The CSR by the name of AJ that helped me with my phone was fantastic and very patient with the issue and got a completely resolve for me. ***My review and number of starts is based on the sales associate Brent. Brent is the sales man to go to! My boyfriend opted to get out of the shared plan he had with this family, so we headed to this store. We signed up on the waiting list and Brent assisted us after 20 mins waiting - get over it people...you will always wait...that's just the way it is with customer service! He listened to what we were looking for and got to work into finding out what was the easiest less painful way to exit a contract that had only 1 more month til it expired. He literally waited 1hr on the phone with their own Tmobile internal customer service to resolve our problem. Yes...we waiting once again, are you over it yet? ;) Brent managed to resolve the issue and gave us the best option plan for my boyfriend's needs. He got himself a Galaxy S5 + the tablet. Not only he explained from A to Z the new plan but he went out of his way to explain how his old shared family plan charges would remain for his sister/mother. After 2.5hrs at the store we walked out there with no lies, no ugly contracts, no robbed money or the wrong phone. We walked out of there feeling that we got treated with respect and honesty. I'm a loyal AT&T wireless customer, but after the experience with Brent I might say that there's a big possibility of switching to Tmobile once my contract is over. I've been with T-Mobile since before they came popular! (over 10+ years) In the beginning things were great now it's just a bad storm that gets worse every time I have to go into the store. Within the last few months these idiots decided to take out the kiosks in all of the stores that let you pay your bill without having to wait in line or encounter a stupid sales person. It was a piece of cake when they had them, you could get in and get out. Now you have to wait in line with other people that are doing complicated transactions (like upgrading/troubleshooting). It's really a pain in the butt since they charge you an arm and 2 legs on your monthly service but can't have the kiosks in the store -___- I was in the area after my infusion and wanted to knock out paying our bill before we hit the freeway, I came in and it wasn't too bad yet the employee tells me I need to put my name on a waiting list just to pay a freaking BILL! She informs me one person is ahead of me and to wait. What a joke! To make things worse their computer systems are ridiculously SLOW and she couldn't even log into the system to process my payment for over 5-6 minutes, yet they have 3 other computers and none of them could get into the system! The staff is nothing but douchebags that think they the ish. I had a female employee who did try to be nice but I just wasn't having it, every time I try to pay my bill inside they always given me grief. They used to have excellent customer service but over the years things have gone downhill. The only location I trust is the Costa Mesa one, they actually have their crap together! -___- read more

Always a cocky sales person at the counter. They assume you know nothing about cell phones and lie to your face. No matter what the problem is they can't fix it. You have to call 611 or go online your self. The store is completely useless. I don't know why I've tried 3 different times. What's with yelling "Welcome to T-Mobile" when you walk in? I went there like to check if my phone from att computable with T-Mobile. The associate says "we don't have device to test," WTH, you don't need DEVICE to test it ok, all you need is put in T-Mobile SIM card. After 20 min waiting, the guys ask me if I have pin to open SIM card tray, if not, there is nothing they can do, I have to prepare pin to open the tray myself.... WTF, in whole store they don't have a single piece of tool to open it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THIS STORE BECAUSE OF NOT HELPING. read more

I came in to switch carriers, from AT&T to T-Mobile, I know I was very sad to change carriers. But, AT&t is way to expensive to be sharing 10 gb of data with 5 people & only offer a 2 yr contract. Back to the experience. I was assisted by Eduardo, who was very professional, but had a sense of humor so it made the experience/vibe much better. He explained to me the process and even if I asked him to explain it again 2-3 more times he wasn't upset or didn't sound bothered. He was very patient being that I got in at almost 6 pm and didn't leave until 7:30 (30 mins.) after they closed since it was a Sunday. The only thing was I mentioned about my activation fee being waived since the T-mobile store I stopped by before this one offered it to me. However, because it was late he mentioned the the manager wasn't around and could not honor it. I went back in the next day to add my sister on my line and mentioned to another sales associate taking care of us if i can get reimbursed for the activation fee I paid the night before and he was glad to ask the manger and get it approved. So I got the money back and he even waived my sisters activation fee right there. Over all great experience, I would recommend this T-Mobile rather then the one on Grand/Chino hills spectrum read more

Probably the worst experience I have had at T-Mobile. Darwin, the guy that opted to help us out (thanks for the business card) was on his phone tracking Uber throughout the entire transaction. He never told me he swapped the SIM card and charged me without notification... I went home wondering why it said I had no cellular service double check the receipt and see that I was charged. Thanks... The whole transaction took longer than needed since he kept switching back to his phone to text and check Uber. When asking about rates he could give no clear answer and failed to follow up with all the questions we had saying he would get back to them. Said the phone was free when you add a line and it wasn't. Lied about the protection program and monthly payments. Gonna go back and revert everything because obviously I was told otherwise. I went into the store to ask how to change a setting on my phone. There were three people working there and I was the only customer. They looked at me and said they didn't know how to change the setting. Then they started using their phones and just ignored me. Worst place ever! I don't understand how these girls even got thw job. I came in here to get my contacts transferred to a new micro SIM card because I got a new phone. I cannot believe I waited over 30 minutes to get a 1 minute job done. There were only 2 girls working there and I swear, the people just kept coming in and they were taking their sweet little time with all the customers before me. David the manager at this store is the kindest most patient person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I ran into an issue with customer service and have been back and forth since January 08, 2019 over an over payment on my account. I spoke to 3 different supervisors and every department known to man! I waited 7-10 days in 3 separate occasions and still never received my money owed! Customer service continued to blame the store. Today I had had enough and I walked into T-Mobile and was thankful to see David working tonight. David got me in touch with customer service and stood there for over an hour with me while I went back and forth with customer service for the millionth time. Finally David got on the phone asked for a supervisor and BOOM like magic got me exactly what I wanted and INSTANTLY!!! I am beyond thankful and appreciative to David for his endless patience and efforts to help me get what I was owed. David thank you again so much! This is actually a pretty good T-mobile store. Customer service is great and employees are always ready to help. I like that when you walk in someone comes over to ask why you came in so they can help you. Sometimes the wait is longer then others but it doesn't bother me because at some point you would have to wait for someone to help you. Not every store has associates for every person that is in the store needing help with something. When I was in this store last month getting a galaxy s6 edge, the associate that helped us was amazing. He had made a mistake when activating a nano SIM card for my phone in which he activated it under my husband's number instead of mine. He told my husband why he needed to put the new sim in his phone to replace the old one which we were ok with. After everything was said and done we walked out with a phone, case, and external wireless charging battery pack(which I didn't even think about but knew I needed). The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because they took out the kiosk for you to pay your bill. But I do like knowing that an associate will help you out with your bill and paying for accessories. read more

I finally found this store that had the Iphone 7 plus! I came to purchase it and the same day their systems were gonna do an update at 7pm i was already being helped and when i was going to purchase it I couldnt anymore because of their updates. The person in charge that night told me they were going to put my phone on hold that they normally dont do that but she will do it for me since I was already going to purchase it. She wrote down all my information and the time that I was going to come in. I went in the next day looking forward to having my new phone and turns out they sold my phone!!!!! I was upset about this! I went to this store to see if they help w a phone line. When we arrived we were reluctantly greeted by a woman and some associates who were hanging out at one station. She put me on the list and informed me that there were people ahead of us waiting while the workers were huddled next to each other. When we were finally seen the sales associate, Roy, was unenthusiastic and seemed to be in a bad mood. He did not make small talk or try to fix the problem and even checked a Snap Chat video on his personal phone in front of us. Overall the most he was able to do was give me a number for an insurance company. And my issue is still not resolved. Very unsatisfied. Totally look at Tmobile as a bad carrier now.
