This place is clearly in the business of enabling fraudsters and scammers to place unwarranted,…read morerobodialed and illegal calls en masse to US citizens. They claim that it's as simple as emailing their abuse email to stop it but when you do they either don't respond or claim they have no record of their systems being employed to facilitate said calls. They often blame 'caller ID spoofing'. The problem with that claim is that, if true, calling the number back would NOT take you directly to the scammers yet in every documented case I've submitted to them the numbers absolutely do ring back into those same scam call centers. This provides spoofing is not being employed here and, instead, these scam artists are abusing FRACtel's systems and FRACtel is either unknowingly supporting it or intentionally permitting it, whether directly or through 3P resellers. Regardless, FRACtel needs to get this figured out and stop this abuse.

I explained to the technician the issue and the recommendations that were made by AT&T. I paid the technician to make all of the changes that he suggested. The technician claimed my system was now secure and there wouldn't be any further issues. Several months passed and I received a telephone call from Sprint. Once again someone has obtained a way into my "secured" phone system and had been placing additional international calls illegally. Once again I call SB Atlantic Communications, only to be told they would have to charge me again to redo what they claimed had already been fixed (no guarantee it wouldn't happen a third time). I do not recommend wasting your money using SB Atlantic Communications.
