    Basil Popcorn Chicken

Stopped in to grab popcorn chicken and boba on a hot summer afternoon. 4/5 taro pearl milk tea. Would've preferred more boba but the taro flavor and sweetness was solid. 4/5 popcorn chicken that you can season yourself. Generous portion overflowing the container. Chicken was hot and crispy. 2.5/5 cheese sticks. Did not care for the flavor or breading on these. Service was great, super friendly. Seemed family owned. Grabbed it to go, but waited inside and it was warm and muggy. Felt like the AC was at 80 so not very comfortable at all. My food was good and I got 2 drinks and 2 apps for $30 which felt reasonable. Boba presentation wasn't amazing but the boba was yummy so that's what's important. I'll go back for takeout but wouldn't recommend hanging out inside for their AC :)

Cute tea shop in my neighborhood! Quick, prompt service and wide variety of teas available - hot or cold! So many flavors ! And they have lots of yummy treats if you're not up for a full meal.

Not bad location came here with the whole family and it was decently priced. Sizes are similar to other Boba places. Family really liked the available games in the corner and we hung out for a bit to sit, drink, and play. Nice place to hangout, drinks were good, and workers were nice. I recommend

This is our favorite place for food like the popcorn chicken and fried tofu. It is good. Seasoned perfectly. My family's favorite drink from T4 is a Taiwan classic Honey grass jelly. Interior is nice and clean and service is good. We do not wait long for the drink and food. Thank you.

reliable drinks and snacks! we love coming here as the drinks are always reliable and made accurately. large menu for drinks and variety of snacks. the popcorn chicken or calamari are our fav snacks, always hot and seasoned well (how we like it at least). usually do an online order but the workers are nice. sometimes there's lots of kids if you go right after school gets out. but usually not to loud in there. plenty of lot parking in the area.

I like how the decorations are filled with anime related art which gives personality to this boba shop. I got the jasmine milk tea and it was above average. I love the milk that they use since it's really creamy. The only downside is that the tea felt like it was watered down. I also got two of my favorite snacks, the fried tofu and fried flour bun! Unfortunately the fried flour bun in the San Jose location has been discontinued. I was super happy to see that they still sell the fried flour bun here! The tofu was well seasoned, not too salty. The fried flour bun was also good as long as it is not drenched in condensed milk.

Favorite boba spot for a hot day. Clean dinning area, plenty of snack ideas and shakes! Quick Service, really nice workers that can answer all your questions if you are new to slushy and boba milk tea drinks. Beat the heat and get a slushy!

Since being introduced to boba I cannot get enough! Cute cozy ambiance can use some updates on their furniture but other than that service is fast and ordering is easy peasy. I like this place because of the egg puffs they have on their menu not many boba places offer. I come here often and enjoy a sweet delicious taste of Taro milk tea. Yummy to my tummy!!!

Been to a handful of T4's from The Bay Area to Sacramento. This specific T4 location is probably the cleanest and most organized one I've visited. Also, the workers are genuinely nice and very efficient. My iced taro boba was not overly sweet and they actually make the drinks accordingly to the sweetness level listed. The basil popcorn chicken is tasty, comes out really hot so be careful when you eat it.

My go to drink at T4 is their earl grey milk tea with boba and angel pearl. I also enjoy their hot snacks selection.

Bang average, with prices that suggest they're serving gold leaf…read more TOMO Tea House is one of those places where the presentation is doing considerably more heavy lifting than the food. The chilli wonton soup was genuinely good, probably the standout for me. I'd happily go back for that. The cinnamon rolls were alright. I tried the Biscoff Crunch, Dubai Pistachio with Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, and Banana Pudding flavours. They looked the part and were decent enough, but nothing that had me thinking, "Bloody hell, I need another one of these." The waffles, unfortunately, were a different story. They weren't cooked properly through the middle, chewy and gooey rather than crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The Biscoff flavour was also barely noticeable. The drinks are very much geared towards the social-media crowd: lots of milk, lots of toppings, lots of visual appeal. If you enjoy taking a photo of your drink before taking a sip, you'll probably have a field day. And then there's the price. For what you're actually getting, it feels rather steep. The food is, at best, mediocre in several areas, yet the prices seem to suggest these ingredients were mined personally by King Charles. Ironically, I actually would have gone back for the chilli wontons, banana pudding and Biscoff pudding. But the experience around their influencer/collaboration side left a rather sour taste. If you're a collaborator or influencer, BE WARNED! No real communication or courtesy message. Perhaps I'm old-fashioned, but if you're going to deal with people, a simple response goes a long way. But then again, they perhaps cherry-pick whom to interact with based on their social media activity. And finally, watching someone at the counter struggle with some basic maths while taking an order was certainly an experience. I'm all for supporting people, but perhaps the calculator deserves a little more screen time than the Instagram account. Overall: some genuinely good items buried underneath a lot of hype, presentation and rather ambitious pricing. I'd happily return for a couple of the things I enjoyed, but I wouldn't be rushing back for the overall experience. Food: 3/10 Value: 2/10 Presentation: 8/10 Social-media appeal: 10/10 Would I return? For the chilli wontons and a couple of puddings, yes. For the rest... probably not.

The dimly lit space with music playing definitely gave night lounge vibes. We each ordered from the kiosk and received our drinks with a short turnaround. Call me old fashioned, but the process of ordering from a kiosk without an employee present then grabbing my drink that was left on the counter takes away any customer service worth a tip. It's annoying when the tipping screen pops up after placing my order. Sure, the drink came out timely, but we were the only ones ordering in the shop at the time and the tipping screen pops up before my drink comes out. Due to the late hour, I opted to get a non-caffeinated drink. I got the Mango Cloud, 50% sweet with brown sugar boba. The boba was still warm and had a nice chew to it. I particularly like the mango bits.

The Americano here is easily the best I've had--bold, full of flavor, and not watered down like you get at a lot of bigger chain spots. You can tell it's made with intention. It actually tastes like coffee is supposed to taste. The pastries were just as impressive. The Biscoff cheesecake was rich and balanced without being overly heavy, with that warm, caramelized flavor that really stands out. The blueberry muffin tasted fresh and real--not overly sweet, just done right. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone. The music is calm and relaxing, the chairs are genuinely comfortable (not the typical stiff coffee shop seating), and the entire space feels less like a business and more like sitting in a welcoming home--a nice home where you actually want to stay awhile. But what really sets this place apart is the experience. Abdul didn't just take our order-- he genuinely engaged with us. He was friendly, thoughtful, and took the time to explain the concept behind the space, including how it connects to the location and atmosphere. That kind of interaction is rare, and it completely changed the tone of the visit. This isn't a place you rush in and out of. It feels built for conversation--for sitting down, slowing down, and actually connecting with the people you're with. It's a refreshing change from the typical coffee chain experience where everything feels standardized and transactional. Another standout is that the menu is halal, which makes this an easy and welcoming choice for anyone looking for halal options without having to second guess what they're ordering. If you're looking for more than just caffeine--if you want a place that values community, comfort, and real human connection--this is absolutely worth your time. This place reminded me what a coffee shop is supposed to be.
