Came here on a Sunday morning. Inside the Wynn as you pass through a small bar. Had the biscuits and gravy and a coffee. The biscuits and gravy looked small at first but left me at a satisfying full without feeling uncomfortable. Great flavor all around and the overall texture of the dish was perfect after a night out. The hot sauce on the side isn't too spicy but compliments the dish well. Coffee was ok, nothing extraordinary but they do come by to refill and you can also ask them for a cup so that you can take it to go. But the best thing here was the water. I don't know what kind of water it was but it was phenomenal. SO tasty. There is absolutely no way it's ordinary water. Couldn't stop asking for more of that delicious water. read more

We had a beautiful brunch at Tableau. The service from start to finish was amazing. The waiters were attentive and personable. All of our food was excellent as well. We started with the beignets and the burrata. The beignets were very cake-like and tasted wonderful with the crème sauce. The burrata was some of the best I've ever had--the roasted tomatoes were to die for. I had quiche for my entree. It had a very traditional French feel and was really yummy too. The hashbrowns were amazing--some of the best I've ever eaten. They were thick but still crispy and so savory. The drinks were fine but nothing to write home about. Yesterday, my boyfriend surprised me by taking me to Tableau in the morning. I thought we were going to Denny's lol Tableau is honestly really amazing, and I'm so grateful he took me there. He already made a reservation earlier, so we got seated right away. We had the option to sit inside or outside, and we decided to sit inside since outside was a bit too hot. When we got seated, the hostess gave us our face mask coasters. I know, right?? Who has face mask coasters?! Mind-blowing The menu can be seen using a QR code. Our server, Amina, was so sweet, and she was a great conversationalist. For food, my boyfriend got the Spanish Omelet. I got the Steak and Eggs. We also got Caesar Salad and these super delicious buttermilk pancakes. They also let us sample their new lemonade. I'm not sure if it was watermelon only or watermelon-strawberry, but either way. It was refreshing. Okay, I gotta tell you. The steak... was omg.. It was so GOOD! I can't even. It was medium well.. nice and juicy in the inside. The rest of our food was delicious, but the steak definitely stood out the most for me. At the end, we asked for our buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chips and bananas. Refuse to come to Vegas without going to tableau! I can do without roulette, craps, baccarat, slots, blackjack, crowds, smoke and traffic but I can't do without Tableau! French press coffee is incredible great start to a long day. I personally ordered the tableau breakfast which if I recall is three eggs, I added avocado and sourdough toast. We also got a pastries selection and a bowl of fruit. Hash brown potatoes are so good we ordered three (they are kind of small so stock up) because they are oh so good! Overnight oats are addicting as well. I know I keep posting on Tableau every visit but it just keeps me sane in Vegas hahahaha!!!! read more

The Acai bowl was great and refreshing. Purify drink is spicy! Not what I expected and not something I would enjoy but that is personal preference as I expected something light and somewhat sweet. The chicken noodle soup has ravioli in a bowl which they pour the broth from a kettle on top as the presentation. However, the broth was really concentrated and strong. You could tell from initial look based on how dark the broth is. All my friends and I agreed it was too salty and concentrated. I had to water it down with my cup of water. I have been going to Tableau for breakfast for many years. It is located in the Wynn Hotel. I can't say enough good things about it. The place is decorated beautifully. The colors are very pleasing to the eye. The service there is impeccable. The staff is super attentive and very nice. I have tried multiple dishes and each one has been delightful. I especially love their eggs benedicts. They also have a lovely pastry basket with a nice assortment of pastries. The pastry basket had delectable items, and complimentary juice was very delicious, and also the red deliciousness drink which contained Fuji apples, bell pepper, pomegranate, beets, and lime. Enjoyed a girls brunch here on a Saturday for my friends birthday. We were able to get a table last minute by calling in so much appreciated. Dining experience was great and our server was wonderful. I recommend doing the bottomless mimosas for $39 if you're planning on doing more than 3 which include a variation of options (Bellini, mimosa, proseco and some other options). I enjoyed my nautica benedict with a side of sautéed mushrooms (good to share with 3-4 people in my opinion). Benedicts come with 2, however the traditional Benedict is only one. Tableau is a French/American restaurant located in the towers at the Wynn resort. It's usually busy so best to make a reservation or arrive before the rush. It has the feel of an airport lounge in the sense that the crowd inside is trying to relax and escape the crowd outside. Coffee is free at the cafe in the front of the restaurant while you wait We enjoyed breakfast there. I ordered the ricotta which came on a rosemary pastry that was absolutely delicious as well as fruit and a balsamic drizzle. I also enjoyed a mimosa and a perfect latte.
