Found this in my cinnamon twist I almost choked. It's a piece of metal though it was a piercing bar but it's not. Don't ever go to Taco Bell in gardnerville on top of this they messed up my order. Called and let manager know and all he said was what would you like me to do. I did not call to ask for a replacement I only want them to be aware in case it was a cooking tool they use and is broken. Be careful when you eat at Taco Bell. This has got to be the worst run fast food I have ever come across. The lobby is still closed claiming staffing. The issue is in the management. The lobby is closed because they are to lazy to clean it as it is much easier to just have drive through. No drink refills, only 2 packs of hot sauce ect, it is very obvious to all in town. As mentioned I can not get a big trailer in the drive but EVERY TIME I walk up, the door is closed. I came in on Super bowl Sunday and ordered 2 party packs, one with bean burritos and the other crunchy tacos. The cashier was friendly and even gave me a cup for water and said it was for while I was waiting. I hadn't even finish my water when my order was already up. I was asked if I wanted then to put it in a sack since it was 2 big bags. I said it was fine but while I went to throw my cup away, another employee was putting them in a sack for me. BEWARE VEGETARIANS! Zero stars if I could. Even if you say no meat and the receipt says no meat and you check as much as you can, chances are there is still meat in there. Not a safe location to eat. BY FAR THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I went to this taco Bell on Friday, Oct 19 around 5 or 530. My family had a busy day and decided to grab a quick bite... Boy was that a bad choice. When we first got there, it wasn't busy, three customers inside and alot more workers. I order our food, which was rather simple I thought... 2 chalupas, 2 quesadillas, and 2 cheese roll ups.. I guess it wasn't... We didnt receive our food for 20 minutes!!!!!! Finally I went up to the counter and asked if they had an ETA, this is what really pissed me off.. some young girl, maybe 20, 21?? Who was the manager responded "well we are super busy, but it shouldn't be much longer." Like seriously??? I literally watched the drive thru being served before any of us inside!!! About 5 minutes later, they called my name (finally) when I brought the food back to the table, the food was wrong!! By is point, I was about to flip! This was the most horrible, despicable, fast food restaurant I have ever been to!!! I wasn't expecting 5 Star service, but I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and the service I received that day was not even moderately appropriate!!! I don't normally go to Taco Bell but tonight my daughter had a craving for a bean burrito. First we stood there, no one even noticed we had come in. Then the young man who took our order really needed to go blow his nose. It was hard to order after looking at that! He had gloves on as he just came off the food line. He counts my change, bills and coins, and then goes right back to the food prep line. I cannot believe what I am seeing after after handling money. I call him back to the front and request that he change those gloves and put new ones on before touching our food. He seems disillusioned and honestly I am not even sure he did. We love Taco Bell. One of our favorites on a busy night like tonight. My husband orders food and brings it home since our kids and I are at a late night gymnastics practice. We get home and sit down to eat and seriously the tacos are terrible! This happens every time and no matter if you ask for extra cheese or for the food not to be sloppy it still always is! We normally let wrong orders slide cause we've been coming to this Taco Bell since we were kids, but this was one time too many wrong orders of "how can you mess something that simple up and still ask for 15$ an hour" and we decided to take it back for once and this is what happened. Between 3:45 pm and 4:10~15pm on 2/14/2022 We order two beefy 5 layers, get to the window, the order was quick, the gentleman with the neck tattoos (is always polite and has great work ethic) gave us our order. Once we got to the park down the street and started looking at the burritos we realized both beefy 5 layers had a bunch of lettuce stuffed into them (they dont come with lettuce) and one didn't even have the nacho cheese in it. We came back not even five minutes later, explain to the young boy over the intercom that we were just there and have a messed up order and we'd like to get the right one. We get the window where he apologizes and says it will only be a minute. Five minutes goes by, then this rather large blonde woman in plaid (Who has been previously seen tossing ice cubes onto the floors) comes to window asking in a snarky tone what we needed, we explained the situation, she then asks for the bag to check the burritos, as my husband is going to hand it to her he is mentioning what was wrong with them. She steps back as if offened then she denies wanting to check the burritos anymore saying in a rather rude manner "that isn't right cause I made them" Slides the drive thru door closed and walked away. She didn't even look at them to prove herself wrong. This whole situation would've gone differently. She left us waiting, then went back and we watched her through the window start ranting and pointing at us to a younger girl, it took her longer to make the burritos right the second time (extra four minutes) verses the mess of not beefy 5 layers she carelessly served us with the first time that she couldn't even bring herself to own up to a easily fixable simple mistake in a civil manner. She had that other girl then bring the burritos to us with a smug look on her face. That is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable behavior (that calls for termination of employment) from her for too long, is a perfect example of careless poor work ethic that has made that Taco Bell go downhill and ruin the service quality of the company. read more

Fast food is fast food, I don't expect 5 star service but I do expect decent customer service. Those running the drive through are always polite and inviting. However it seems my order is always messed up. I visited the drive through tonight and ordered dinner for my family of four. She hands me my food, I quickly glance in the bag and hurry out of the drive through line as there were people waiting behind me. After a 25 minute drive home, we sit to eat and notice FOUR items are missing from my order. I immediately call the store to let them know what happened. The manager Angelica answered and was rude from the start. "Okay you can come get more" I tell her I don't live close and I can't make it back tonight. She had an attitude about it. Then I ask if I could stop by tomorrow to pick up a gift card for the total that was missing. She responds "nope, we don't do that" and stays quiet. Like OKAY THEN WHAT THE HELL DO YOU DO!? Doesn't offer any type of solution. She's probably the most incompetent supervisor I've ever come across and her nasty attitude is probably why she's stuck working at Taco Bell in her old age. If I ever visit again I'm going to have to park and walk in so I can babysit them and watch my food being made to make sure things are correct for once. read more

What to say, this is likely the worst location I've been to in multiple years. The staff have no customer service skills, almost everyone is seemingly untrained, and over five times I've left the drive-thru missing one or more items. And on top of that; if you show up any time after maybe 3:00pm you're gonna be waiting 20 plus minutes for your food, no matter the offset. Its your typical Taco Bell, drive through does not take forever but they consistently get orders wrong. I have ordered and paid extra for somthing and not got it, or been shorted two or more burritos. Once I was missing an entire combo except the soda. So I will look through everything and make sure what I got what I ordered and paid for every time, I dont care if I am holding up the line...if they could get my order right I wouldnt have to do this. Last night a around 9:00 I came here to get late dinner for my wife and myself. The drive thru line was long but I decided to go for it. When I got to the order terminal, there was a sign saying they were out of co2 for the drink machine. I thought that was strange but I had decided to just get ice tea. Thay proceeded to tell me that they were out of that as well. I was told all they had was water. I asked them if they would discount my bill. I was told no and that it would be full price. I could not back out of line so I was stuck. I find this to be very upsetting and I will be contacting the taco bell company. They could have taken a small issue and made it better for the customer but decided to screw the customer. What is even worse is that we live where people on a road trip can get something to eat or gas after 157 miles of mountain driving only to be told they would not have something to drink with their meal. read more

This Taco Bell location has to be the worst one I've been to yet. My family and I have visited this location off an on for 10 years. But during this past year or so we rarely go there anymore. Something has changed. We're not sure if it's under new management or that management is hiring lazy, incompetent employees, but our visits to this location have been very infrequent lately. I am not exaggerating when I say that 2 out of 3 times when I order at this restaurant, I receive either lukewarm or cold food, food isn't fresh or not prepared as I requested, they are out of ingredients or something is missing from my order. It's getting ridiculous! All around them they have competition-Jack in the Box, Round Table, Burger King, KFC and Subway. So far Jack in the Box right next door to them has been better. Tonight I went to my local Taco Bell with my boyfriend an as we were eating employees an their friends were all goofing off an acting as if they weren't in their place of business well in doing so they had broken a bracelet that flung across the dining area an to our table . Fell in my hair ,On our tray we're we still had food an baffled by this we waited for an apology but all we got was a group of immature children laughing an no apology till after I said Something an even then it was filled with laughter . Turns out my card declined 3 times because the cashier entered it wrong 3 times (manually). I called the bank. She was very happy to tell me that it had declined.
