He's so kind, super knowledgeable about the phones being offered, what special features they have, and is great at conversation while we were waiting for our old phone data being transferred to our new ones. The Home WIFI Internet is atrocious. Yes it's only $50 a month compared to Cox, but pay the extra money. If you want to watch television or get on your computer forget it. It freezes, it buffers every minute, and it does not stay connected, so you constantly have go unplug the modem. The only time you can enjoy it's use, is after midnight when a majority of the users are not signed on. Watching any sports game is impossible. Greetings everyone, this is my first attempt at writing up a review on anybody. I've been a T-Mobile customer for approximately 20 years both in Europe and the United States. Living in sun City Anthem this location on Eastern avenue provides very quick and easy access to any phone needs I have. I've been going to the site for several years and a few years ago ran to Mr Ed Pratt who is both knowledgeable and friendly and very people-oriented. We have struck up a friendship through buying two OnePlus phones and I was in there yesterday and he helped me with the updates. Ed does a great job and I asked for a referral for a set of headphones and he brought them to me and I didn't even bother to ask how much because I knew he would give me what my wife needed. He does a great job along with the rest of his team and would be my choice for future dealings with T-Mobile. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! I love T-mobile service for my cell phones. Never had issues with my phone and billing. Calling 611 with questions always pleasant customer care, but this store is horrible for customer service. I cannot write all the details (to many to list) and I would never smear someone's name online. I am hoping that someone from T-mobile/ district manager goes into that location and spends sometime in re-training the managers at this store. Or provide what is needed at the store so Managers can provide the great customer service you get overall from T-mobile. I was not only treated horribly, but two separate customers were so upset in how they were treated last night they were screaming. A black gentlemen came over and asked very rudely what my name and issue was. He continued to take the phone out of my hand and bring it back to his station. Last November we transfer from ATT to Sprint and now one of the best cell companies did the worst thing ever merge with T-Mobile !!! Ever since our cell signal has been bad went from 4 bars to 1 or 1 and 1/2 it's ridiculous. Stopped by the sprint store and asked to get our cell service. The representative said that all the connections were fine, but that they would put a new chip. Finally they finish making the settings and then he told us that it might fix the problem if not too call so they can send us a cell tower and that it would be a 25 dollar deposit? I been looking at the commercials and advertising were they say its a 5G guarantee everywhere in las vegas, except in our area and every day is the same thing. So disappointed with this new merge they went from excellent to worst service ever. Will start looking for a better cell provider asap. read more

Was shopping around for a cheaper plan and visited other carriers but Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me. He also patiently waited for me to come back since another carrier try to port my number to there system and took over a day to undo it,don't go to Sprint. Quick and to the point: recently went to T-Mobile on Eastern and Ione. My phone needed replacement and went in to look at phones. I had Lisa help me. And although she is knowledgeable, she is also moody and unpredictable in her tone and manner towards answering your questions. There must have not been any management on the floor with her because if there was, I don't believe they would have let her continue without stepping in. I believe she better serves TMobile in a behind-the-scenes position then a customer service. She has limited patience in person to person contact. So one star for being knowledgeable, but lacking four stars because knowledge or aptitude means nothing if you cannot relate and help others around you to understand what you know. read more

Have been with T Mobile since 2011, started with a prepaid phone, which I bought at Walmart in an emergency middle of the night, my Sprint phone died. Loved the price and features a year or so after I'm still with T Mobile. I'm trying to add a phone for my daughter, I'm advised to switch to a plan, which fast forward 6 years, 4 phones, 2 tablets lines later I love the service this location has offered me. Wow is all I can say. I went to this store to activate a new account for myself. I wanted to keep my phone number, get a new phone, and give the phone I currently have to my younger sister. The employee at the store told me I would have to call t-mobile myself and that she could not do this for me. They were unwilling to help me with anything. Can someone please explain what the point of having a store is if the employees can't help you? Why would you pay your employees to be there if I am just going to have to call someone on the phone. PURE LAZINESS. They really need some coaching there. I know it's not t-mobile. It's the people there at that specific store. I literally left and drove down to another store. It is such a same. The store is right next to Panera bread but it's a little easy to miss off of eastern if your driving quickly around the corner. The parking is great plus if you're hungry afterwards you can stop into Panera bread for some soup. Explained what I needed done, SA showed me how to get transfer pin to expedite process. About a 20 minute wait (they were quite busy shortly after opening on a Saturday morning.) SA took no more than 5 minutes to change SIM cards and transfer service. Easy, friendly transaction. Will purchase my next phone from them. read more

Nice crew. Everyone acted professional and friendly. But most importantly Stuart was awesome. My phone crashed on me, the other T-Mobile store down the road told me to fix myself. Normally when I come here for problems with my phone and to make accessory purchases there's a long line for people paying their bill in cash. It always takes forever mostly to get to a salesperson so they can deal with these people. I left a bad review on one of my visits here because of the unfriendly service. I came back and Antoine helped me. He's showed concern and empathy with me. David the manager is friendly, energetic and upbeat. Sad to say this is rare for this location. Others seem to be just going through the motion by these two seem to care. On one of my visits Antoine was off and while I was waiting for my turn two customers came in specifically asking for Antoine and didn't stay for someone else. I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile due to costs. The process was so quick and painless. Then came Mike. He is very personable and helpful and made the whole process feel less stressful. He recommended that I set an appointment with him once my old provider issued me a device unlocking code, and I did. He made me feel like my time is valuable. By making and keeping my appointment to get my phone switched over to their network, it only took 15-20 minutes of my time. He unlocked my phone for me in one try, and I was out the door in no time. I literally got everything done on my lunch break! That's how quick and easy it is to deal with T-Mobile. I used to have to wait a minimum of 30 min at AT&T.
