I did a mobile order and I got the wrong Items. I put in the order for two chicken burrito supremes and they gave me chicken chalupas. Then when I looked at the chalupas there was only meat in half of the chalupas. This is absolutely annoying, whoever is putting the food together is doing it without thinking. It's probably been five years or more since I last ate at Taco Bell. Since they got rid of the chili cheese burrito, I rarely frequent the fast food chain, but really wanted to try the Nacho Fries. I liked them - it tastes like they're dusted in taco seasoning, then you're given a side of nacho cheese to dip them in. I quite liked the combination. To finish the meal off, I got two Doritos Locos Tacos and they've actually improved since I last had them. The shell used to get soggy; now it seems it's actually crunchy. Let's get this out of the way - it's Taco Bell. You kind of know what to expect. The food will probably make you regret going to Taco Bell a few hours after you eat it. But that's not this location's fault. This location has a beautiful exterior, but customer service isn't really a high point. You barely get a "hi" or a "thank you" if at all. The hours also seem pretty inconsistent and not as advertised, so don't anticipate going for your Fourthmeal run without just a chance of disappointment. The area doesn't exactly scream "4am munchie run" anyway, it's a little too far from the city to justify it. I'm somewhere around 2.5 stars, but I'll give it 3 because there really isn't a whole lot that's tangible about it to warrant a really low review. It just... isn't great. read more

If I were to leave this review half a year ago it would be five stars. I frequent many Taco Bell's, and this one used to be the greatest by a large margin. In the past few months I have had two major complaints-frequent incorrect customizations, and small portion sizes in comparison to the previous staff. I am leaving three stars for the speed of the drive thru and the lack of forgetting items completely, a common complaint I have of the Taco Bell down 135. Excellent service during these times. Employee was energetic and friendly during our order, which definitely made this restaurant stick out. We stuck to the classics with Crunchwrap Supreme around $3.49 and Loaded Taco Burritos for $1 prior to tax. All employees we could see through the drive through had gloves on. Our bag was delivered via contactless methods with placement of food bag on tray which was extended through the drive through window. When we have the need for a taco fix, this is our place to go. Fast friendly service. Our food was fresh and hot. Was very impressed with the way the handled the drive through. Our debit card never changed hands. They put the card reader out the window and passed our bag meal out in a plastic box. I appreciated the extra effort to minimize the spread of germs at this time. Definitely will be back. read more

I try and go here often in the mornings due to it being close to my work. Their store hours say open....but I guess they just choose when they wanna work. It's been several times I've tried to get my bacon crunch wrap and they are just "not open" and will be rude to me like I'm doing something stupid. Over it. Get better staff. This place is exactly why I gave up fast food. Teenage kids with no sense of urgency or care, terrible mass-produced slop in skimpy portions, all advertised as "fast food." It's like the blind leading the blind to the slop trough. Pathetic. I can't say this is exclusive to only this Taco Bell, because it is indeed the story for most fast food, but this place takes the cake - or should I say "sopapilla?" During my visit, there were a few cars in the drive through, and maybe 5 people inside. The guy who ordered in front of us had to argue in order to get correct change (because he made the dangerous mistake of paying in cash - and these kids barely know what cash is, much less how to count change!). Then, our order was wrong. They did give me 5 tacos, for some reason, even though I only ordered 3. They were supposed to be plain, but weren't. Then, my finance's quesadilla wasn't supposed to have sauce. Then, the girl behind us got the wrong order, and then another girl, who had been sitting inside the whole time, who asked where her order was, was told that the reason she is still waiting for her order was because SHE NEVER ORDERED! And what really put the icing on the cake (or the cinnamon on the twist) was the sign I read on the door on the way out that said "Looking for great talent!" Wow! Lots of shade slung at this place! Came for lunch and had a great experience. Now granted they weren't stacked a dozen deep but there were people in line. I tried out the self order to get a taste of what the fast food future is gonna be. Worked like a charm and my order got placed before the people who came before me but were still in line. We could've eaten at a sit down Mexican restaurant for the time we spent in the drive thru. If I could give them negative stars I would. We've been here now three times and twice had to leave after placing our order in drive through because we got tired of waiting. Now in line the third time. Before placing my order I asked if everything was ok in the kitchen. They said yes just busy....no cars in the lot so I'm not sure where the customers are. I did place my order but still in line waiting with three cars in front of me and now 13 minutes after I ordered. Sorry team, there needs some serious oversight at the facility. This is the second time I've visited this location. The first time the meat was so scant that when I returned this time, I ordered double meat on my taco salad and no sour cream. Of course, when I got home it had sour cream. BUT, the shell tasted like it had been cooked in stale oil that they've had since they opened! It even smelled bad.
