Our go to is the poke nachos, half spicy/half kamikaze. They make their own wonton chips, cover that with 1lb of the freshest poke, then load the top with special sauces, drizzles, and garnishes. The lunchwagon comes out maybe every other day around after school hours (2pm until sold out) but I always go to their instagram @poke_on_da_run for updates. There is always a line so be prepared to wait and give a little extra patience as they are working hard to serve everybody. CASH ONLY so come prepared. And park only in designated areas to avoid getting a citation.
