The pad thai had that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tangy. The fried rice was simple but really good, with tender pieces of chicken and vegetables mixed throughout. We also tried a few stir fry dishes with chicken and beef that came with fresh vegetables and a flavorful garlic sauce. You could tell everything was made fresh and not just thrown together. However, since this was one of the less-busy locations, we had more than enough seating to choose from, so we had ZERO wait time. Secondly, the staff was so kind and very attentive. Service was prompt. The food was also pretty tasty. We opted for their glass noodle dish and added shrimp for our protein. It was good. We also paired that dish with their shrimp wonton rolls, and wow, oh wow! Those rolls were a DELIGHT! They were the highlight of the lunch in my opinion. For mains, I ended up ordering the kor moo yang (pork jowel). This was the star of the show, it was super tender and flavorful. The relish was barely necessary to be honest. I'd definitely order this again, or get it as an appetizer to split with a few people before the main. To drink, I was really surprised that none of their cocktails were modifiable considering that they have a full bar. They didn't have any cocktails that were speaking to me, so I ended up ordering a zero proof drink, the honey's passion, with a shot of vodka on the side to spike it. This was a good solution.
