Came in for a quick check-up on my little brother's account. As promised I will get him a new phone. Jessica has been very helpful. The place is fairly new and everything is eye-catching. Our transaction with her was straight forward and quick. Since this is a bigger location, I believe the stores use this as a stock room for their phones so this is where all the updated inventory happens. ow did I know that?..I called 3 t-mobile branches around the area and they said that If they don't have the phone my brother wanted, pretty sure this location will have it. For years, Verizon, yeah you, I was your customer. I stood by you when your phones were completely terrible. But time and time again, you decide to charge me outrageous amounts of money for cellphone service. I've had enough with being raked over hot coals! Enter T-Mobile. Janine helped me get setup on two new lines, at almost half of the cost of what Verizon was cleaning me out for every month. And the service is wonderful! I think she is the nicest person I have ever dealt with in a retail electronics store. If you're looking to save money and still have great service, give T-Mobile a visit. You will not regret it. My wife and I switched over from Sprint because we would have internet issues and call drops regularly. We got the S5 and iPhone 5s, they work very well. The S5 gets better reception than the iPhone but better than Sprint in our area. In our home we were having signal issues with the 5S, but the store gave us a Network booster for our home and now the 5S get FULL Bars!!!!.(No extra charge). Their was two individuals that helped us out, Steven was one of them and the other I don't remember but I believe he is the manager. Great customer service overall. read more

So after my sad times at sprint I decided to switch carriers. I picked T mobile and I am glad I did. I was helped by Janine and she did a great job. Explained what I was going to get and didn't lie to me. Not once unlike a certain carrier, cough cough, Sprint. I have had my phone and plan for a little over two weeks and I can say I am finally happy. If you need a nice affordable business plan go to T moblie, verizon can't offer you unlimited and I will not give rave reviews for Att, so that leaves T mobile for the win. read more

2 stars only because the doors were open and you could walk in and the parking was easier than at Towne Center. Wanted to check out the Nexus 6 and upgrade on the spot. Walked in, stood around, and even slowly walked along all of the displays. It wasn't heavily crowded, but I never once even got an acknowledgement of my presence. Walked to the door, stared inside to give one last chance, and left unnoticed. Will never waste my time at this location...would rather use the mall kiosk across the street. read more

I arrived here with an expectation to have my replacement iPhone 6 to be activated, and to get a new screen protector, case and car charger. I did everything in a matter of 15 minutes. The associate named Angie (Tall Red Head) greeted me as I walked in. I asked her if she remembered me from last week and to my surprise, she did. She even remembered the screen protector and case that I chose. I didn't even have to go look for it. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I must say, her customer service was on point! I like this store, even though it's a bit of a drive from the other T Mobile locations in Long Beach. Because of associates like Angie, I will be coming back to do business here. Thanks again! I was a Verizon cell phone customer for longer than I can remember. I visited this store due to great reviews. I must say, they have the best customer services I have experienced. The store manager, Edwin Holbert, is the best manager. The rest of the staff were superb as well. I recommended my family, friends, and co-workers to this store. So my drama continues. I call customer service today they say the phone is back ordered and it won't ship out for another week. I call Cerritos again and they tell me they look for a phone. They find one in Lakewood tell me to go down there and they will give me the phone and they would cancel my order. I go to Lakewood they tell me they can't get me a phone because the order has been shipped. So now CS screwed up too, does anyone know how to do these things right at T-Mobile? I talk to the Same assistant manager he continues to tell me "we did our part" ummm no you didn't because I still don't have my phone. He said I spoke to the manager at Lakewood and we had an agreement ummm no because say it with me people "I don't have the phone". This guy acts like he did me a favor when they should of did their Ian right the first time. T-Mobile seems to have the best plan but their employees have some work that really needs to be done. I have a tracking number but let's see if it really works and I get it, now that I've had to leave work early and now take a day off. Thanks for nothing T-Mobile of your plan wasn't so good I'd be back with At&t sorry for the typos and bad grammar I'm still pissed the F off. I'll give it to T-mobile they did fix the wrong. It was not only Tmobile's fault it looks like UPs screwed up as well. I tracked my package and ups said it would arrive the following day not the day it should of come. BUT since that's what UPS tracking said I left the house pissed off again, UPS showed up that day. Not sure why UPS said it won't arrive until the following day and then shows up the day of I'll never know. read more

A customer was on the phone that's when the rep could have helped me out instead of directing me to a different T Mobile store because the wait was going to be another 15 minutes. Instead of listening to the Customer argue with t-mobile's customer service and twiddling his thumbs you should have gotten rid of another customer the right way. read more

Usually I go to Long Beach Towne Center just because it's more convenient, but after working with Dulce here, I have decided this is my new go to store. She remembered me from a month ago and I accidently left a personal item there and she kept it for a long amount of time and helped me in the store and really knew what she was doing. My phone had turned off in store and we weren't able to do anything that day so she gave me step by step directions on what to do at home after the phone recovered and the next day I came in and was able to work with Maria and get everything fixed. People here really seem to care about their customers. Would recommend to other people. read more

The manager was so rude to my mom, she doesn't speak any English, he told her "you don't know how to read"? My mom went this location to return a tablet but they NEVER said to us that they were going to charge $75.00 for restocking fee. They are really nice to you and want to help you just so they can make the sell but then when you really have a problem they treat you wrong. That manager has no social skills he doesn't know how to treat customers. If he would of been nicer I wouldn't even care about the $75.00 he shouldn't of treated my mother the way he did. Karla is AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you so much for making my iPad buying experience so awesome yesterday. I'd done my research but I still had a few questions. Karla went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. When I finally decided to get the iPad she told me they were sold out. But, she didn't stop until she called most stores to see where the iPad was. Then when she found it she told me that she'd personally get it for me the very next day. I was in about 3 days ago looking to replace my iPhone. I needed to upgrade from the 6s+ to a newer model. I was not looking to purchase the new X or whatever. I just wanted the 7plus. I believe the guy who helped me was Tony. He was seriously soooo nice, he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want. Understood that I'm sort of a minimalist. He was extremely patient as I asked a million questions. I literally will not go to any other location because of the service here. Honestly if I could I would give this review a 10/10. read more

Went here yesterday just to see how much it would cost to switch over from Sprint to T-Mobile seeing that they pay your termination fees. We came around 1:00 and there were a few people inside. We waited less than 5 minutes before Danny came over and asked if we need help with anything. We told him we were thinking about switching over from sprint & he asked how much we were currently paying for our plan. He didn't try to sell us plans right away, but instead compared what we have now to what we could have with t-mobile. long story short, we ended up switching over from sprint and Danny was kind enough to help us understand everything we were going to pay to for and how t-mobile works. He thoroughly explained what came in our plan and what each thing meant like what hotspot meant cuz I've never known what it was and now I had it. Best customer service I've received and I was glad to drive from Downey all the way over here. read more

When you come in be sure you get the right person to help you cuz if you don't some one will screw up your whole set up and end up costing you more I went to this store and got screwed on some iPhones I turned in to get credit for them and signing on with T-Mobile. Well let's just say 2 months later no credit and no phones and the only way to correct it was by me forking out more money for their mistakes which I was not going to do. And after arguing with them the managers last answer was if I'm not happy with it then I can cancel. T-Mobile should really check up on their retail stores and see how these incompetent workers really think of their new customers. I wasn't happy with this store hopefully their are other stores out there with better customer service to their new customer switching over from their carriers. Truth be told I had Verizon and it was expensive but at least they knew how to value their customers by helping them to the very end with any problem big or small. read more

Every time I go here I have a positive experience. The sales people really know their products, and they're helpful and pleasant. Be sure to go to one of these REAL T-Mobile stores, and not one of the retail/franchise operations, like the one on Candlewood in Lakewood. The service there is terrible! But I highly recommend this Cerritos one. read more

I have been to many cell phone stores in my time & have never experienced such GREAT customer service before.. Steven H is the most helpful sales person I have met in the cell phone business so far.. He is very knowledgeable about the product and willing to go above and beyond if you need him to... Most sales people are helpful because they want the commision and aren't happy if you don't buy anything after they have spent their time with you, not Steven he seems to be just a helpful person by nature...
