Ok so I was left waiting here FOREVER (about two hours) while trying to have my data transferred from my old iPhone to my new purchase of the iPhone 7. The associate said their system is not working and could be my phone....highly doubt that. I'm guessing their systems were down. I was not pleased that I had to sit there for 2 hours and NOT be able to go grab coffee or food because the sales clerk (Mark) who helped me said he can't be liable for my phone so I had to stay there while he figures it out.. As a solution, he offered to keep my phone over night there for 24 hours...as if I would do that so my personal info can be shared with the world. I don't understand how He can't be liable for my phone for an hour but can keep it overnight? So luckily I did a master reset and re backed everything up. However I'm left with having to back everything up myself on my laptop...and I don't even have all my contacts. So now I have contact apple support.......... Lame customer service here and this guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. I am happy with my iPhone 7 however, just not this clerk...get it together. read more

Stopped by this store with my daughter, 15 minutes before the store's closing time, only to ask what options we had left as far as getting a new phone. This was the second time we had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie. Not only is she the nicest and prettiest gal in the store, but she really knows her stuff! She is the most competent of all customer service personel and truly went above and beyond to help us out. Horrible service! I canceled my account because I couldn't get service at my house. After several attempts to get better coverage they gave me a booster, which wasn't helping. After my contact ended I turned everything over to the store. I get my final bill and they charged me! Went back to the store and had to clear up again. Not impressed. read more

I visited this store with the intent of buying my wife a new phone as a gift, as I have received decent service at this location in the past. I was instantly greeted by AJ who looked up my account and was ready and willing to assist. Everything seemed to be going great so far. Upon reviewing some phones, AJ showed me that the LG G3 had recently dropped to $499 and was a great phone (which I had previously confirmed on consumer reports). I was between this and the G2 which he later told me he couldn't get (available online at $360). AJ instructed me that I could pay the $499 over 24 months at 0% which would add just over $20/month to my bill. After convincing me to go that route, he then said insurance was included. After I asked further what was meant by that, he said "oh yeah, it's required like car insurance." I further inquired to confirm if it was in the ~$20/month pricing or extra. He then said it was $10 a month extra and had a $175 deductible. Quick math, if something happened to the phone that means I'd pay $175 + $240 ($10/mo at 24 mos) totaling $415 to replace a $499 phone. Hardly worth it. I asked that I be able to buy the phone on the plan he offered me and he told me I could not. It was a requirement to have the insurance. I was wondering why AJ's hands were shaking and he seemed so nervous telling me this, and I expressed that he had me on the original deal, but if the extra $10 for insurance was required I'd have to pass and evaluate my options. I left and immediately called t-mobile to inquire. T-mobile corporate confirmed insurance is NOT required, but is suggested. I then purchased the device over the phone with the representative at the same deal without insurance. However, I now have to pay for shipping, and no longer have the ability to have the phone same day. As well, t-mobile does not have a way of disabling order alerts, so they have now text messaged my wife to tell her the order was placed, and again that the order was shipped. Thanks to this t-mobile store's dishonesty the surprise of my wife's birthday present is ruined, I have to wait on arrival of the phone, and have to pay for it's shipping. read more

Everytime I come to this branch, it seems like they have more customers waiting in line than representatives. Some branches offer a sign in sheet, each time I've been here, they haven't offered one. I've come on a weekday, in the middle of the day, and I've been here on a weekend in the morning, same thing. Hopefully they can work on this. I've been to one branch that would answer small questions while they attended to other customers that were waiting for something to load or to transfer, this branch needs to work on serving their customers in a timely manner. read more

This is the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been too...all the customer service agents have attitudes and are VERY unhelpful if you need anything outside normal payment or something like that...I will be switching my service because there is no other T-Mobile store close and I will never set foot in the eastern store again! read more

The store is new and looks great. It really hasn't been around long enough to be super busy. The cool part is the organization of the place. Smartphones in one spot, basic phones in another spot, and so on. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The best part though, I have to say, is that it smells like the Subway sandwich shop when you walk in. Subway is a few doors down. Love that bread smell.. read more

Well, not too excited with them right now. We upgraded our phones to wireless calling enabled devices, through their Jump program and this location did not process the paperwork correctly. The EIP charges from the old phone are still showing on our account. Not to mention that TMo is sending out texts about promos that the in-store associates aren't even aware of. It bothers me when corporate makes life difficult for the frontline people. read more

David helped me switch over 2 phone lines from another carrier and the experience was good. If you come here, ask for David or Michelle. Called this location to see if they had any V20s in stock, was immediately told they did, I said I would be there within half an hour for one. I was there 20 minutes later and after waiting no less than 10 minutes for them to check their stock, I was told they didn't have any. I asked what happened in the last 20 minutes, showing them the call log on my phone and verifying I had the right location, the manager-esque person I was talking to shrugged and flatly said, "we must've sold 'em." read more

Customer service is good, but the waiting times are atrocious. I've gone in on two separate occasions and I needed to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. Both times, the data transfer system they were using was not working and I had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes. read more

Wow what an experience. My family has been with t-Mobile for over seven years, we went to pay off our airtime and our phones so we could cancel our service. I had no problems with the staff they were very nice but not knowledgeable. I paid my bill and they assured me that was my final payments and all I needed to do was call 611 to cancel my service. Little do the T-Mobile representatives know that customers that have been with them longer than 4 years pay for their bull cycle after they use it. So when I received a letter in the mail for an air time bill you can understand how confused I was. Hopefully the employees and consumers learn from this! read more

My husbands Samsung Galaxy S4 was recently stolen out of his work truck on a Wednesday night. I called T-Mobile right away and they immediately initialized a block on the phone. I called Assurant and they took care of everything right away. I paid the deductible and they overnighted a new replacement phone which arrived on Friday morning. We took it to T-Mobile and they helped us with the start-up, sd card, new phone case and they put the screen protector on for us. It never fails, every time we have gone in to this location for anything, we always receive the best customer service. So, so far so good. I went with to the store to by my elderly father a simple flip phone, the kind he likes. After I bought it and checked out, I looked at the receipt as I was walking to my car and noticed that I was charged an extra $20 for a $75 phone. When I walked back inside asked about it, the associate who helped me (Andre Pitts) was very dismissive and rude. He told me to call customer service if I wanted it removed because it's an automatic charge if I buy a phone at their store. Had I known that (and he should have told me before I checked out), I would have purchased the phone online. He should have told me that there would be this charge before I bought it and had a better attitude when I asked him about it. read more

Make really sure that whatever money you 'save' by switching over to tmobile is worth the aggravation, and dealing with a store and company who doesn't honor a commitment. I was extremely disappointed when my elderly grandfather told me about his visit here yesterday. 1st of all his phone is maybe a year in. They told him his sim was messed up and so he would need to purchase a brand new upgrade for it to work. What? The issue was he kept losing service in and out. So he simply needed a reset. The greed, lies, and manipulation of a senior is not my biggest issue. The sales guy tells my grandpop HE IS SPENDING TO MUCH TIME WITH ONE PERSON, then why sell him a phone? Commission. At least have common courtesy to show him how to work it. SO HE HAD TO FIND A DIFFERENT person! HES 77YRS OLD. HE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO OPERATE TODAYS anything!! I WISH I HAD GUYS NAME. This T-Mobile store should be shut down. I brought my first phone there in Sept. The sales person lied about everything. I went back in Oct. to change the plan another sales person said he could change it for me, Since I had a prepaid plan I then paid for the new plan. I found out in Nov. that both sales people are their to take you money and do nothing else. My plan was never changed. I had to call T-Mobile and pay extra because the plan wasn't changed. I suggest you go to any other T-Mobile store except this one. You too will be disappointed should you decide to go there. read more

We purchased 2 phones in July with a $50 rebate on each. We like our current plan and even double checked to make sure that we qualified for the rebates. Staff was great, made sure we had all materials and directions to mail in the rebate forms. Two months later we received a letter stating that we did not qualify for the rebates because we had not upgraded our service. 1st trip back: told that their records only went back 90 days, but that if we brought our paperwork they would credit our account. 2nd trip: I went alone with paperwork. Would not deal with me as the account is in my husband's name. I understand that, but was told by the salesperson that we had waited too long for account to be credited. Whoever was on as manager remained in back room entire time. 3rd trip: Hubby told to come back when store manager was in. 4th trip: SUCCESS. Manager apologized and credited our account for the full rebate. Said it was the least she could do since we've had our cell service with them for 5 years. read more

I have a contract with T-Mobile for three phones, one of which is the Samsung SGH-T679 it cost about $250 and it has some inherent flaw and it froze up, was slow to respond, shut down by itself repeatedly for no reason. We thought it was that phone but after changing it out 2 times and spending hours on the phone with customer service/tech support they could not improve or fix its function. All T-Mobile would tell us is "would you like to upgrade?" We paid $250 for a new phone with the expectation that it would function at a reasonable level but it never did and T-Mobile constant response was "would you like to upgrade?" for more money which was not right in my mind. Finally out of complete exasperation and several months of trying to fix the problem we bought a used I phone to replace it. So , the bottom line is that T mobile will sell you a phone that is borderline non functional and they won't do anything for you they WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR BAD PHONES. read more
