They added a line to my account without any verbal authorization. No disclosure whatsoever. No signature and not even a payment. Next thing I know I get a fucking bill on my app. Now that I'm trying to call the location, conveniently, number doesn't work. UPDATE: after spending an hour of my time on the phone with T-Mobile, come to find out the little prick at the store Also changed my plan without authorization. Literally went from a $50 per month cell phone plan for one line to $90! This is on top of adding an unauthorized line. T-Mobile assured me they would address this directly twitch the store and associate. As a licensed attorney - this is called FRAUD in my world. I will be finding out who his district manager is and making sure he gets what he deserves in return. It's unacceptable to take advantage of people like this. This is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of "trying" to do business with. They close at 8:00pm, I came in 7:50 and they were inside and refused to open locked door. I came in a week later at 7:40 soon as I could (I finish work late), and they were again locked and refused to open door shrugging and grinning when I pointed at my watch to suggest it's not 8:00pm far from it. Warning, warning, warning.... Don't ever come to this store .... I visited this T mobile store and the manager told me we can take your iPhone 8 for $400 and give you iPhone 12 for $729. I accepted the deal after he confirm me in case if I want to cancel in future any time I have to pay the rest of $329. At evening when I arrived to my home I checked the receipt then I found that the amount is different than what he said. I called customer service after I spent 10 -15 minutes speaking to the lady on call centre, she disconnected the call and she didn't call me back. I called the second day in the morning, a different lady answered my call and explained that what the manager did with me is agreement and in case anytime I cancel I have to pay "A full amount" of the phone price. That means they got my I phone 8 for approximately free. After I finished the call with customer service I went to the store again to cancel the deal and return the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and the person at front desk answered me rudely "we can't do anything for you , because we sold your iPhone 8 you can leave now". It is a hard lesson that I will never forget for the rest of my life. Don't come to this store, it is franchise not corporate. In addition, they added insurance for the phone with out even asking me. If you need to deal with professional company go to AT&T or Verizon. read more

Stay away as far as you can! TMobile is the worst! I had a family plan for 15 yrs where I paid $114 for two lines( with my mom) .my mom decided to go somewhere else as TMobile started being terrible lately so I was left on my own and they still charged me $96 per month for one line! What a joke.i finally left to Cricket Jan 30 ,paid the exit fees ,then 2 weeks ago they sent me a bill of $96 for billing period of Jan 24-feb 23 ..when I cancelled on Jan 30...so they charged me almost $100 for 5 days..went to that store today and they were too lazy too check on everything to make sure my bill is correct , the only thing they were happy about it to take a payment from me.i expressed how ridiculous it is to charge me $100 for one line and this Hispanic girl with long tacky horrible nails that worked there said " lines are expensive!!" Lol sweetie , I don't think you are paying almost $100 per line you thief.i said I pay $40 ar cricket and she said * cricket is not TMobile" and I said " cricket is better than tmobile" . employees are lazy, not very smart and they just don't care ..why would they ? No one ever in my life had caused me such horror as this office! Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, unskillful - That is this T-Mobile office! On Sunday afternoon of August 21, 2022 I went there to have a new sim card and the data from my old phone transferred to a new phone. I told them that the problem with the old phone was the power button and guess what the girl there completely lacking any knowledge and skills took out the battery of the old phone and the telephone could not turn on. I was left without any phone - no emergency contact, nothing. I was crying and begging them for help! My hands and body started trembling from the horror! Instead of helping me the agent there who presented himself as an assistant manager told me to leave the office immediately and if I did not leave, he would call the police on me as in his words I was trespassing "his" property. He banned me from ever entering the office. I am more than 16 years old customer of T-Mobile. Never in my life I had imagined that I will find myself in such a situation. From there I was running to Target, then drove to a Best Buy store, but at the end I managed to find another excellent office of T-Mobile where I got the best ever customer service. read more

Stay away from this store, worst t -mobile store experience ever, went in to buy new phone that was on promotion for Replacement on old devices, first assistant told me he has phones what i am looking for- wasted almost 45 to find phones and constantly playing with his phone not paying attention to customer ( first one to walk in as it opened @10). then during communication He forced me to buy accessories worth of Min10$ for each phone to take advantage of Promo, while that was not mentioned any where in promotion, he literally said its in fine print, so any way i want to get this going and told him give me anything worth, there was only two items that are 10$ in whole store ( pop out attachment), rest everything was twice the price. almost after 1-1/2 hrs I walked out of store with my two phones and two junk accessories that is easlly available in $ store for 1-2$.( also I verifed calling T-mob customer service that there no such thing like to but for Promotion).
