021426 @ 1:30pm Order # 122 Order # 33fc49 Very inattentive staff. They stand around by the drive thru window. And don't watch the front counter. I believe they want you to use the kiosk. The girl finally walks over to the counter. I give my order. The deluxe nugget box with taco, chalupa, fries & a drink. I receive my order, no nuggets. I return to the counter. I tell the same girl, I did not receive nuggets with this order. She looks at me and says, No? Right, I did not receive nuggets. I go back to my table never receive the nuggets. I finish my meal, no nuggets. I return again to the counter and wait. She says can I help you? I say again I did not get my nuggets with my order. She says oh I could not hear you before. Well, before she said - No? This kids now adays cannot retain or multitask. If you can't function working at a Taco Bell, what are you going to do in the future for a living? At the drive through I kept saying I wanted a dirty Pepsi and the worker kept saying diet Pepsi. I then asked her does this location sell the dirty Pepsi and she says yeah and I proceed to tell her I would like the dirty Pepsi with a regular Tropicana lemonade and 2 orders of the discovery box which at the time consisted of a crispalupa, crunchy taco, doritos los taco, and cinnamon twists. She gets the manager I presume and he rudely yells diet Pepsi and I again say I wanted a dirty Pepsi. I pull up to the window and the drive through worker tells me that she asked me if I wanted a dirty Pepsi but I was the one who kept telling her I wanted diet. I tell her no it was the other way around and she insists that I kept saying diet. She hands me my drink and ended up making both drinks dirty when the Pepsi is the only drink that should have been dirty. I get home and as I am going through my order it is completely wrong. They gave me nothing that I asked for. They gave me a chicken crunch wrap, crunchy taco, nachos with cheese sauce, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. Ordered on the taco bell app for delivery and the state of the food was appalling. The taco shells were soggy and falling apart. The cantina chicken taco has this rancid smelling red sauce that is definitely not supposed to be on this food item. The shell is stale and disintegrated. I refused to eat it. read more

Prices are out of control, this location is 12-30%+ more expensive than the Lake Villa location and the few times I've gone to the Antioch location in the last 6 months have been terrible. Skimped portions, wrong items, items made incorrectly, etc. Pretty much all of the other fast food options are cheaper than Taco Bell at this point so idk how they are going to stay in business treating their customers like this. read more

Taco Bell in Antioch, Illinois used to be the place to go during lunch. They were busy product came out hot. But now it's sad. Just a couple weeks ago. My husband had gotten lunch at Taco Bell finished his drink and notice. It had black specks contacted corporate and all they did was give him a free mail. So they decided to go back and try lunch again assuming they cleaned the machines.. It was my husband his brother and they're two friends. And again they got black specks in there drinks. Makes me sad because that's proof that they did not clean the machine at all . Wonder what else are they not cleaning? So be careful going there. The location is clean each time. Have to select at least one star to leave a review. Yesterday stopped at the Antioch Taco Bell and ordered a taco party pack and one bean burrito with beef. They first handed me a bag with 2 burritos so I checked them out and one was a bean burrito and one was a beef burrito with rice. I handed them back and said I ordered one bean burrito with beef. They took them turned around put those 2 very same burritos in a new bag and gave them right back to me along with the taco party pack so I took it for granted that they corrected their mistake, I was wrong. Not such a big deal but what got me was how many other people does this happen to? This location gets the drive through orders correct only about 60% of the time but what they did is what caused me to post this review. This is the kind of customer service you get when hire stupid kids to work a business and in my opinion the manager lets them get away with service like that. I'm an Antioch resident and from now on I think I'll drive the extra distance and go to the fox lake Taco Bell. I'm hoping all other customers that got their order wrong will do the same. read more

I see bad reviews on here and maybe there's a difference between daytime/night time staff. But even at 1am with a full drive thru line, this taco bell NEVER messes up my order. Even if it's over $30. Everything is in the bag. With straws, extra sauces. Very happy every time I leave. And the staff is actually nice. It's Taco Bell, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. (Plus or minus the amount of ingredients they use in certain foods, of course.) The thing that sets this Taco Bell apart are the friendly employees. Every time I have been to this location, whether it was through the drive-thru or going in, everyone has been more then pleasant. I am always greeted with a hello and asked how my day was thus far. A great change to the monotone "May I take your order?" from someone who would rather be anywhere else, that is the norm for seemingly all other fast food places. The food itself is your standard Taco Bell menu items, it's not bad at all, but nothing to write home about. All in all, although it's a standard place and there are hundreds of these places everywhere, this one stands slightly above the others, purely for the friendly people who work here. read more

Fast friendly and tasty. So Taco Bell doesn't always give you plenty of tomatoes but they gave me a lot today with my Taco Supremes and crunchy tostada. Drive-thru is really fast and both the gentleman who took my order and the lady who gave me my food was very pleasant. read more

Never been a big fan of fast food places. I refuse to go to the Mcdonalds, Burger Kings, Wendy's there's only a couple I like going to and Taco Bell happens to my one of them. The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell (which I love), but in all of my visits they have never gotten one of my orders wrong, and I always have special orders (i.e. no tomatoes). Used the drive thru, the girl just couldn't get the order right, she said pull up to the second window so i processed. I moved pasted the first window slowly and the girl yells "EXCUSE ME!", wow ok. I paid her and pull up noticing the order is still wrong, i tell the girl at the next window, she attempts to remember my order but comes back to write it down. The manager comes back and tells me the corrected amount for my order was more than the original, i think ok what ever i gave the extra cash. She comes back and gives me the order, (i should have checked) i get home and its totally wrong AGAIN! Wtf really! This place sucks! Ok, this is still just Taco Bell, but this is a really good one. The food is always good, and the store is always clean. My neighbor delivers to food to Taco Bell, and he's told this is just as clean behind the counter as it is in the dining area.
