The other store (Sprint now T-Mobile) tried their best to complete my exchange and upgrade but were unable to do so. Bad experience with customer service/ lack of service actually. Was waiting for 30mins. There was just two workers. Well when one wad helping a customer that employee decides to help another one because they were in a hurry. So extra time waiting and being skipped once in line. Then they finish with the customer return to their original customer and yet another was in a hurry as well to pay their bill. I was there to pay a bill as well and got skipped again. Instead of helping the customer that's ahead of me they help the other. So they tell the new customer let me get these customers signed in they are next. Mean while I was there before them and they never signed me in and yet skipped me three times now. Need way better customer service at this location. read more

These guys at TMobile are immature! I go into their location to get a quote but activated my service acouple days later in Moreno valley because it is where I live and I had one day before my services were disconnected with my other carrier. Well I go back into this store to exchange a device and they don't want help because I didn't activate my services with them. Then the guy walks to the back to check supposedly if they had the phone I wanted available and he comes back in 2 seconds and says they don't have it. They sold their last flip phone and couldn't help me. Really what poor customer service. They made a scene in front of customers. Grow up. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location, the employees there were just standing around not paying attention to anyone that came into the store, I​ asked for assistance two times and one employee stated they weren't​ on the clock the other seemed reluctant to even help. July 5 2017 at 4:10 pm, I went in to make a payment and one guy out of 5 that were working that shift only one greeted me and they were all sitting down doing nothing, they had no customers at all they were just talking. I stood for like 2 minutes the guy that greeted me just looked at the other employees and said in his own words " you guys suck", I asked them if they are always lazy he said and laughed they are hung over. This was a great experience, I needed a new phone and instead of just up selling me the associate clearly went over my options. When I went to pick up my replacement phone it was quick and simple. Unfortunately I didn't back up my phone properly because it was defected. The associate Frank was very kind and took the time to show me how to save my photos and helped me through the process patiently and kindly! Couldn't have asked for better service very nice people. I've been to this store several times in the past and was super hesitant to go back because of the terrible experiences I've had it the past. We went to add a line and had to wait a bit but I'm glad we did because we were helped by an associate named Roger Cruz. He was knowledgeable, charismatic, and didn't shove an upgrade down our throats. He gave a few suggestions but there was no pressure. I also overheard a conversation with another employee and his interactions with his co-worker and that was positive also. This is by far my favorite T-Mobile to do business with Jose has always been extremely Professional, efficient, courteous, & regardless of my many questions or phone needs his professionalism is always on Point & is also consistently conscientious of other customers as they enter the establishment as well & is amazing at Multitasking . Today I also had the pleasure of dealing with Denise & she is equally on her game as well. She assisted me & my 2 daughters with our every need & was extremely informative & made our experience seem effortless. I had mentioned that one of daughters recently had surgery & That I would be bringing her in to purchase a new phone & when we walked in she had one of the staff immediately pull up a place for my daughter to sit comfortably & Even offered us all water. Eddie was Awesome!! I took my son and daughter in on Saturday night to upgrade there phones, and Eddie went out of his way to help us out. My daughter being a college athlete had not had anytime to save all her info on phone she was a little upset, Eddie went out of his way to cheer her up as well as he took the time to transfer all her info over to new phone. They talked me into switching my account to a business line but didn't tell me about all the charges I was going to get hit with, so I got billed an extra $309 + my $162 closing bill in July. Kinda sucked. But customer service at TMobile said it was cool because in a few months I'll get a credit. It just would have been easier to have it all wash out right away instead of coughing up a bunch of money and having to wait for three months to get it back. The worst customer service I ever experienced at TMobile the sales rep with the long black hair this morning # 6358994 was the rudest sales rep I have ever came across. I went in with my daughter to transfer our contacts into our new phones and she acted like she had never done it before. Was so unprofessional told us we couldn't leave store to grab a bite to eat kept telling us it would take 20-30 minutes to do. I had to leave and come back because my daughter had to be somewhere she suprsisngly finished my daughters phone. So when I got back to the store it was full of customers the manager and the rest of the sales crew saw me come in and yet nobody approached me to sign me in yet they signed everyone else in so I assumed she was just going to finish helping me after she got done helping her customer she was with, 15 minutes later she walks to the check in board calls another customer who had came into store 10 minutes after me so when I told her I was there first she told me just because I'm returning from this morning does not mean I can skip In front of the other customers even though I told her nobody signed me in and I was there way before the customers she had just called but she didn't care she still signed me in and rudely made me wait. So I sat back down and literally 3 customers walk into store and the other sales reps help them before me and when I approached the other sales rep to tell them I had been sitting there waiting they said I would be next and I wasn't !!! I finally had to approach the manager and even he was rude and said well what is it that you want!!! Finally one of the guys who worked there helped after he was told too and it literally took him 5 minutes to do!!! I will never ever go back to that T-Mobile store ever again!!!!! read more

I wish I could give this location 0 Stars. I came here wanting to open a brand new account after not being able to order the Note 5 online. I was not greeted when I walked in and no one offered to help me. So after walking around for a few minutes I finally went up to the counter where everyone was just hanging out and I asked for help. Victor was who I got stuck with. yes STUCK He tried to sell me a random "free bundle" and a "free tablet" after saying no several times he still kept saying no matter what I take I would pay around 150 whether I take the tablet and the bundle or not. After going around in circles I eventually told him I wanted it to be broken down for me so I could see what I was paying for because it was not adding up. He clicked on things and it would not come up to $150 and he said "oh taxes! but i cant show you those till after the order" but that was obviously not the case. I made it clear that I only wanted the phone and the unlimited data and that was it. No tablet or bundle was necessary. His attitude changed into an awful bitter person. He then decided to tell me he didn't have the phone in stock and his manager said he couldn't order it. When I asked him about any other location he said this was the biggest store in riverside and if they were sold out everyone is. I told him I would think about it then and he blew me off. I thanked him for his help and he purposely ignored me. So I left and went to the Tyler Mall location which was 100% the opposite. And finally got exactly what I wanted for $30 less. From all of these negative reviews and my own personal experience, I really do not recommend this location but if you must then be sure to avoid Victor. Who is obviously all about sales and money and knows nothing about customer service. read more

I went to tmoble in riverside.had a android & iPhone 5 to trade in to get as credit towards my purchase of iPhone 6. Sales rep (Gisel) gave me a break down of my monthly payment for 5 iPhone 6 with my trade in.apperantley I was getting a good deal took my phone home was happy at the moment.so I look at the contract I did not get credit for my phone that I traded in. I call back to the sales person that had helped me.i tell her about the phones that I gave to her for my credit.suprizenly she tells me she doesn't remember about my phones that I had given her and that it's not on the contract that I gave up 2 phones.so I talked to the manager tell him the situation.he is already taking her side.so I tell him if he can look at the cameras to c that I have her the phones.tells me he doubts lost prevention is going to let him c the cameras.by the looks of it Gisel kept the phones I got robed.thats the kind of employees work at t-moble a bunch of thieves.... read more

I had a horrible experience last year at the T-Mobile kiosk in the Tyler Mall, the guy was/is a liar! So I was very hesitant when I had no choice and had the need to go to T-Mobile and I was not about to go near the kiosk ever again...actually I was thinking about going to Sprint; so when I went into the store on Arlington I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted IMMEDIATELY and was guided over to a very friendly Sales Associate, Denise. She was so kind and so patient and just smiled and helped me complete my transaction stress free...which was not easy and they were so very busy in that store and she continued to make me feel as though I was important and while she never rushed me she was extremely efficient! I can honestly say if I would not have been helped by such a wonderful courteous person/Sales Associate I would now be a Sprint Customer but Denise made me want to stay with T-Mobile so thank you Denise for being the ultimate employee with the best customer service that I have experienced in a LONG time!! This is the store I will continue to go to whenever I need assistance regarding anything T-Mobile:) Thank you!! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. I returned a device at the store in December after horrible customer service. I decided to close my account and switch to Verizon. Then in February I get a bill for said device I previously returned which I ended up having to pay for it. I was told by Laron I would get a reimbursement right away which was a lie. Laron claimed he would take care of everything which he never did. Weeks and months went by and I didn't hear from him like he promised. I called the store and kept getting the run around from other store employees. I called several times just to be put on hold for more than 20 minutes and when I called the store back, Laron was suddenly out on his lunch. I finally got tired of getting no answers and went to the store in person. No one could tell me why my reimbursement was taking months for me to receive. I finally was able to receive my reimbursement just this week after speaking to a T-Mobile supervisor after placing a complaint on this store. If you can avoid this store, then do so. Workers are lazy and straight out lie to you! read more

I went in to talk to someone about some issues I was having with my phone, the staff member that took care of me was short, rude, and gave me an attitude. He did not try to resolve my problem in their office, was in a hurry for me to leave. When processing a phone replacement he did not ask where I wanted the phone sent, instead asked me for my house address which I gave him. I had a phone replaced before and they had it shipped to my work, this time I wasn't even sure what he was doing, he just asked for my address and said ok, you'll get it in a few days, have a nice day ! (bye!). The phone ended up getting returned to Tmobile since I work from 8 to 6 and I am never home to sign for it, I also did not have the funds at the time to change the delivery address since UPS charges to do so, I also could not drive all the way out to the 60 and 91 fwy to pick up the phone since I was on a tight budget. Ultimately, this issue is now affecting my ability to upgrade my phone. The phone was returned to their warehouse but it was not processed and now I have to wait 3-4 weeks to be able to upgrade since they have to find the phone, process it, and have it clear their system. The my tmobile website says I have a completely phone and has different phone specs than what I currently have. The service is lacking as well, there isn't great reception, but I can usually deal with that, if their office got their act together, not all can be bad. Disappointed in their customer service, they need to fix that to help them grow. read more

The customer service was ok, however the salesman was full of it ! he talked my husband and I to cancel our current provider at he time and assured us that they would pay our cancellation and lease fees... It has taken almost 2 months to finally reach someone that was able to help me and then they told me that they would only pay the cancellation fees and that doesn't include taxes or late fees when it was Tmobiles fault hat I was not able to pay the cancellation fees off sooner. I was stuck paying $300 out of my pocket when they only paid $200. every time I tried to talk to someone at T mobile then would just tell me to call customer service, so when I called customer service I couldn't speak to anyone that spoke English and they would just refer me back to the store. I already regret this choice . T-Mobile and all cell phone companies are crooks . read more
