I have been to this salon a handful of times and have never seen anyone beside myself. I had also called beforehand and asked for her availability and she said she's available the same day, so it's not like I showed up unannounced. On the phone I had asked her the price and had confirmed it before she started. When she was done with the treatment, and I went to pay for my har oil treatment plus hair wash and blowout.. she had doubled the price and said it's because she included a hard water treatment serum when washing my hair. She never asked me, nor did she suggest it. She did it on her own and expected me to pay double the amount that was agreed upon. No wonder her salon is always empty.
