Worked with Ruben and he was fantastic. Unfortunately, though the ball was completely dropped on the Customer Service side, and the plan was double the cost that was promised. We have a business account and I can say that I would never go to this Verizon store or any Verizon store now for that matter again. My bill is running $600 a month and with AT&T it was $300 a month. They are charging me for multiple phone lines and phones that were returned within the 30 day period, I'm not getting credit for the phones we brought in on some of the lines and that is making the bill expensive. The store told me to call customer service so I did and talked to somebody that promised me a call back after she went through the account and told me about the issues, she promised me she would fix the issues and never did and I just paid another bill for $600 Verizon is terrible! Anytime we either need a new phone, or repairs we come to this location. Over the years we have tried the other locations for Verizon with horrible customer service, and always leaving frustrated. We had a problem with my husband's phone, so we came here for a remedy. Julie, the assistant manager was wonderful! She answered ALL our questions, we upgraded the phone. In addition she noticed we were paying too much , and we were paying for a line we did not have anymore. You definitely need to come to this location for ALL your Verizon needs. read more

Absolutely horrible! Takes 4 damn hours to swap out a phone. The phone they sold me was defective when I went back 2 day later they wouldn't exchange the phone because I couldn't get the glitch to happen while I was there. I work a lot and wasn't able to make it back until today which is 31 days after purchase so no they won't help me, told me to call Samsung and said they will 100% give you a new phone. Called Samsung and they want me to mail in my phone and wait 2 weeks to tell me if they might exchange it and that I should go back to Verizon and do my exchange there! Had amazing service at this store today. My phone suddenly stopped working, after troubleshooting the issue we called the store to determine whether we needed an appointment. Staff was very informative and invited us to come right over to the store. They even took a stab at the issue and provided a quick quote (bad SIM card). Will helped us out and fixed our issue for a fabulous $10 fee. Very quick and professional. Will even let us know what upgrades were available to us. I have not had good experiences with Verizon store staff so the service we received today was noteworthy and worth sharing. Job well done gentleman! read more

I was shopping for replacement phone for my wife and I. With a last min Sunday night walk, I knew exactly what I wanted. Although I wasn't too concerned on my phone, my wife wanted an upgrade. Krysten was the rep who listened and gave me some ideas of what to get. We automatically wanted the S10, but wanted to keep our budget below a monthly costs. After digging, Krysten found out we were in an old plan plus and able to get us a few promo prices and plans. She also had an S9 which saved us even more. I am not one who usually goes in-store since I am an online shopper, but I would not of found out of my old plan costs if I didn't walk in. Thank you so much, it's rare that service is noticed. We were just here. We made an appointment at 12:00. We got there at 11:30. We walked out at 11:42. Why? We made the appointment to get a new phone and when we arrived, there were absolutely no phones on display in the entire store, so we couldn't even look at options. We also were considering internet service. To make matters worse, there was only one employee working, and there were already 3 other people waiting (though one left realizing it was going to take too long). There was no kiosk to check in and the only employee didn't ask any of us if we had appointments when we arrived, just "it will be a little bit of a wait" after telling another guest that she didn't expect another employee in for at least another hour or so. Then proceeded to meticulously spend 10 minutes putting a screen protector on a phone for a customer and explain the whole way how it can be done correctly...I understand customer service is important, but so are sales. So sorry to have to post this and I give this store a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS instead of the requisite one star. I've been a Verizon customer for over 21 years and have always been happy with their cell service. Visited this store yesterday afternoon to see about purchasing a new smart phone. The Asnt. Mgr. was generally helpful and gave me some basic info but had to refer to a colleague with questions to which he should have known the answer. I told him I'd think, compare with T-Mobile, and return later. I understand that these kinds of transactions do take a lot of time to complete; e.g., transferring data, explaining things, etc. I did return later that afternoon intending to purchase a $930 phone. There were two customers being helped by the two staff members on duty. As I patiently waited my turn I wandered around the store and noticed that the displays were quite incomplete with missing equipment, there was thick dust on the displays and tables and, honestly, I have literally been in third-world phone stores that looked MUCH better and more attractive than this one. One of the customers being served appeared to be simply chit-chatting and asking endless questions of a staffer and using the time more as a social hour rather than for business. After almost an hour of waiting I finally received attention. As it turned out, the store would not "deal" or provide any incentive to me knowing I was a long-term customer and considering going with T-Mobile. My phone was, however on sale for $200 off. More importantly, they did not have my phone in stock, and couldn't get it until early December (almost two weeks; while T-Mobile had the right phone in the right color in stock.) Here are my issues: The store is sub-standard in terms of cleanliness/attractiveness; the assistant manager does not know how to manage his customers when people are waiting; the store was under-staffed on a very busy shopping weekend; finally, the store was running a sale on Black Friday weekend and did not have enough inventory in stock to fulfill its obligations. As I left the store I said "I'm going with T-Mobile" and the other employee replied in a flippant voice, "ok." I remain happy with the Verizon company itself as the corporate office offered me a $100 incentive for customer loyalty. It's this store that drove me away from the company and to their competitor. Swiftly and kindly, a dashing man named Brennan greeted us politely and notified us we would be helped next. Due to Brennan's red carpet treatment and patience of a Tibetan monk, my grandma now has a new Samsung, unlimited texting and internet, plus a new tablet to watch movies on! The store closed an hour ago and he didn't even bring it to anyone's attention. My grandma likes that he is dressed so professionally and handles his business interactions same. I visited this store on Saturday to upgrade my phone from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone. Right away Sergio came up and helped me. He went above and beyond what he had to do. When the phone I wanted was not available at the store he used his lunch break to drive to another store and pick up the phone I wanted. He also was able to get me a great deal on the phone and accessories that went with my phone. Additionally, he was able to give me a deal on getting my phone and a tablet. Horrible experience today 8/20/20. Went to this store at 515pm just to see a sign on the door "on lunch be back at 6pm". That's fine, everyone gets their breaks just a little inconvenient. But 45 minutes seems a little odd. I ordered two new I Phones on 8/18/20 from this store and was just there to pick them up. Tuesday's experience was much nicer but what transpired today was unacceptable. We got to the store and there was only one associate (Andrea). I was very understanding and was patiently waiting. I was there with my wife whom is 9 months pregnant and my 2 year old daughter. There were two people ahead of me in line and when she asked what I was in the store for I told her to pick up phones I ordered on Tuesday. She said the sales associate that sold them to you isn't here. I said that's fine I just want to pick up my phones. She's seemed hesitant to even help me at first but acknowledged and said that's fine and had me wait. By the time she finished with the gentleman in front of me she looked up my account and asked what I was here to do again. I told her I was upgrading two phones on my account. She paused and said let me call the girl that was helping you. She went to the back room closed the door and made a secret phone call. She came back and said, "I can try and do it but it might be locked from the person that helped you. She will be able to help you tomorrow." She also seemed or acted confused on what discounts were offered to me. She seemed untrustworthy. I said I bought the phones from this store not the sales associate. You see I have my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter with me. It's not that easy just to come and get out of the house and we have been waiting to talk to you for 40 minutes. I told her that this is ridiculous and just to cancel my order. All she said was, "have a night night." She did not want to help me nor fix the problem I was having. Maybe it's a commission thing, if it is that, commission should come last. A happy customer is more important. I refuse to do business with shady people like the people that work here. So, JARVIS 1.0 had a run-in with some ceramic tile, which meant bye-bye to my Note 2. Thankfully, I had an upgrade available and had decided to upgrade to the Note 3. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had the phone I wanted and the manager was nice enough to put it aside for me. I came into the shop later that night to pick up and pay for my phone. They were super helpful and recognized when I explained I'm a techie and I know exactly what I want. (As a female, men in general but especially in sales positions have a tendency to treat me like a "little woman" who doesn't know what she needs despite my clear explanation I know what I'm talking about.) We had a great chat about phones, plans, and assorted fandom geekery while I paid and the crew got my new phone activated. Several years ago I bought a phone at this store and all was fine. However, recently I had to buy a new phone and got completely ripped off. In a word, the salesperson, Peter Miron, sold me on a promotion that did not exist, and cost me over $100 extra. He claimed there was a promotion on the Hum device, and if I purchased it, I would actually save $5 on my monthly bill AND get 15GB of data. I don't even use the 2GB I have so that was irrelevant but I figured I'd save the $5 even though I had no interest in the Hum device. I bought it, he installed it, and on my next bill I discovered not only that the amount of the bill was not what he had said but was considerably more, and that I still only have 2GB of data, but that I was paying for an extra phone line for the Hum - which he never told me about. By the way he also signed me up for the phone protection fee which I never agreed to. I spoke at length to someone at Verizon who was very helpful, she said she didn't have any record of such a promotion, and she even called the store where I got the phone. Peter wasn't there and the manager said there was never any such promotion. The customer service representative said she would disconnect the line and my bill would go back to normal. When I got my next bill, the extra line was indeed gone, as was the phone protection fee, but i was charged a $115 premature termination fee. The woman never said a word about that, but when I called Verizon again, the man I spoke to said she probably didn't realize it - she had left extensive notes. I argued politely but angrily with him for 90 minutes and he kept putting me on hold to check various things, but in the end he insisted there was no way to waive the premature termination fee - even though it was for a device I never wanted and was sold under false pretenses. This is the company with the best customer service ratings. If you must go to this Verizon store, stay away from Peter Miron, he is not truthful and will rip you off plus make your life far more inconvenient - 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon and I have to bring the device back to the store. This is one of those cases where I would give zero or negative stars if I could. read more

The representative here told me, "Verizon charges you $199 for upgrading a phone plus the taxes on the phone, but we give you a free charger, case and phone screen to offset the cost." No you liar, Verizon doesn't charge that. You're an authorized retailer that probably illegally has Verizon's signage up as if you are actually a Verizon store. That's like Best Buy calling themselves Apple because they sell apple products. It doesn't work. Avoid this place. They will rip you off. read more
