Went here 12/19/18 at 9am. I walked and I heard the cashier on her cell phone in the back she said she would be right with me. After a few minutes a see a car pull up to drive thru and I asked if anyone was gonna help and she said "I Told You it would be a minute". Then she began to wait on another vehicle in the drive thru. There was a employee cleaning and he told me its always like that . I ended up leaving as I was in parking lot I contacted customer service and never got a response. I guess Taco Bell is to big to care about their customers concerns...I will not visit this taco bell ever again. Just to update I reported this to Taco Bell and they never followed up.. This place was renovated recently and this was my first time here. I went in the evening around 6, just to give a pump to the snacking. The staff was slow, put the wrong order. We got the regular tacos which had beef in it. But I had ordered beans plus extra veggies in the taco. Seriously speaking in our custom we cannot eat / touch beef. Being totally vegetarian n specifically telling beans, this happened. I was too irritated coz the counter seems to be relaxed, then how could the staff put a wrong order. Let me just start by saying Taco Bell HAS to bring the Sriracha burrito back! How can they create such a perfect food and then just take it away. That's cruel. In general I love Taco Bell as a fast food place. But I have found a great variation in quality from one to the other. So I will be reviewing Taco Bell locations as I go to them. I have been eating occasionally at this Taco Bell for the past 20 years and I have to say it is one of the most consistent TBs around. The employees there have also always been very friendly to me also. There are some TBs where you go in and if you order a bean burrito they seem to think it's just a quick snack or something and they make it so small it looks like it should be on an hors d'oeuvre tray. They don't always seem to understand that this bean burriito might be your lunch and you might not be eating anything else for quite a while. Well this location tends to give you a product pretty close to what you see in the picture. It's also been pretty clean there. You see the people come out to clean the tables and floor very frequently. I always like to leave my table completely clean when I'm done. It's gross when people leave a mess behind. I came inside the lobby and was instructed to leave because only the drive-by window would be open. Since I was already in, I asked if I could get food... for my baby (my car had broke down)... Nope. I'm not reviewing about the food-pretty much everyone knows what Taco Bell food is like. For those of you who don't, it's cheap 'Mexican' style food. Cheap and tasty, but nowhere near authentic Mexican cuisine. Anywho, I'm reviewing this particular location. My family usually goes for late-night snacks (because when else would you crave this stuff?). Nine times out of ten, they get our order wrong, and we have to get back in line. Most of the time, they'll forget to put in an item. However, our last trip there will probably be our last. We went around midnight, through the drive-thru. The young woman who took our order was mumbling into her headset and we could barely hear her. Our order was big, and I don't recall every single item we ordered, but I specifically recall my father saying he wanted six Taco Supremes, a Mexi Melt, Cinna Twists, and a Dorito-Loco Taco. We pulled up, paid, and got our food. Before driving off (there was no one behind us), my father checked the bags. Instead of the Taco Supremes, there were Burrito Supremes. He motioned for someone to come over. A different young man came over; my dad explained the mistake. To our chagrin, the guy proceeded to argue with my dad, saying, "No, you ordered six Burrito Supremes." The manager came over after a minute and told my dad, "There were three of us on the headset; we all heard you say 'burrito." Now, my sister and I both heard our dad ask for tacos; it even displayed as tacos on the screen! By this point, we were irritated (and also, the woman who originally took our order was MIA). The manager suddenly and reluctantly said they'd make the tacos and to hold on, and dashed off. Five minutes later, she brought out the tacos and said we could keep the burritos as she couldn't accept them back. My dad pulled out the receipt to show her that we did in fact order tacos. She then snapped back, something about ordering the Dorito Taco box. My dad held up the item in question to show her there was no box. The manager turned to the register, pulled out money, and gave it to him. "Here's your money," she said in a rude tone, "and your food is free." Goodbye." Upon returning home, we noticed then that the Mexi Melt and Cinna Twists were missing. The replaced tacos were all Dorito Tacos and barely had any meat or filling in them. The entire experience was just aggravating and disgusting. Clearly, the employees didn't give a damn about properly completing our order, and what possessed them to tell US what we ordered was just mind-blowing. Rude and incompetent staff! The food may have been free, but we didn't even want that. All we wanted was for them to acknowledge THEIR mistake and just give us what we originally ordered. Came thru on Christmas Eve and ordered 2 soft Taco supremes, a meximelt and small Pepsi. Total...$9.00!!! The drive thru attendant said "yeah they just raised the prices". When I got my food the Taco supremes were greasy around the outside of the shell and sticking to the wrapper. Same with the meximelt, like it had been made earlier and not to order. The Pepsi was on its last legs like they needed to change the syrup box. For that price I'd rather go to Moe's in South Windsor. read more

Went to this location after work cuz my better half tasked me to pick up food on the way home. There were cones blocking drive through I placed my order at 9:48 at approx 10:08 I asked my fiancé to let me take a loss and leave. The team lead was counting the register, someone was stocking the warmer and my 4piece order took half a freaking hour. Take it a step farther they locked the lobby without informing anyone (at least without informing me) I have weak joints and dislocated my knee after trying to push the door open with my hip since I had sodas in both hands. So in summary- not only did the service take forever, (personally at that point I'd like to think they'd stop counting the drawer to help the team take care of the customers half an hour for fast food is kind of ridiculous) but the fact that nobody said 'hey we are locking the front doors use the side one to get out' and it got me hurt is just icing on the cake. I ordered a number one combo and the lady said $8.07 please. I drive up the the window and she handed me my meal and I handed her a $20.00 bill to pay for my food. She hands me $00.53 for my change, I don't know how she's came up with that amount or where she did her math but correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's not the correct amount I'm supposed to be getting back. I stayed at the window and she opens it back up and says "you're all set..." I told her I didn't get all my change back so she leaves the window and does what ever and comes back and hands me another $00.43 and she leaves the window again. When she comes back I told her I still am missing change and she leaves the window AGAIN for a few minutes, comes back and hands me a $10.00 so then I ask for my receipt and she tells me "I can't do anything about that." I tell her I'm still missing another dollar. So she takes a dollar out of her pocket and tell be you can have the one in my pocket. I've never had this much trouble with receiving my change back from anywhere I've paid cash. I really don't understand why it was so hard for her the give my the correct change when there is literally a computer right in front of her to tell her how much to give me, I sat there and did the math in my head, it's really not that hard. read more

Do not come here if you plan to eat in or take out. They have 1 person making mobile and eat in/take out orders. And 2-3 people making solely drive thru orders. Twice in the past 2 months did i go to eat in and had to wait 20 minutes the first time while 10 cars flew through the drive thru. Another customer who ordered after me made a stink about it, and the incredible staff did nothing about fixing the problem. And i went again the other day, thinking the previous visit was an anomaly. While i sat there waiting for our food, at least 8 drive thru customers got theirs. After 15 minutes, i went up and requested a refund for everything but the one item i had received. The employees were aggravated that i was displeased with the service. And the male making the food was having a meltdown. He said he was making our order then. Um, 15 minutes after i paid for it and no customers in front of me? That's unacceptable. And then he started throwing food around in the kitchen area. That is not only inappropriate, it is unsanitary. This problem will not ever get fixed as long as taco bell believes their lazy drive thru customers are more important than everyone else. If you have 3-4 people preparing the food, they should work together to make orders in the order they come in. Dont worry about a stupid timer that lazy people cant wait too long. Why spend all the money to remodel the dining room in all your stores, if you don't actually want people to use them? read more

This was the most deplorable experience my friends and I have ever had at a fast food establishment EVER. When my friend asked for her forgotten quesadilla, the woman at the register said "it's coming next". My friend then received her item 20 minutes later. This is disgusting and outrageous. My daughter and I went to this Taco Bell, in the drive through, on Sunday, Aug. 21, at just after 2 p.m. She pre-ordered and pre-paid her order through the Taco Bell app. I have never received poorer service at a food drive-through. We got into the line at just after 2 and we didn't get out until almost 2:30! I saw employees walking around inside the restaurant, but all that bustling around didn't translate into efficient service. We planned to see a movie at 2:30, an 8-minute drive from the restaurant, and we were late for the movie. That really made me mad. I have three main objections: 1) The way the drive-through is designed, once you're in it up to a point, there is no escape. So even if it is clear early on that the service is terrible, you can't leave. Many cars behind us pulled out of the drive-through because they saw, like we did, that the drive-through was a nightmare. But we couldn't pull out. We had gone too far. Not only is that a terrible way to treat your customers -- you hold them hostage, essentially -- but it is a safety hazard. What if there was an emergency or a fire in the restaurant? The fire marshal should force you to redesign the drive-through. 2) Once you order your food on the app and pay for it, you're stuck with the bill. So if you pass the order box and then move up to get your food, again, there is no escape. You're out all that money and you have no choice but to put up with the terrible service. Again, you are being held hostage by employees who don't give a damn about you. 3) The general inefficiency of the staff. I complained to the window girl about the lousy service. She apologized half-heartedly. She didn't seem to care at all. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. read more
