The worst service ever put my order in wrong wouldn't fix it without making me wait in a long line I ordered with one person in front of me took 30 minutes to make avoid this location at all costs staff was also incredibly rude I will never visit another Taco Bell you lost my money. I visited on May 25th at 1:19 pm so the manager can know what staff sucked. Also if the staff puts in your order wrong and you want to fix it they shouldn't make you get back in line for 30 minutes at the very least you should be able to pay and get it right away. Road trip detour! We pulled off the freeway for gas and a quick bite. After gassing up we chose to drive through the Taco Bell which was across the street. Big mistake! We waited forever and paid an appalling $24.39 for 4 crunchy tacos and 2 bean & cheese burritos!!!! It would have been more satisfying and cheaper at In-N-Out. At this point its just comedy! By far the best Taco Bell I have been to and I have been to many. I generally expect my food to be greasy, messy, service to be slow and restaurant to be dirty. But I generally like the food. What a pleasant surprise on my way to Southern California to find a clean Taco Bell, my order to come out exactly as ordered and the food was fresh with crisp taco shells, lettuce, meat that tasted like meat, no excessive grease, and nachos with a lot of toppings. I'm used to a minimal amount of toppings. The food looked good. The people were also very nice. I had actually intended to go to IN-N-OUT but came here because I couldn't find parking at IN-N-OUT. I use the mobile app and two different people came to the window and asked me to pay even though I already paid and cheese burrito and a cheese roll up literally eight minutes for them to get my order out the window on top of another 15 waiting in line. This Taco Bell hit the SPOT. After a long vacay weekend in Disneyland we felt like some quick cheap Mexican food and this place delivered. Cashier was super chill and the food came out hot fresh and tasted top-tier Taco Bell quality. They have plenty of hot sauce packets as well which separates the average TBs from the elite ones. Gonna remember this place next time I'm about to pass through the grapevine for sure. Also a nice little seating area outside which made the experience even better! We stopped here on our long drive from LA because we were craving some Taco bell. This one is clean even the bathrooms. My MIL and I both agreed that the quality of their food was excellent. The tacos weren't smashed, they actually put enough in them too. The cheese for my nachos was warm and the chips didn't taste old. I've been eating taco bell since the 80s and yes, it's now pricey.
