Ordered 2 meals and a side of nachos. Everything got crammed together in one bag (with the hard taco at the bottom). Well I got the cheese, but no nachos. Usually I would check the order first, but with everything being crammed in, I couldn't see everything. Also, this location is 10 minutes from my house. It took me an HOUR to get back home from when I left. I've seen slow food before, but this was painfully slow even by steak and shake standards. Came in there today and put in an order for three tacos and a Mexican pizza. "we sold out of Mexican pizza for a long time" she says. I ask her, then why is it still up on the menu? No response, just a dirty look. I understand if they are sold out, but cover it up or put up a sign. So I ask for a burrito supreme, and a regular order of nachos. "You can't order a regular nachos at this time, you will have to order a nachos Belgrande she says. I say why is that? Again no response, just an annoyed look. Hey guys, I understand if the Mexican pizza is sold out, but the nacho Belgrande has more ingredients than the regular nachos, so what gives here? ok, this place needs new staff. everytime I order DoorDash, have is always missing and the other is incorrect. I have an onion allergy and I put it on the order and THEY STILL GIVE ME ONIONS!!! This latest time, I ordered a bean and cheese burrito (excluding my boyfriends meal) and I made sure to put ONLY BEANS AND CHEESE NO ONION ONION ALLERGY, they put beans sour cream NACHO CHEESE onions POTATOES and other stuff. we were missing our fries, 4 tacos, one supreme wrap, and my burrito was incorrect completely (they even marked on the wrapping on that burrito onion allergy). THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!!!! ITS EVERYTIME WE ORDER, chance after chance after chance and I'm fucking done, don't buy from this Taco Bell unless you're either willing to WATCH them make your meal and or are expecting an incorrect order and rude ass customer service! Don't waste your money or time here. Food HAS to be held at wrong temperature in order for my food to be that cold when I got it. Stopped the other night to get some food and a lot of their cooking equipment were already "turned off" during business hours. Settled for a couple burritos and a couple chicken chalupas. ALL of the food was cold and the chalupas had no chicken in it. Someone literally threw toppings in the shell but somehow did not see that there was no meat in it yet. That level of incompetence is hard to fathom for me. Tried to comeback to get a refund and the managers on duty refused to help me with the refund and had me come back 3 times because they were too "busy" to deal with me with only a couple cars in the drive thru and a closed lobby. Also tried calling corporate and was waiting on the phone for over an hour because of "higher than normal" call volume. Gonna stop trying to get a refund because the last lady that told me to come back was very rude and vulgar. I'm never going to any Taco Bell again. read more

Food was good but the staff is rude!!! I was told to order at the kiosk, even though they weren't busy! When I was having trouble at the kiosk, one of their employees came and helped me but with an attitude! I felt like the bane of her existence! She was not friendly, and she seemed irritated to have to help me! I mentioned something about it to the manager, when he was happily helping another customer at the kiosk awhile later, and his response was: "She's just ready to go." After that, I did say to a couple customers that I wasn't going to come back to this location. After I came out of the bathroom from washing up after eating, as I was going out the door to leave, she had some rudeness about her with some rude salutations. I guess management doesn't mind this and doesn't mind their rude employee. She's having a bad day so too bad all who've been privy to her little tude----no apologies. This is a horrible location. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food and there were not that many people inside. With only 4 people ahead of us in line, totally unacceptable for a "fast food" restaurant. They messed up our order once and then came out and gave us the wrong food only to tell us to keep it and went back in to get our correct order and we are still currently waiting. Taco Bell is a serious epidemic of graceful pleasure. I absolutely love Taco Bell's taco especially, their burrito XL. What else can you ask for? The steak XL burrito contains everything known to man. It has guacamole, sour cream, rice, beans, and of course steak. This fast food heaven is located in Goose Creek. It is fairly new and has a drive thru which is always a plus. Their service is always friendly as well. Also it is rather spacious inside this restaurant. This Taco Bell is just your ordinary Taco Bell which is always a good thing because Taco Bell is exquisite. read more

This is our neighborhood Taco Bell and my son loves Taco Bell. Unfortunately , this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. No matter when we come, the drive thru wait is over 30 minutes. In fact, I'm in line now and in minute 22. The dining room is closed. There is nothing on this menu so complicated that it requires 4 minutes/order to fill. I refuse to eat here because I get sick on every single thing. I have gotten horrible food poisoning here. But my son orders cheese roll ups so the chance of food poisoning is really low for him, so every now and then, I acquiesce. I did tonight. I have no idea why. It won't happen again. Went through drive thru and order 4 taco supremes and got to window handed me a box I ask with that was the tacos they said yes handed me a handful of sauce all hot or fire never asked what I wanted handed it back and asked for mild didn't seem like they wanted to give it to me. Got home was not my order called said I would have yo come back dumped it all in a bag and took it back. Got my money back and said can we get you anything to go. Just when I thought they had their act together based on a recent visit. Sad to say that was once in a lifetime. My last visit was superb and the staff were excellent. I even took the survey in favor of the cashier and her excellent customer service. Tonight was really a let down especially since they close at 4am on Saturday's. Compared to other Taco Bell franchises this is a cut above the rest. Clean and modern not run down or grimey like you would usually expect to see in a fast food chain. Food quality is good (all things considered....this is Taco Bell after all) be careful to check your order for integrity, had a few occasions where something was missing or had toppings didn't want. read more

Worse Taco-Bell ever for me. They always take to long to respond at the drive-thru, one machine or another is always broken and they can't make what you want. This is the first time I tried breakfast at Taco Bell ... I'm not a big fan of sausage, so I tried the Steak Grande Scrambler. I was pleasantly surprised. The steak was very flavorful, the amount of cheese and sour cream was just right, thankfully not overpowering. I will definitely have breakfast at Taco Bell again! read more
