However, nearly two years later, I discovered that there was an additional line on the account that I was unknowingly paying for every month. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was informed that I had signed paperwork agreeing to add two lines in order to receive the second phone for almost free. As a result, I ended up paying $30 per month for this extra line and my son's line+device &32 total 62 for almost two years. In my experience, Michael was uncooperative even with the responding officers when we sought information about what had been done to my account and how to escalate the matter. This is not simply poor customer service. An account change I specifically declined appeared on my account anyway. When I walked in he suggested he can try to clean and service the phone first and also diagnose at the same time. If he is able to fix it without changing the port, it will only cost $30. He asked me to come back after 30mins, and when I came back the phone is fixed and it was my battery that was busted that is why it was not taking any charge anymore. The cost was only $45! Still cheaper than changing the port and buying a new phone :) He replaced my battery and my phone is working again! He could have charged me $60 and say it was the port he replaced but he is really honest and even gave me my old battery (I returned to him for proper disposal). This place is highly recommended.
