Thanks El Pollo Loco for being the first fast food I drove past, so my dogs could have a nice Thanksgiving meal. Yes I did feed my dogs your entire half chicken. No that doesn't mean it doesn't taste good, quite the opposite. It was demolished down to the scraps. I don't approve of employees being forced to work during the holidays but ...my dogs say thank you. They are most thankful. Sadly I won't be back because regular authentic Mexican food is probably cheaper than this. Cant afford to be dropping fifteen bucks for fast food, sorry. read more

Ordered delivery. They sent the wrong thing. Food would have been ok if they sent the correct salsas, salad dressing, etc. Tried to called restaurant but they don't pick up phone. A few months ago manager was very helpful. The last two times - and this was probably my last time - had multiple issues. read more

Update: so they finally refunded my money a few weeks ago. Altogether it took several phone calls taking up at least an hour of my time, and i was asked to come in physically in person and present my receipt. This was my favorite go to place for fast food as it was always grilled to perfection! Last night I had to return my chicken 3 times as it came to me greasy fried and loose. I believe they are cutting costs with the grill by frying the chicken first then adding grill marks! This should be fire grilled chicken as stated on the ads but it isn't! I had a very negative experience here I wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered and the manager would not allow me to. He said I had to order something to use the bathroom and I really had to go. So I decided not to give my business to Pollo Loco and I went to Trader Joe's and they let me use the restroom with no issues and no purchase. First had EL POLLO LOCO decades ago in the Navy in VA and it was such a much better option than Taco Bell. That grilled marinated chicken flavor incorporated throughout their various dishes CANT be duplicated. Highway robbery. A BRC burrito costing $4.99 each!?! All other locations it costs $2.79. Street corn dbl Pollo fit bowl goes for $12.99 at this location. $10.79 price everywhere else. The location is always clean, easily accessible with free parking in the back and the staff are so friendly. Arturito and David have helped me out a few times at the register and they're great. If you're in the area and craving Mexican food, your options are limited so it's nice having this location now. One thing to note: If you're a West Hollywood resident the prices here shouldn't surprise you much. You'll pay ~ $13 for a meal + drink. Remember, this is not some rundown location off the freeway. Worst location ever. They don't include any dressing with the salad ever or avocado when you pay extra for the double tostada salad. Every other location seems to get it right. Also every time you go in they look like they are about to close. I'm never giving them a chance again. When I called they didn't offer any reasoning to why they didn't include the things I paid for or what they planned to do to rectify this. I am not asking for extras, just the things I paid for.
