Some people give a little food truck side eye, but that is their mistake. This place needs to be your go to destination for Mexican food. Their menu is simple. Pick a option and pick a meat. You can order in English or Spanish. They take card and verify the transaction. I went with 2 Pastor and 2 lengua tacos and a horchata. The pastor tacos were really good. I could name other places that need to take a lesson but I won't. I saved the lengua tacos for the end because that's harder to cook and easier to mess up. Those lengua tacos were so soft and delicious. They do not load their tacos up with nonsense. Onions and cilantro that's it. The had grilled onions, radish and cucumber on the side. If you like spice, go with red sauce. That definitely had a kick. The horchata was delicious. I ate on the little covered patio tables and it wasn't too busy.
