By far one of the worst customer service Taco Bell's in the area. Beware of the night crew, always rushing you in the drive through. I got asked to drive around the restaurant back into the drive thru because I was taking too long. Another incident, I asked for help redeeming a free reward on the app and all I received was attitude and dirty looks at the window. The drive through cashier gave me a hard time, continued to charge me for the free item had a whole argument with me proceeded to speak in SPANISH to her co workers. The joke was on her because I fluently speak and understand Spanish. If you really dislike your workplace apply somewhere in the back where you don't have to show your face. I will not tolerate disrespect and as for the manager of this establishment, please teach these young women basic common manners and class. read more

Customer service here is nice, my order has always been correct, and overall fast and friendly. The only issue would be the lunchtime crowd. This parking lot is not very user friendly. You can only pull in to park and at lunchtime the line is hard to navigate. There are cars without a turning lane trying to turn in and then cars that pull all of the way in and turn around then blocking the drive-thru traffic from leaving. It is kind of a chaotic mess and I would avoid it during the week for lunch! read more

Paid 18 dollars for 4 tacos and a small freeze. Not even are the prices up, bit all taco shells were completely STALE. Frequent this Taco Bell more often then I'd like to admit. Never really disappointed with it however. They're quick and get your order right. Food is hot and fresh, never stale. Only thing I can say is the breakfast, the A.M. Crunch wrap was great, but the waffle taco was nasty. I'd give them four stars because if it, but I think it's a franchise wide problem. Determined to see what the hype was about with the waffle taco I tried it at two other different taco bells. Each time it was the same. A nasty waffle with some breakfast stuff on it. Lastly, I think it's impossible to eat that waffle taco without the syrup they give you. Recommendations include: Crunch Wrap Supreme. A.M. Crunch Wrap. All the grillers. Happy Hour is 2pm - 5pm. Great place for a quick lunch if you are at Camp Murray. Went twice before writing this review and ordered the #3 twice. Food came out fast and with the exception that I asked for a dine in the second visit and they made it to-go(minor issue), everything was as expected. Perhaps they ran out of clean trays when they completed my order and bagged it instead. Who knows.... I am just glad they didn't put it on a dirty tray. The dining area(tables and chairs) were clean and food was not thrown all over the floor. In spite of being busy, the order came out fast. They didn't cheat me out on meat. My supreme soft tacos were pretty full with a good balance of vegetables, meat, and sauces. Parking can be tight and if you don't come in from the back of the restaurant, you may have to exit the parking lot and make a left to park in the back behind the restaurant. My only small gripe is when you tell them your first name and last initial, they only call out your first name. For someone with a common name, this can be a problem so I give restaurants a last initial. Otherwise, a perfect quick bite fast food stop. read more

Everything I get here just doesn't taste like it should, almost every time the food is very dry and the only way to eat it is to drown it in Fire Sauce. If you're looking to satisfy a Taco Bell craving don't go here, I really wanted a Volcano Burrito and it was complete and utter crap. If you've only ever been to this location, try another Taco Bell and taste the difference. UPDATE: This location commits fraud, they charged me $0.40 more then my receipt shows. A small amount, but fraud still. Don't buy here if you want to avoid being scammed and possible identify theft. They have no one on the registers. All customers are expected to use the kiosks. I clicked pay with cash for my $3 order and it didn't go into the queue until I asked someone about it. When I complained I was informed it was my fault. Everyone was obviously busy and stressed out. Some of them had no problem passing that on to the customers. One girl was nice and fixed my order. If you have to go here use the drive-through because they will at least take your order. TB needs to pay people better so they can have enough people on staff to run a restaurant. Always check your order before you leave at this Taco Bell! The food is usually cooked well & tastes great but at least 50% of the time there's something wrong with my order. I keep coming to this location because it's the only Taco Bell in the area that does Breakfast (and I love the TB breakfast items!). However, yesterday I stopped here for breakfast and got a steak & burrito, a mountain dew AM, & a hash brown. When I got home I found out that I was given a bacon & egg burrito instead (which is much cheaper than what I ordered). Other times I've left to later find only 2 cinnabon delights (instead of 4), and other items missing. I love Taco Bell and their Happy Hour. I go to this Taco Bell often since it's near the base and I go through the drive thru. In the mornings and Late nights it's pretty okay; they have good service and don't mess up my orders. However, during their Happy Hour and Lunch they always mess up my order. Don't get me wrong, I like free food, but I hate waiting to fix my messed up order. Thd worse case I had with them was when my family and I went during happy hour. We wanted to try some of their new $1 items. Now all these mess up were with one order. The first time they messed up our order was they charged an extra freezer when we didn't order it. Ofcourse we checked while still in drive thru, they refunded us and let us keep the extra freezer. The second time they messed up we were almost out of the parking lot and I was going through the bag and they left out 3 items. We had to park and actually go inside to get our items. When you go through drive through you don't want to take more than 5 minutes. This was a 20 minute food run for just a few items. When we got our missing items 2 out of 3 were cold and the 3rd one was a mini quesadilla and it was a mess it stuck to the foil and the cheese was all over the foil and couldn't eat it. Worse experience here ever. I would never go here during Happy Hour and Lunch again. read more

We came into Taco Bell this evening and we were greeted by BLESAM! He is very kind and considerate. He greeted my family with a big smile and welcomed us like we have never been greeted at any fast food restaurant before. My son wasn't feeling well and didn't want to order anything. BLESAM said that he would make something especially for him. My son loved the taco he made. My son ordered the orange cream beverage and the machine didn't freeze any of the contents. So BLESAM refilled the machine and made a fresh orange cream drink and brought it to our table. When the food was ready for my family. He helped my boyfriend carry the food to our table. BLESAM is very attentive and a very positive person. He was very sweet to our family and we couldn't stop smiling and telling him how happy we were with our service. It is not often that anyone can come into a fast food restaurant and enjoy good customer service. This store is truly blessed to have BLESAM as an employee. If he chose to work here long-term I'm sure he would be a great asset in a managerial position. He would be a great host at any high end restaurant. My 86-year-old mother and I came here today for lunch. It was right after the first of the month, during the heaviest lunch hour time, across from JB LM, and the restaurant was very busy. I want to give a huge shout out to our cashier Shannisha Henderson. Not only was she very friendly with $1 million smile; she went above and beyond to help us and then check on us while we were eating to make sure everything was good. As I sat there with my mother for 45 minutes eating lunch I observed her cleaning areas in the dining area that weren't even really dirty, picking up peoples trays, and in general just being an amazing hostess. I love the service here. No matter how crowded it gets, I've always gotten great service...even in the drive thru. Now, what I don't like is lunch time traffic.
