    Tripa (3) Tacos Tripita Taco

I asked for extra extra crispy even waited extra time for my food and just to find out it wasn't even crispy! You can even tell in the picture it was not at all crispy. Second time it's happened. Then when I called back and explained it, all she said was we forgot to do it can you bring the food back so we can remake it, after I used up my whole hour for lunch for the food. Won't go back to this location. I'll drive even further at the location on N Keystone. I've never had an issue constantly like this at that location. Now I have to wait 4:30 when I'm off work and can't eat lunch cause it's mushy. Don't go to this location if you like your tacos, extra crispy Edit: my husband went to take my food back and luckily he speaks Spanish and they were talking bad about us. Even the cook agreed it was not crispy in Spanish. Won't ever get my family's business again.

I ordered a door dash order from here at 11:30 for lunch today I ordered 3 tacos. 2 with onions and Cilantro and jalapeños and one with just onion and cilantro. Once I received said order my tacos had jalapeños on them but no onions or Cilantro you guys could do better ‍‍

Solid taco joint. We went in on Sunday night around 7- not very busy. Quickly ordered and food came out fast. I had the biria tacos, cheese quesadilla, and rice. Biria tacos and cheese quesadilla were solid. Mexican rice didn't have much value for the price- not a lot given for $3. My only complaint was that even though they weren't very busy, the tables were still dirty, and we had to wipe them off before eating. I appreciate the open range to the salsas, onion and cilantro, and lime (I love limes with my tacos). Overall very solid and will definitely return (I unfortunately was so hungry and forgot to take pictures before scrounging it down- only managed to snag a couple pics while walking out).

Always bomb ass food, but today was on a whole other level. Biggest damn burrito I've ever seen -- it's basically meal prep for the next three days! Shoutout to Paco's Taco for the good times and the food coma!

Birria Ramen The portion is large so I split it. Hence the bowl.

I've reviewed this restaurant before. I still love it! Easy ordering. Accurate. Hot. Fast. All the great things you want in a food order. They keep the many fresh, which I appreciate. This is my first time having the Birria Ramen. It did not disappoint. The only thing that could've made it better is a side cup of the broth so I could add a bit more. This will definitely be in regular rotation.

Huge fan of the tacos tapatios and have been getting them for years! My boyfriend loved his chicken tacos and ground beef taco (no onion). The chips are great but the salsa could definitely have more flavor or spice. Will definitely try the queso next time instead!

I finally made it over to try Paco's on Thompson. I knew it was going to be good from the line of customers stopping by for carryout orders on a Sunday. I had already researched the menu ahead of time and found my ordering process to be quick and painless. I ordered two entrées and two sides and had to wait about 10 minutes for everything to be ready to go, but that also included packaging everything for the order. I had grabbed some salsas and limes from their little bar in the corner, but it turned out that they had pre-packaged ramekins for the carryout orders which was very thoughtful. Don't forget to grab cutlery and napkins if you need any as none were included in the bag. Today we opted for the elote, carryout guacamole, Pastor torta, and Tacos tapatios. Everything was very fresh and delicious, but we were a little underwhelmed by the size of the servings as we have been to competitors with more robust portions. Altogether the order was about $28 for everything not including the tip which we found to be a little pricey for the amount of food we got, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I went to Paco's for a late lunch and they never disappoint. They had a special going on to buy two tacos and get the third taco free! I was the only guest, at the time, so I was able to get a personalized experience. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. The establishment is lively and authentic. They have beautiful paintings on the walls to represent their heritage and culture. Parking is free out front. I am looking forward to going back real soon! Thanks Paco's!

Stopped in for some takeout recently and was very satisfied with the food and the service! We ordered a lot of food - a 10 pack of tacos taqueria, a chicken quesadilla, 3 carnitas tacos, and some horchata! The service was fast and friendly! Sadly, the food was so delicious and we were so hungry you will need to be happy with the photos of some art!

So I finally got to try Paco's Taqueria. I went to a zoom class where they taught us how to make elotes and have been looking forward to trying the place ever since. I went in and was greeted by the girl at the counter and I told her I did not know what I wanted and she asked if I had been in there before and I said no. So she asked me what I liked and told me what they had and then made a recommendation. I went with her recommendation Tapatios. I have never had them before and she said she liked them with cilantro and onion and asked me if I wanted the same and of course I did! Boy did these hit the spot! The sauce on the side had the perfect amount of heat and the onion and cilantro I highly recommend getting because it surely added to it. Two of them come in an order and it was the perfect amount for me for lunch. The other thing I really liked that they had Coke in glass bottles. I saw they also had beer for purchase. I definitely recommend trying this place and I already texted a friend of mine that lives nearby and told her she had to go!

Same great staff, same cool space, same open kitchen where a party of one like me can grab a counter seat and watch the chefs do their thing. I've honestly always enjoyed that part of the experience. Today I had the avocado toast with feta and an egg on top, and it totally hit the spot. Earlier this week I tried one of the newer menu items -- fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus a sample of jalapeño cornbread and Asian slaw. Incredible comfort food. And as someone who normally isn't much of a slaw person, I was surprised by how much I loved it. They also tried to tempt me with the roast beef special, which honestly looked great, but at 10:30 in the morning I just couldn't fully commit to roast beef yet. Maybe next time. The new name is a nice tribute to the owner's mother, Arleen, but thankfully it still feels like the Milktooth so many of us have come to enjoy over the years. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been in awhile.

**Bluebeard... wtf**…read more Bluebeard has been on my Indianapolis restaurant list since I moved here from Chicago in 2021. I've found some really great restaurants here over the years, so I was especially excited to finally make it to Bluebeard. Each year during Devour, my husband and I pick a restaurant for each other as a surprise, and this year I chose Bluebeard. We had a 6:15 reservation and arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic. I apologized, and we were promptly seated. Unfortunately, that's where the experience started to go downhill. Our server took about 15 minutes to come over, and although our appetizer arrived quickly (chips&dip), our drinks took another 15 minutes. I held off on ordering our meal because I wanted to do the Devour menu with the wine pairing. The food & drinks was a mixed bag: - Beauregard cocktail: 10/10 - Chips & avocado ranch dip: 8/10 - Crudo: 9/10 - Smoked fish dip: 4/10 - Mushroom ravioli: 8/10 - Short Rib Ragu: 3/10 - Chocolate crème brûlée: 3/10 There were definitely some great dishes, but the slow service and inconsistent food were disappointing for a restaurant with this reputation. The biggest issue came toward the end of the meal. The hostess came to our table and told us we needed to hurry because she needed the table for another reservation. **We were still waiting for dessert.** I explained that the service had been very slow and that we were waiting on our desserts. Our server apologized and said the hostess likely didn't realize what had been happening and was under stress. I completely understand that Devour can bring in more traffic than usual, but that's also something a restaurant at this level needs to be prepared to handle. We shouldn't have been made to feel rushed when the delays were not on our end. I really wanted to love Bluebeard after having it on my list for five years, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. For comparison, some of my favorite Indy restaurants for both food and service are Bocca, Union 50, Matador, Rosemary & Olive, Tinker Street, Strange Bird, Delicia, and Bodhi. Maybe we caught Bluebeard on an off night, but for me, this experience fell short.
