company. He is always reachable by phone. Well not to happy at all, my so to be ex husband brought my truck here against the fact I do not believe he does quality work, during hail storm, my 2019 ram 1500 came in and was fixed but it was miss my hood decals when I got it back and it got blown off, then my husbands 2017 he'll cat went in for hail damage and came out with brand new carbon fiber racing stripes in red trim,"hmmm" now my husband brought it back against my liking amd after snow stor, I received a text not a phone call, so cause I guess thats how they do business since I pay the note! u would think they would have decency to call me about my truck! So now the a mediator my husband that my truck is possible totaled! Cause there weak roof fell on top of of and it could possibly be totaled!!! So you can imagine my freaking frustraction!!! I was tol basically by my husband that Im basically getting nothing out of it!! I gave them a 2019 ram 1500!! I expect at least enough money to put a decent down payment on something 2019 or newer! To replace what that demolition!! Then I was to Tc had no cell and there was no reason to go and look at that damage!! ARE U KIDDING ME!!I was not born yesterday!!!!! I live in Huntington Beach and have a 2008 Volkswagen Touareg that was damaged when it was backed into a concrete pillar in a parking garage. I had 3 estimates locally given to me on the cost to repair the damage ranging from $800 to $1350. A friend referred me to T&C Body Shop because they had a car repaired there before and were really happy about it. Carlos who I think might be the owner quoted me an estimate of $500. I dropped off the car on Monday and it was fixed by Thursday totaling $500. I don't know much about auto repair or body work or who the actual person who fixed my car was, but I was Very impressed with the outcome and the price I paid. I took my 1957 Porsche Speedster replica to T&C Body Shop because this shop has great reviews and extensive experience with fiberglass bodies. Carlos, the owner, is incredible. He took a look at the damaged areas and within a few minutes provided me a quote that was more than fair. Three days later I had my car back and looking better than it ever has. Not only was he able to repair the damaged areas but the paint match was perfect. It is impossible to see any sign of where the body was damaged. I highly recommend this shop for any body repairs. That's right, five stars for an auto body shop. I was referred to T & C by my neighbor who took in and had done all the body work, new original paint, molding and adhesive pin-striping for his now-beautifully restored '67 Chevelle. This no Bondo shop. Carlos and Co. do great work. They acquire factory body parts when needed and I haven't picked up any one of our 4 vehicles from there without him mentioning some extra bit of work he did - fixing a ding here or a deep scratch there. T & C's work is competitively priced and they finish the job when Carlos says they'll be done. I refer anyone to T & C who asks if I know a good body shop. read more
