Absolutely disgusting experience, if I could give them negative stars, I would! The women's restroom had no toilet paper, and the feminine hygiene disposal bin was overflowing with used products. Outside wasn't any better--the trash cans were overflowing, and garbage was scattered throughout the parking lot. This place looked neglected. There was only one kiosk to order from, and after waiting, I asked if someone could take my order at the register. I was told no and sent back to the kiosk. Yet minutes later, I watched an employee take a white family's order at the register. Whether it was favoritism or something worse, it certainly made me feel like they were picking and choosing who deserved service. After waiting over 15 minutes for our food, my fries were served directly on a plastic tray with no paper liner. When I asked for one, I was told they didn't have any and that the trays were "clean." Based on the filthy condition of the restaurant, I didn't believe that for a second. This location is dirty, poorly managed, and provides inconsistent customer service. Road trip detour! We pulled off the freeway for gas and a quick bite. After gassing up we chose to drive through the Taco Bell which was across the street. Big mistake! We waited forever and paid an appalling $24.39 for 4 crunchy tacos and 2 bean & cheese burritos!!!! It would have been more satisfying and cheaper at In-N-Out. At this point its just comedy! The worst service ever put my order in wrong wouldn't fix it without making me wait in a long line I ordered with one person in front of me took 30 minutes to make avoid this location at all costs staff was also incredibly rude I will never visit another Taco Bell you lost my money. I visited on May 25th at 1:19 pm so the manager can know what staff sucked. Also if the staff puts in your order wrong and you want to fix it they shouldn't make you get back in line for 30 minutes at the very least you should be able to pay and get it right away. I stopped at this Taco Bell at the base of the Grapevine. While it was a little more expensive than a typical Taco Bell, the quality of the food was amazing. My taco was filled to the brim with meat and my Encherito was also perfection. The kid at the drive thru was also very friendly and gave us a lot of hot sauce. Worst Taco Bell ever ! Don't come here wait over 35 minutes for food. The point of fast food is to be in and out of the drive through but no it was almost half an hour wait even after the app claimed my mobile was ready. The worst part is that they replaced the meat with beans without even asking if it was okay. They put not meat in the Crunchwrap and put beans instead of beef in the taco. By far the best Taco Bell I have been to and I have been to many. I generally expect my food to be greasy, messy, service to be slow and restaurant to be dirty. But I generally like the food. What a pleasant surprise on my way to Southern California to find a clean Taco Bell, my order to come out exactly as ordered and the food was fresh with crisp taco shells, lettuce, meat that tasted like meat, no excessive grease, and nachos with a lot of toppings. I'm used to a minimal amount of toppings. The food looked good. The people were also very nice. I had actually intended to go to IN-N-OUT but came here because I couldn't find parking at IN-N-OUT. Don't come here. In n out is faster. It's double the price of any other Taco Bell. The staff are all confused. I use the mobile app and two different people came to the window and asked me to pay even though I already paid and cheese burrito and a cheese roll up literally eight minutes for them to get my order out the window on top of another 15 waiting in line. This Taco Bell hit the SPOT. After a long vacay weekend in Disneyland we felt like some quick cheap Mexican food and this place delivered. Cashier was super chill and the food came out hot fresh and tasted top-tier Taco Bell quality. They have plenty of hot sauce packets as well which separates the average TBs from the elite ones. Gonna remember this place next time I'm about to pass through the grapevine for sure. Also a nice little seating area outside which made the experience even better! Very clean bathroom and inside as well. Little pricey but it's near the grapevine so hey, supply and demand read more

We stopped here on our long drive from LA because we were craving some Taco bell. This one is clean even the bathrooms. My MIL and I both agreed that the quality of their food was excellent. The tacos weren't smashed, they actually put enough in them too. The cheese for my nachos was warm and the chips didn't taste old. I've been eating taco bell since the 80s and yes, it's now pricey.
