I went to Tableau at the end of July for my friend's birthday brunch. We went mainly because of the bottomless mimosas and were not disappointed. We were constantly getting refills from the servers and treated with great hospitality. I would 10/10 come here again. I cannot rave enough about our experience, from the moment we walked in the staff was absolutely lovely. We called Concierge from our room, Silvie helped and booked our reservation, she was so lovely. The restaurant itself is stunning, a beautiful ambiance, with daylight shining through and beautiful garden views. Eric was our server and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best! We landed upon this beautiful restaurant while in line for the Wynn Buffet: we started calling around when we realized our line hadn't moved at all in 20 minutes and would have probably taken another hour to be seated. Calling ahead, we were seated as soon as we got to Tableau and had such exceptional service from all of the severs and hostess. The decor is upscale and the offerings were superb! The lemon ricotta pancakes were heavenly and paired well with the side of bacon. My husband's burger was portioned well and cooked perfectly. If clowns from the nearby Circus Circus Casino had a cuisine, this would be it. The food at Tableau is foolish, a parade of ingredients low quality and ill-thought-out, and piled one on top of the other until the recipes simply collapse under their weight. Every dish we had, from the Traditional Benedict, Braised Rabbit, to Spanish Omelette was so poorly architected and executed and devoid of any originality that a brunch at Denny's seemed elevated. Braised Rabbit ($31), for example, was slowly cooked for 14 hours, as our wait staff assured us, however, it lacked any sophistication. No texture points. No shallots. No surprise. Just a bucket of rabbit slapped on top of frisée with a few pieces of radish scattered around. Traditional Benedict ($31) was even worse. The Hollandaise sauce was heavy and not fluffy, lacking balance -- probably whipped not by hand but by a blender. Underneath, piled one on top of the other were processed ham and a factory-made muffin, resembling those found at Smart & Final. Let's face it: Tableau is a pretentious place serving poor quality, not very good brunch for $30+ a person. And, for us living mortals paying these prices, the meal is as expensive as it is clownishly inept. read more

Anyone can make a reserve here--- you aren't required to have a room in the Suites. I'd definitely call in advance because it books quickly. So why the fuss over breakfast? It's more than just that-- this is a retreat that's away from the hustle bustle of a casino. Feels like a hideaway not hundreds of people lined up for the massive All You Can Eat Buffett. Quiet setting and food and service more than a notch up from the standard large crowd fare. While Steve Wynn is no longer top Dog here his legacy lives on. There is a healthy and fun "lite" menu added with things for everyone. Egg white omelette, avocado toast, healthy "green drinks"-- you get the picture. While "sinning" in Vegas one can eat healthy or not. Even the regular menu is great. Since we were Sharon out dishes, they also said they could split out plates for us. We ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and the Nautical Benedict. The portions on both were very generous. My photos show the half portion. The pancakes were light and the lemon curd was just the right tartness. The smoked salmon Benedict was on top of mini bagels that seemed to be scooped out for the chive hollandaise and the cream cheese. A very nice dish. We stopped by for lunch. Service was excellent. There was a wait and were text when the table was available. Our favorite was the chilled seafood platter with shrimps, lobster, crab legs and tuna. The sauces are what made the dish spectacular; i think they were: lime chili vinegar, creamy mustard basil and a third tangy tomatoe based sauce. Last meal in the city. We decided to end our 4 day stay with brunch as close as possible to where we're staying. The less travel time, the better. All we needed to do was come downstairs and walk a few steps. Talk about a win. Being the group that we are, we checked in right on time for our reservation. The whole place was abuzz when we got there. There was one particular huge party that needed I think 3 tables. With that said, we ended up having to wait a good amount of time for our table. We didn't particularly mind since the folks working the front of the house were all so kind and checked in on us numerous times. I feel like we ordered so much, but somehow everything got eaten. Two of us both got the Tableau Breakfast, one with bacon (mine) and the other with sausages. As I like to eat with my eyes, I was thoroughly impressed with every dish that got dropped off at our table. I got to try everyone else's order and can confirm everything was top notch. The salad was my personal favorite. I will say the Tableau Breakfast was definitely the best choice if you're hungry. The assorted pastries it came with was amazing. I ate allathat with no regrets. Not one. One star taken away because our server was MIA during the entire duration of our meal. I think I saw him once, but he was helping the table next to ours. He also never bothered to ask the two people who ordered the Tableau Breakfast what kind of juice they wanted. The meal included coffee and juice. This restaurant did not disappoint! From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable. The food absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was rich and divine. I could have spent all day here. I had the European breakfast and my colleague had the American breakfast. We both chose the pastry basket which was filled with fluffy buttery delights. We got: Tableau breakfast: eggs/toast/bacon/juice and coffee along with pastries that comes with the most amazing butter/jam/jelly. Honestly, one of the best coffee and jelly combos I've had in a long time. Tableau burger: A grown up tasting burger that consisted of blue cheese, tomato jam and a really raw egg. So raw, that my brioche bun top won't stay on and keep sliding off due to the egg white slipperyness. Good thing for me, I can tolerate eating raw eggs and thankfully nothing happened to my stomach afterwards. BTW, this was good and it does come with side of small fries. However, I would say you should get something else more amazing here than this dish. You can upgrade to truffle fries for $3 more. Lox and bagel plate: One of the prettiest plate of lox and bagel plate with whipped cream cheese along with all those side condiments such as onions, capers, etc. The lox were a good portion and thickness just enough for a hearty breakfast for one if you didn't want to share! We also got a salad: Well, it wasn't the most photogenic but terrific as salad goes. Strawberrh Cintronade: Simple, tasty, delicious. They give you the little stool for people with purses. Really cute, I thought that was a chair for small dogs at first. (kidding!). Reservations are highly recommended, located just by the entrance of Tower suites. Food was delicious, my husband opted for a sweet breakfast and our 10 year old and I opted for the savory breakfast with pastries included. They even found out we were visiting and gave us recommendations of places to go. The setting is nice and the outside seating is quaint when it's great weather. Inside it has a nice European breakfast style feel. The rolls and muffins they brought out to start were delicious, baked to perfection. We then dove into breakfast, where we ordered French toast and the European breakfast platter. The platter had tons of options from poached eggs to sausage, cheese, mustard and more. I was here for a conference, and usually eat at Jardin or La Cave, however this time my admin made reservations for us at Tableau and I'm so glad she did. Even though we were stuck inside the meeting rooms all day, the window ceiling made me feel like I got at least a little bit of sunshine at least once during the conference weekend! Been back several times and always the service is wonderful. I love that they have a little chair to hold women's purses so we don't have to put them on the floor. The food is great, a lot of options to choose from. They did a nice job getting us a beautiful sunny table . The thing that stands out here the most is the coffee. It is to die for. So rich and perfect, I can still taste it now. The food was amazing . We scored 2 seats at the bar and split the breakfast special: with a $5 splitting fee it came with extra egg and bacon for the 2 of us, and the little pastry basket is Instagram worthy. The cappuccino is super cute with Viva Las Vegas on it.
