    I bought a new phone from Apple direct and was having issue with aligning it to my T mobile account. I spent several days carrying around two phones because the new ones are now Esims. I don't know how I feel about E sims but that is another topic. Probably would not have bought the phone if I knew because I travel a lot and buy a sim to switch out in Europe and Japan Toonorah took great care of me and helped straighten out the account which was quite a feat while a very an ious woman hovered, watched our passwords and was a real pain in the butt annoying both us and Toonorah- who had the patience of a saint. If I'd seen the absolutely rude woman sooner I would have done something about it and had her kicked out of the store.

    I've been to several T-Mobile stores. Sometimes i ran into nice employees sometimes i ran into ones who didn't seem to like their job or not a "people person" kind. But this location, 16 miles from my home. Too far but i would come here for anything to do with my phones or phone service. First of all, Tara, answered the phone and took her time in the middle of taking care of a client to check on the availability of an item for me. I then came here and immediately was taken care of by Alejandro who appeared from the back room with a big smile and made my husband & me feel special. His fine personality and caring attitude made us feel we were appreciated. Thank you Encino T-Mobile for employees like Tara and Alejandro!!!

    I came here again after my previous positive experience to buy a phone for my mom. I will say I commend the workers here because they were short staffed and had like 2 people assisting on the floor but were getting it done. With that being said, obviously you go into a phone store knowing it will take at least an hour, and you might have to wait a little. I saw multiple guests walking in and being impatient or hounding the workers, which I commend how professional they were, idk if I could be that nice lol. Anyhoo, JASON C helped me out and even gave us his card. He was very patient and kind especially with my mother's old slow phone haha. Deff come to this location, the employees are always cool as heck.

    I 've had bad experiences with T-Mobile in the past, including at the Topanga location and others, which left me very disappointed. However, my opinion changed when I visited this location. One of the employees, Jason, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me with choosing the right plan, explained the benefits, and even informed me about how I could get discounts through my work. I'm confident that all the employees at this location are great because even the manager handled my requests quickly and in a friendly manner. I'm especially grateful to Jason, who is a Senior Mobile Expert, for his exceptional service. I left this location happy and satisfied thanks to his help.

Me working from Verizon before I actually I'm brainstorming ways how to help them instead of them helping me so I basically offered to cancel my order online and now they're telling me that because I have to place it in the store. I have to pay for a set up fee. Is that more of a scam or what? Avoid this place as much as possible. FYI: I asked them if they can waive it because you're not sending up anything. I'm literally picking it up and their system is not allowing so I think the manager just do it but they're possibly doing everything under this sun but help the customer so I'd think twice.

You can also park on the street at the meter parking. 3.5 stars Staff: When I walked in, I noticed one employee outside talking on his phone. The only other employee was helping another customer, so I took a seat and waited. I needed up waiting for 30 minutes until it was my turn. And they couldn't even help me because this is an authorized reseller and not an official Verizon store. Frustrating. 1.5 stars Merchandise: This location has a very small selection and since they're not an official Verizon store some of their items are off-brand chargers and phone cases. 2 stars. Bathrooms: I didn't see any restrooms for customers. Overall: This is not an official Verizon store, but only an authorized vendor of Verizon. I would recommend going elsewhere for best buying experience. (3.5+1.5+2)/3 = 2.333stars

Many people left, including an older woman who had waited for about an hour just to cancel a service for her family. The staff member turned her away because the account holder wasn't present, and didn't try to offer any alternative solutions. She left frustrated. They really need more staff on weekends to support customers. Now I understand why the rating is what it is. We waited almost 40 minutes just to return equipment from our old house, and the actual return process took less than five minutes. There should be a faster system for simple equipment returns -- even just scanning a code like Amazon would make it much more efficient..

    Everyone knows Spectrum is not customer focused. The company has a reputation for making even…read moresimple things unnecessarily exhausting, especially around account ownership, equipment returns, and deaths. The Spectrum store is particularly frustrating, where many things customers reasonably expect to accomplish simply are not possible. Retail stores refuse returns unless someone is an authorized user, while UPS can process the exact same equipment by serial number with no issue. The inconsistency, lack of compassion, and endless runaround create unnecessary stress for people already dealing with difficult situations. Avoid Spectrum if at all possible.
