Such a cute places with great vibes! The colors are nice and bright and there is plenty of space to meet, chill and enjoy their Boba. My son really wanted to try the Oreo slush but when he was ordering for his sister he was conflicted and wanted the same lol. The cashiers was patient and allowed him to slow down and make his decision without pressure. He ordered and was very happy. He even wanted to take a picture by the bike photo op and mentioned how much he wanted to walk over to being his sister. They tried the Oreo and taro slush's no bobas. This is one of those places where you walk in and it's a different world inside. It's absolutely beautiful when you walk in. There's IG worthy areas throughout the store where you can take a pic. Now onto the drinks. They're very good and priced great. Boba is one of those drinks that are either powdered based or not. This place isn't powdered based. The drinks are good and you can taste the tea underneath the sweetness. The popcorn chicken were spiced and salted well. They weren't dry and was addicting. Overall my little boy and wife liked it. I realize that the pocket has two other Boba spots (both very good in different ways), but this is the first one I've been to that felt like it was designed for people to sit and hang out. The interior is larger than the other two boba shops combined, with plenty of tables and even a couch to chill and enjoy your drinks. There were even a few board games available to play! The "Meet Up" part of the name certainly seems to be in effect here. My go to at any boba place is a milk tea with coffee jelly, as lightly sweetened as possible. I went with the 25% sweet option here and the sweetness level was PERFECT. I had a great conversation with the dude working here (went by "B") regarding the balance of the tea sweetness and added ingredients that also have sugar. The earl gray they used might be the best i've had, with a very rich flavor and a hint of lemon? I feel like each shop in the pocket has a thing they excel at, and Meet Up might take the position for best basic milk tea. It was VERY good. My wife got the coconut milk tea in spite not normally liking coconut drinks, and it was also very good. The boba consistency was perfect, and the 50% sweetness level wasn't nearly as cloying as it can be at other boba shops. All in all we were impressed with the friendly staff member, the super fast service, the welcoming interior, and delicious drinks. I'll update this review when we've had a chance to try out food and other types of drinks on our next visit. Update: We tried out the popcorn chicken and french fries today, and enjoyed both! The popcorn chicken was super crunchy and well-seasoned. The fries were standard fare, but were also cooked and salted well to make up for a lack of seasoning. A single order each of chicken and french fries was plenty to feed my wife and I for lunch! read more

So glad Boba Meet Up opened. It's a great addition to the neighborhood! We ordered the Oreo milkshake and the brown sugar milk tea, and both were delicious. We also tried their popcorn chicken. It was very crispy and crunchy, the flavoring was on perfect. You can pick up to go containers of extra seasoning like pepper or sauce at the counter. The decor is so cute, clean, bright, and cozy. It's the kind of spot you want to hang out in for a while. Definitely excited to have this place nearby. Can't wait to go back and try more of their drinks. read more

I came over here to this local Boba Café. That's conveniently located in my neighborhood. I love the decor throughout the café. I had to take the opportunity of doing a whole selfie session while waiting for my Vietnamese coffee to be prepared. By the way, that was the smoothest Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. It for sure provided the caffeine I needed, but I didn't have the jitters and it was just right. I highly recommend coming in here because it's such a cute little vibe. The jasmine milk tea looked suspiciously pearl white and my suspicion was correct: it pretty much tasted like straight up milk. Strangely, I still did feel the caffeine kick.....perhaps the tea used here is just not the best quality or not brewed properly. The lychee green tea had very subtle tea taste as well. Drink was sorta saved by the refreshing fruit flavoring. I ordered this drink with boba and I agree with some of the other Yelpers in that the pearls here are overly soft/overcooked. Also tried the "pop corn" chicken. Decent tenderness but very under-seasoned. A bit inconsiderate that the associated food truck is parked in front of the place against a fire lane curb (engine wasn't running so didn't look like temporary haul loading.....looked more like possibly advertising its mobile catering service?) making that part of the plaza a one-way thru area. Unfortunately can't recommend checking this fairly new boba spot out at this time. Staff really need to do some taste re-tweaking on their products. read more

First timer. Came here for boba since we were in the shopping plaza. Cute decors and photo opts inside. Very quiet inside as we were the only two before another customer came in after we ordered. Ordered a few regular milk tea with and without boba plus a honeydew with jelly and boba. You could really taste the honeydew flavor. All drinks were yummy. My sister-in-law introduced me to this boba shop. The teas and slushes were amazing; they have tremendous taste without being overly sweet. The food was rich without being overly fried. Spacious cute boba store. Some IG friendly picture booth spaces. Tried the popcorn chicken, Mango GT w lychee jelly, milk tea with boba. All decently good, popcorn chicken was a little under flavored; but i think with some powder and sauce it's great! Teas, honest opinion, milk tea was very diluted, could use more tea flavor. Mango GT was good though! Service was good. Clean and cute ambiance. Just make sure you do get charged 50cents on card payments. I think it would be a great place to hang out. Overall, I think it has potential, and would love to go back again after their grand opening! I'll try again another time in the near future for other flavors and snacks, and update! read more

New boba place opened up in the Pocket Greenhaven area next to a small anime shop and a dim sum place. Their hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM. Inside there are a few spots where you can take photos with your drinks for IG or whatever social media you use. Inside there are a ton of tables that you could probably combine if you wanted to hang out as a large group. Menu has a variety of drinks and snacks. I got one of their green teas. I went default regular size with no adjustments. Their regular size is kind of small so their large size is probably regular sized. You may want to adjust the sweetness. Their default is over sweetened with sugar. Overall, they have friendly service and this could be a nice hang out spot for a quick snack or to play some small board games. I think it would do well in the Sacramento summer when it gets hot outside. Though if I had a craving for boba I would probably drive a little more and go elsewhere. read more

So glad they opened nearby. My "Buy ten get one free" card is almost filled up. This is a very fun place to "hang out" and talk with a friend or a date. They provide wifi, they have board games, and the tables on the wall have chargers for your phone or your laptop. In my opinion their tea drinks tend a bit toward "sweet". I always pick about 25% sweetness and get what I think would be 50% or more elsewhere. Clean, and some very nice "touches". If you like pink, like my daughter, you will love some of what they have done. Clean bathroom. Usually the counter person is also the cook and prepares your drink, so you might wait a little bit if they are busy. I hope they succeed, and prosper here. read more

One thing my boba associate and I have noticed is the cuter the shop, the longer it takes to get your order. This shop is on Door Dash, so order ahead & pick it up to save on wait times. I've been here a few times and the boba has been WAY overcooked. It's better than UNDERCOOKED, but it's mushy and has a weird mouthfeel. My teas have been too sweet, even when ordering at 25%. I got my husband their dragonfruit green tea, 25% sweet, and it tasted like a kids' juice pouch. There was no tea flavor, just sweet juice pouch. I'm thinking for this store to order 0% sweet & just add my own. They clearly have different ideas than I do about what 25% sweet is. Overall, it's a nice, cute shop. I always test out a new place by getting jasmine milk tea with boba. Like if they can't do that I worry for the other menu items. But this place has it down nicely. Nice hint of floral jasmine flavor. Boba is chewy. Got it 50% sweet and it was exactly that. Non-dairy creamer is used so you don't have to worry about that. Nice decor and convenient location. Products could use improvement. Tea was diluted, could improve on tea strength/flavor, both in milk teas, and flavored teas. The flavored tea tasted mostly like syrup. Pop corn chicken could improve in coating for crunch and seasoning. Improving these will definitely help the business become a high quality boba tea shop. Some recommendations could be marinating chicken meat overnight and increasing the coating layer. Steeping a more concentrated tea base, or making sure the tea base is cold enough that ice doesn't immediately melt to dilute it. read more

I've been to this place multiple times and it's a solid spot that's a good addition to this plaza. I always get the brown sugar milk tea and it satisfies my palette. Nice customer service. They are very friendly. Place is beautiful and bathroom is very clean. If you haven't try it, go give it a shot. We came in today and order 4 drinks, but we didn't double check and it was 3 drinks on the receipt. When we got our drinks, we ask for the 4th one and realized it wasn't on the receipt so we told them it's okay since we also didn't check but they were super nice and they gave us the 4th drink. We were excited about having a new boba place in the area, and while the boba is not bad it does taste a little overcooked at times depending on the time of day you visit. However, what kept us coming back was the stamp card. We finally got to the 10th drink today and it was not an easy process, they had to confirm with people in the back to see if we could get it for free. Reluctantly they offered a small drink without toppings regardless of us buying large drinks with toppings all 9 times. It would be great if they made it clear on the stamp card or displayed a sign explaining such. Stamp card is a scam unless you're always buying small drinks with no toppings every time. The ambience is nice and the place is well decorated but not worth sacrificing the quality in the boba comparing it to other nearby locations. read more

Super cute shop! Staff was super friendly, I asked if they had dairy free options. They were really thorough and let me know that they do have almond milk to substitute when needed and also a majority of their milk teas are already dairy free since they use a dairy free creamer. I went during their grand opening after work. By the time I got there around 4pm, they were already out of snacks so I didn't get to try their snacks. The cashier person looked like she didn't even want to serve anymore. The owner was there and made small talk but didn't seem really interested in engaging. I ordered Thai tea and taro milk tea with boba. Their boba was cooked perfectly. The center was not hard like other boba places. However, I feel that they were skimping out of the powder since the taro milk tea tasted so watered down. I asked for my Thai tea to be less sweet, and I can't remember if the cashier lady put 50% or 75% sweet, but it tasted like tea and no sweetness to it. As if they omitted the syrup or sugar completely. I know I asked for less sweet, but normally I can still taste some sweetness. I wouldn't go back only because it was out of the way. Maybe if I'm ever in the area in the future, I would try again to see if there's any improvements. read more
