We ordered two drinks with our order, Both large, only got one drink and it was a medium. Also ordered chips and guacamole with my deluxe box meal, didn't get either. The mexican pizza looked like it was just tossed into the box. They always mess up the order and can never get it right. They need a new management or something up in there. Can't ever get a single order right. at least 2-3 things are messed up always. never pleased. We don't ever go inside anymore but when we do the inside is never good. Stopped here for something quick & my son wanted a slushee. The service was quick, BUT it wasn't the friendliest. I never expect much from fast food restaurant service anymore because a lot of people seem to hate their jobs. I just want my food order to be correct. With that said, my son loved his slushee & his chicken quesadilla was yummy. I don't even eat Taco Bell, so this review is completely his. If he's happy, so am I. This is the ONLY Taco Bell I will eat at and I live an hour away. Service may be slow sometimes, but they are beyond friendly and usually it's an understaffing issue which is understandable. The store is always clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the food is always hot, fresh, and GOOD. Any other Taco Bell I've had has handed me questionable food but I trust this location wholeheartedly. What can you really say about Taco Bell? It's a place you swear you'll never eat at again, but every few years you make the mistake of doing so. This location, in particular, is nasty. The drive thru employees are rude when you place your order. Rushing you when not a SOUL is behind you in the actual line. I got a Mexican pizza and some tacos. The Mexican pizza was a blob of nastiness. The shells were obviously stale and the meat was like a paste that was just smeared inside. I don't like beans so there were no beans in there but the meat was the consistency of mashed beans. The tacos had so little meat it was ridiculous and those shells were not crisp, so again.....stale. The lettuce was mostly turning brown. This meal was inedible. I joke that you might as well take anything you buy at Taco Bell and just drop it directly into the toilet to save time. This time that held true. Could not even bring myself to eat that food. I will stick with The Patron or Don Papa Grande when I'm craving Mexican food. to be fair , Taco Bell cannot even really classify themselves as Mexican food. It's barely food. read more

This is by far, the cleanest Taco Bell I think I have ever been in. I was greeted at the register by a smiling face that honestly seemed happy to be there on a Friday night. The service was fast, not sloppily thrown together, and most importantly, correct. I have to specify correct, since I asked for no sour cream. Most of the time, things are fine. Quality is roughly consistent. The only flaw I tend to see at this location is that on the breakfast menu items containing bacon, the amount of bacon is quite scant. Burritos or wrapped items that contain sour cream or beans tend to have one or both of those ingredients concentrated to one side. If you don't mind opening the burrito and pushing the stuff around, I guess it turns out fine. It's all going to the same place. read more

Is rating no stars a choice? Driving to Washington, DC was just looking for a quick Taco Bell in and out fast food joint with decent quality. I know it's a Taco Bell which says something in its self however, I expected a little effort. After our wait time being about 15 mins for a couple tacos and then not caring that they were out of drinks like mango brisk. I was pretty upset because I don't drink pop and they also never put the sweet tea out either. Which the lady Infront of me complained about. On top of the wait time and lack of caring about the customer the lobby was disgusting!!!! Every single table was dirty. I think for the first time at a fast food place the bathrooms were actually cleaner than the rest of the joint. My soft shell taco was like half soft half hard shell because they burnt it. Overall if I was the owner of this establishment I would clean sweep the place with new management and put in the hours for myself and figure it out. This will be out of customers soon if they keep this up. This place is horrible! I visited this location late Saturday night. I ordered 2 chicken burritos. The young woman named McKenzie g was nice at the window but the tall unkempt African american guy making my food was yelling at his co-worker. I thought I seen him spit in my food. I was not sure but I took the food. I checked the food as I was driving. The burrito had hardly any chicken in it and it was soggy.So, I go back and buy something else. I told her I did not want shredded chicken. I ordered the chicken soft tacos and she immediately tell her unkempt african american co-worker he is back again. She laughed but I did not get the joke. This time a manager or someone was standing beside her looking in the back as if something was going on. I get my food and the guy walks pass the drive thru window just to stare at me in an intimidating manner. As I left, I realized they messed my order up again.
