I usually order the panda milk tea with boba. You can also adjust the sweetness of your drink too. I tend to like mines on the not too sweet. They have a wide variety of drink selections, but most of them are standard to what you would find in any other boba place. My biggest gripe with this place is the service. Does it really take that long to make a boba drink?? On the different occasions I've been here the service speed has always been slow. You can even see the look of frustration of the other customers sitting and waiting for there drink order as they are scrolling through there smart phones. The last time I went there was a Sunday night around 8:30 PM. I didn't get my drink until about 9:25 PM. The place was still pretty packed, mostly with teenagers (possibly college kids) hanging out and probably waiting for there drinks too. I think this place has the best boba drinks in the area, but jeez they are slow. My rating is more on the 2 and a half stars, but I'm hoping they improve so I just gave them 3 stars. Is there such thing as no star? We got ramen noodles, calamari, egg puffs and 3 bobas. We got our orders and ate and realized 30 minutes later we were missing our egg puffs. When we told the cashier, he said he was going to start making it. We had left over ramen and asked if we can get a to go container and tried to charge us $1.00 for a container? What restaurant/food place charge for a to go container?! Unheard of!! They need another cashier and double the staff of making the drinks/food. They've been open for a while and still so unorganized! We used to go there at least once a week and we won't be coming back. Very bad costumer service and so slow. read more

Cashier is always nice when i come in with the kiddos. Service is still off with ordering hot foods and drinks but its gotten better. I can always order ahead and they will make my order once I get in to pay. read more

Probably my favorite boba place in Fairfield right now. I usually get the Lychee Tea with Aloe and Fried Tofu. My only complaint is that when ever I go here and the weather is hot, the inside of their shop seems to match the weather outside. They only have one egg puff maker so by the time we got our puffs the chicken pieces we ordered became cold while still sitting on their table. This location needs to get its act together and keep up with the demand! They ran out of BOBA.....it's a boba spot for goodness sake! It's as ridiculous as if a gas station ran out of gas or if Starbucks ran out of coffee. Plus, it took over 25 minutes for our drinks! Probably the worst place I have ever been. My husbands milk tea was hot( they did not add ice ) and mine was watered down with no flavor. I am all about high school kids working but there was no adult there Sunday night. We waited 15 mins in line with only one person a head of us and then another 15 mins for a terrible drink. So other than the long wait for the drinks, I am pretty understanding. When they made my drink it was really bland and watery. I asked if they can remake it or at least give me the choice to choose another one because I really didn't enjoy the drink. Its great they have a location in Fairfield which is in my hometown so I usually come here each time we are in town. It is usually always pretty crowded though. Wow! Just the hype made me go, plus a friend. First off walking in and looking around I thought this place is new but you would not think so, there was so much dirtiness that it seem years of grim on the walls, couturier tops even ceiling. Worst service ever. Ordered @530. It received two of my drinks at 550 at 6 I still did not receive my final drink. I finally received my money back. Every time I ask the answer was it's coming right up we are busy. I don't care how busy they were give me all my drinks at once. Now I have disappointed kid because he didn't get his drink. Maybe if they had more than just underage kids working there in some type of management it wouldn't be like this. I wouldn't recommend anybody come here unless they have 2 hours to kill and they don't mind getting their drinks 15 minutes apart from each other like you can only get him an intervals. The service is pretty fast considering how busy they are after school, and never had problems with any of my orders which is awesome! But despite that I know many highschoolers come after school (Fairfield high is within walking distance) the place tends to be rather dirty even if it's well after school or on weekends, thankfully the bathroom isn't terrible but the main area could use some work.
