We tried the new triple double crunch wraps. First pair had the hot as hades cheese sauce after specially asking for no heat.. The only option is hot or not hot. Back they went after 1st bite. Only 1/2 mile each way. The clerk said that they all come with the spicy cheese topping. I guess the mention of the heat was to much to mention at the first try. Next pair had spicy meat. If I could give less than one star, I would. Let me start off by saying, I like Taco Bell, in general. It's cheap, unhealthy fast food, and that's fine. But this place isn't fast, and isn't good. Normal wait time at this location seems to be about 20 minutes. That's drive through, or inside. Last time I tried the drive through, I waited for 10 minutes at the order speaker, before giving up and leaving. Last time I went inside at this location, they told us it would be a 20 minute wait for 2 meals. It took 40. There was only 2 other customers inside waiting for their food. One I noticed when it came, was a single burrito. Last time I actually received my food here without giving up and leaving empty handed, I got done with 2 tacos, then noticed a dead fly smashed on the tortilla of the third. See my picture below. I still eat at Taco Bell, but never, ever, at this location. It is the worst Taco Bell by far. read more

Usually they are fine but this time they messed up my order terribly. I ordered a beef chalupa supreme and they gave me two, which is fine but the chalupa tortilla was hard as a rock on one and the other was completely soggy and gross. I couldn't eat either. I ordered a bean and cheese and they repeated it back to me but when I got it it was just hamburger meat and cheese. I never ever leave feedback but am so upset with this location that I will not return. It has been an on going problem at this location but tonight was the last chance they had to prove me wrong. I pulled up at the drive thru at 7:19pm and did not get my order from the window until 8:02 pm. I paid for my order at 7:52 and had to wait an additional 10 min to get my food. Asked the drive thru worker why it is taking excess of 40 min to get my food and received no apology, just excuses. She was very nice but not want I wanted to hear. I wanted an apology. Instead I was told almost all the crew is new. That teenagers don't want to work for minimum wage etc. After getting my food I drove up to 3 cars waiting in the line that it took me 42 min to get my food. I car said it is a common problem at this location and 2 others decided to either park and go inside to order or drive away. read more

They only care about their drive thru customers. Went in for a carry out 3 times in the last month. Twice I had to twist arms to get service and today I order from the kiosk (because I'm guessing they don't bother staffing enough people) and 10 minutes later they don't know where my order is. They also claim their dining area is open but with their customer service no wonder it was empty. I work around the lake Stevens area and this is the closest Taco Bell around here. I know that this place has a lot of complaints about the wait time and how unfriendly the staff is, and I would agree. I pulled up and noticed the drive through was backed up about 5 cars deep and decided to just park. As I parked, I had a bum tell me I had a nice car. Which didn't bother me too much. Walking in the store was another story. I walked and noticed there where 3 other gentlemen standing waiting for their food. I walked up to the counter and had to wait for the cash register person to take my order. I was never greeted or any apology for not being ready to take my 3 taco meal. After, taking my order I was never thanked for my business and asked my name for the order. While waiting I did notice how messy the store was. The floor was not clean and some of the tables still had left over food. I went to go look at the bathroom so I could wash my hands. I was not surprised to see a dirty toilet and a messy bathroom. I went back out and I had gotten there at 145, which is not rush hour and noticed that the same people waiting for their food where still there. The cashier did not thank them for their patients nor acknowledged that we where all still waiting. Slowly but surely the other 3 got their food. Who knows how long they where waiting, but the lady did thank them for their patients while the cashier kept filling sauces. It had been about what seemed like forever. To be honest 5 minutes of no acknowledgement seems like hours. Still no food, no thank you for your patience, your food will be ready soon. I looked at cashier and even stood next to the cashier to see if he would even say anything. Like anyone's guess nothing again. Finally at 155pm, I finally get my 3 tacos. That's a total of 10 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement by the cashier. The lady that handed me my food did thank me, but it felt like the cashier or the staff other then her care about how long it took to get 3 tacos. I know Taco Bell is not a 5star restaurant but please be mindful when not being greeted or acknowledged leaves a bad taste in someone's mouth and real bad impression. However I have allergies to Onion and therefore I have to alter all my foods from here. 70% of the times i've been there in the last few years they always get my order wrong. This place always messes up your order. They usually leave out items and forget hot sauce even when you ask. They're always out of everything, even before COVID. The food is sub par compared to other Taco Bell's. The worst is that you can't trust the open/ close times. They're almost never open on time and have closed early on numerous occasions. Woooooow, this is THE WORST Taco Bell I've ever gone to! I stopped by to bring home some lunch for my family, and I decided to get myself something for lunch as well. When I got my stuff, I didn't look in the bag to confirm that I did get everything because I was driving. Well guess what? By the time I get home, I realized I didn't get MY lunch, and I only got two burritos and eight tacos, and I was really pissed. My mom and I come back about 30 minutes later, and my mom goes in and she has been waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes...? and she comes back with the food but she says the inside is a catastrophe! There's flies everywhere, a nearly deflated birthday balloon is just sitting by one of the tables, and I was absolutely disgusted! As an employee who works at a grocery store, this is just SICK AND WRONG!!! People need to PAY ATTENTION to what's going on around them and actually CLEAN UP around themselves OFTEN! I won't be surprised if this location shuts down sooner or later because once again, this is absolutely messed up! The reviews for this Taco Bell seem to reflect the pre-renovation: a time when service was poor and cleanliness lacking. I'm glad that I decided to give it another try after it reopened. My experience is based solely on lunch meals and infrequent drive through. I know that when Laura is working service will be fast, professional, friendly and welcoming. She is obviously dedicated to her job and is completely involved in making the customer experience enjoyable. I appreciate her attention to detail (she is constantly in motion either working with customers or keeping the dining area scrupulously clean.) The food is consistently served quickly and I have not had one bad experience with anything I've tried. So we usually go to this location, and up until recently haven't had much problems. Last week, they forgot a couple of items in the bag (we always check drive thru orders prior to leaving the area). Called them, the brought the items right out. Fair enough. But today, hoo boy. Ordered two Doritos Locos Nacho Tacos and two Cheezy Gordita Crunches, among other items. Checked the bag as usual in the parking lot, came up two items short. Thought we were missing Doritos tacos. Went to call them, and on a whim I opened up the Gordita crunch, and what the he** is that?! See attached picture for "that". They had made the Doritos tacos, put them in the little cardboard tray, AND THEN WRAPPED THE SOFT GORDITA AROUND THE CARDBOARD, cheese and all. Yes, they corrected the order, but still. You don't just do that by accident. Either someone is high as a kite making food, or someone thought it would be funny. Waiting time is always really amazing, never have I waited longer than 5 minutes no matter the order. My only bad experience was when a huge rush hit, but I noticed out of everyone "Anna" did an amazing job at making sure every order was correct and came out very quickly. Even when the order kiosks we're down we appreciated how hard she was working. Bathrooms are always clean as well and everyone who works up front is always extremely kind and helpful. read more

I give 1 star to the millions of revolving trainees they have on what feels like a daily basis. The management at this store is terrible, constantly scheduling trainees at night to fend for themselves at night without help. I have been here several times where they have been out of rice and beans. The last time my husband and I went here we waited in the drive through for over ten minutes without the line moving at all. We ended up going somewhere else. They don't seem very well prepared. I just read the other reviews on here and cant believe I visited the same store... I was beyond impressed by my visit to my local Taco Bell. I stopped in to grab a late lunch/early dinner and decided to go in because the drive thru was pretty busy (it always is at this location). The first thing I noticed is little peppermint candies on every table, two of each neatly placed in the middle of each table, then what struck me was show bright and clean the place was. I went to the counter, was there maybe 10 seconds when an associate named Evan (based on my receipt) came up and apologized for the wait, I told him no worry I just got here and don't know what I want. I was still trying to decide what to have and he waited patiently as I decided on my item, I ordered and was going to take it to go but decided I might as well dine in as the dining room wasn't busy. He asked my name and handed me my cup and informed my order would be right up. The condiment bar was fully stocked (even had more peppermint candies for the taking) I chose a seat and then went back to the counter. My order was just coming up as I got there a tall friendly young lady handed me my tray and said enjoy your meal Mike. I ate my food which was pretty tasty I must say... bussed my table and as I was leaving the same young lady wished me a good afternoon and again called me by my name. Wow, was this really Taco Bell? Was I on some secret commercial candid camera? Did I just experience this? Indeed I did...and clanged the bell on my way out to show my support and appreciation for an experience never experienced in a 'fast-food' environment ever before, and quite frankly cant remember getting such friendly warm service anywhere in quite some time. Can only echo what everyone else said - I've lived in the area for 6 years, and whether it's 9 am or midnight - plan on about a half hour wait for awful food. You could literally place a phone order from the taco Bell parking lot for something at ixtapa, pay 5 bucks more and get food that's 10 times better about 10-15 minutes faster. Not even sure why or how this place stays in business - they can't serve that many people given how long it takes them and it can't be that profitable seeing how far away it is from other shipping locations - feels like a los pollos hermanos situation. read more
