Location is great! It is right off of the freeway exit so it's just a quick trip to grab some boba. Not a lot of parking outside but somehow I always seem to find parking right up front. I don't go here very often unless I'm in the Bay Area, but I have to say, they have pretty good boba. Last time I've had Tea 4 U was last summer on my visit to Palo Alto so I was excited to get their boba here in Sacamento. The workers here are very friendly and are patient in helping you order despite the long line of people behind you. There are also a few games like Jenga or a deck of cards on their counter to keep yourself busy when waiting for your order. I ordered the Potted Oolong Milk Tea and my mom ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea. I would say that it was pretty good. I should have said no ice in my potted drink since the oreo tends to settle on the ice after drinking all of the milk tea, making it difficult to drink the rest of the boba and oreo afterwards. I love t4! the snacks are good and the green tea with mango ice cream is my favorite drink. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they kind of have a consistency issue so the snacks and drinks don't always taste the same. What a fun and perfect location for boba! Super clean inside and the decor is really inviting as well. Plenty of tables with chairs to saddle up along your best friend or fellow hipster during lunch break or post workout. The owner was amazing. Sweet and good looking, she's a unicorn in today's standards of owners! I've been to the location in Natomas but this one downtown has such a different more hip vibe to it. I ordered the Potted Black Milk Tea without the boba. This is their interpretation of a Oreo shake and oh boy does it deliver! I drank it down to the bottom in 7 minutes lol. I also ordered the basil chicken from the hot snack menu, which by the way ha everything from fried calamari to egg puffs,the chicken comes with a large serving for only $5. I added some sweet chili sauce that they have available and chowed down like only I do. The building could have been evacuated and I'd still be standing there eating this amazing food. Finally a decent tea place in midtown. Open late 10pm/11pm depending on the day. We ordered earl grey milk tea and Thai tea and it was under $10. The drink itself isn't bad, but could be better. I order everything at normal, so next time I think I would order less sweet at this location. Cool thing is that they have their stamp card and it's the same stamp card for every location. Also I would try the snacks the next time I'm there, everything is decently priced and good portion size. Parking is a little hard, the lot is small so you might have to park somewhere else and walk. My sister and I came here to do homework. We ordered some drinks and there were plenty of tables to choose from. The parking here is kind of tricky, but the staff was really nice. Like any other boba place they place a sign for their free wifi and the password. The boba was soooooo good. Warning, if ur a person of color be prepared to be judged and stared at when u walk into this place. I love T4 and they have amazing boba and customer service at the stockton blvd and arden location . However this t4 is by far the WORST i went to. The staff was very rude and had an attitude with us while we were ordering / picking up our food. They have horrible customer service and just stare at u in disgust. When my order was ready they called my number and i went inside to get it, I see the girl holding my order and once i approach her she leaves it behind the counter and walks away without giving it to me. I was confused at first but i just reached over and grabbed my drink since she wasn't going to give it to me. They also kept turning their backs and were huddled up talking amongst themselves instead of doing their job.. while customers are in line waiting to be serviced . Then, when my food was ready, I watched her bag another customers order and put everything in the bag without them asking (forks, napkins, sauces,etc) but when my order came out she snarked at me saying "What do u want" like it was a crime to ask for some forks and sauces! I've heard that everything from T4 was good, especially the boba.. so I had to try it for myself. There are multiple locations with this one right across from my Aunty's neighborhood. Friday around noon wasn't busy at all, there were a few people in line when I got there which gave me just the right amount of time to decide what to order. They have a wide variety of teas, smoothies and snacks to choose from. Similar to other boba places; you pick the size, sweetness and ice amount. The store was clean and tidy with pictures of food and drinks, which all looked delicious. I ordered a regular size honey peach royal tea with 30% ice and boba. I could have done with a little less sweet, but overall loved it. There was just the right amount of honey and peach flavor, the boba was probably the best I've had.. ever! My favorite boba place in sac!!! I don't go anywhere else but T4 now. I work by the one in Natomas and now there's one close to my house! It's dangerous! I loveeee their popcorn chicken! At many T4's that I've been to, such as Tracy and Stockton, give you snacks filled to the top of the box. However, at this T4 they were kind of stingy with the snacks. But then, my family totally dismiss my happiness and woke up late. First time trying this place!! Ordered T4 on doordash tonight. Delivery was great! Everything arrived within a great amount of time. Was craving a sweet & savory late night snack. We got popcorn chicken (has a spicy kick to it, I like spicy so it didn't bother me) and the fried flour buns. Everything tasted so good! We also ordered milk tea, classic rose milk tea & red bean milk tea. It tasted so good and refreshing. Mine (rose milk) didn't come with any jellies but the red bean milk tea came with little red beans that were good!! They've definitely gone downhill. I ordered two drinks, one came out tasting like water and the other like sugar mixed with milk. They forgot my boba the first time so they had to remake it. This is my absolute favorite t4 in all of the Sac/Elk Grove area. Service is fast and the workers are great on their customer service. They are so consistent with their drinks. I usually always get the same thing Earl Grey milk tea with pearl but my last visit I added the sea cream for a change and it was tastyyy! I don't go downtown a lot but every time I do, I always have to stop by because it never disappoints. Parking can be a pain but I usually park on the side of the street if anything!
