I mean... it's Taco Bell. We are not giving out awards here people. However, in the Taco Bell world, this is one of the better ones in the Nashville vicinity. Clean inside. Kind and attentive workers. They listen and (most of the time) get your order correct. I can think of and list so many terrible things that have happened at other locations, none of which have happened here. Hoping not a fluke. Keep at it, friends! Food was below average even for Taco Bell standards. The drive thru person was extremely rude.

Ordered two burrito supremes. Opened my bag when I got home and had two Doritos locos tacos. Drove back and explained my issue to the manager. He was very accommodating and gave me the burrito supremes for the (cheaper) price I paid for the two tacos. Got home and found two bean burritos with chicken in my bag. Manager was professional but the other workers seem to be incompetent. This happened Thursday August 1st at 11pm. At this point driving back isn't worth it but I won't be giving Taco Bell my business again. read more

The audacity to make me a cheese quesadilla with no cheese is absolutely unacceptable. Let me set the scene for you so you truly understand the disappointment I felt with my cheeseless quesadilla. I was sitting at home having a delightful evening of watching movies with a friend, when we decided we would get some taco bell. We into the car (and buckled up of course) then headed off to taco bell (DING). Once we arrived at taco bell (DING) I obviously ordered my favorite, A cheese quesadilla (Just cheese, no sauce.) Everything went smoothly through the drive through with an exception of me calling the drive through worker a sir when it was a maam. I received my quesadilla and was ecstatic. I was even disciplined enough to wait till I got home to eat it! But when I arrived home...something did not taste right in my quesadilla. "They did not put much cheese in this," I exclaimed. Drive thru experience went well. I use to app to track rewards, but had difficulty using those rewards at another location. Inside here is always clean, including restrooms. It's great to have a covered outdoor seating area on pleasant days or if my dog is traveling with me. He can stretch his four paws too. read more

I have given this Taco Bell numerous times to prepare my food properly. I ordered the #1 combo soft plus a regular taco in the place of the fries. I get home and my food is thrown together, not fresh, and a hot sloppy mess. This is it for me at this bougie Brentwood location. Make a damn taco like you would eat it. They ain't cheap either. I walked in to loud music blasting from their own speaker.. I shrugged it off and ordered through the kiosk because I knew no one would stop to take my order. When my food was ready, the guy behind the counter meowed at me. HA! I can't make this up. He never gave me my cup for my drink so I asked for it and he looked at me like I had 3 heads, continued preparing his food for at least 30 seconds then handed me the cup and meowed at me again. First, the order taker did not pay attention to what I said. I had to tell him several times what I wanted because he kept messing it up, Then, Antrelle forgot my Pineapple Slush that I paid $2.49 for then my extra sides of Creamy Jalapeno Sauce were missing. I paid .40 for them. Then, I asked for HOT sauce because I'm allergic to Fire and guess what? I got a boatload of FIRE sauces in my bag. I didn't realize those items were missing until I got home - 30 minutes away. I tried to call, but the phone was off the hook. We paid $18.00 for crap. Unfortunately, because of your staff's carelessness I "donated" $3.00 to Taco Bell in missing items. Thanks for nothing. We won't be back. This was the Edmondson Pike, Nashville, TN location. This is a great location. Some locations are really sloppy with their food preparation, but these guys get it right every time. I'd have to say the only drawback is that they aren't as fast as the other locations. However I prefer the quality over speed personally. So I always go to this one. In addition to the above, it's conveniently located near where I live, and it's right next to the grocery store :-) read more

I would normal not leave a review for a fast food chain, cause I mean, it's Taco Bell. But this experience was great. They told us to pull ahead and wait, that it would be a minute, and it was about 10 mins later that I went to see where our order was. I have them the receipt and turns out they had given our order to someone else, but they were so nice and helpful with correcting the order, to the point of giving free coupons and even offering a free drink. I just really appreciate people that have a kind heart even to a complete stranger who's just ordering some tacos. read more

This is not the location to go to if you want fast service, but I can't complain. Everyone's friendly and patient, and the food is good!

This location is a combined Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, so you can get both pizzas and Mexican food. Well, Taco Bell's variation on Mexican food. Nothing special about this location, but nothing bad either. Staff always seems fairly efficient even the late-night shift. Restaurant has generally been clean when I go in, their health reports that they post in front are always scores in the 90's. read more

Wow, Clavert is a star!!! Amazing service and attitude. She helped us pick what to eat with dietary restrictions and was super attentive and on top of it. I hate having to write this review but this has happened CONSISTENTLY... this particular Taco Bell closes between 15-30 minutes early EVERY night. I pulled into the drive-thru at 1:40a, 20 minutes before close (mind you I tried to call at 1:30 to give them a heads up, of course NO ANSWER), and as soon as we pulled up a woman came on the speaker and said "due to me not having any staff, we closed early".. here's my issue, THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME WE COME THERE within 30 minutes of closing. read more

Felt like getting a quick snack today so went for my fave - potato soft taco. And was greeted at the window by the nicest most unexpected compliment - the girl said I was pretty! Which of course is most sincere when it comes from another female. I only had to wait a minute for fresh potatoes to be prepared for my taco and was generously gifted with free cinnamon twists "for my wait"!! I am blown away....but it gets better.. the girl comes running out with fire sauce that I previously asked for!! This is my first EVER yelp review. I just couldn't let this amazing customer service go unnoticed. Truly, this is a small thing that made my day. We went and ordered a variety taco party pack, two beefy nacho grillers, two potato grillers, and cinna twists about thirty minutes ago (at 11:52pm.) There was a man and a woman working. We understood that it's late and it would take awhile and it was totally fine. We actually got our food in a decent amount of time considering how much we ordered. We did not get our receipt, we did not get either of the potato grillers, we ate five items and realized THEY SPIT IN OUR FOOD. After eating five of the items we opened one of the soft tacos from the party pack and there was spit visibly all over the inside of the wrapper. We will be speaking with a manager. read more

This service here is usually OK. But the past two times that I've gone through the drive-through I've had to be pulled up into front of the store and have sat there and waited for at least 15 minutes before getting my food. I understand if they have to make things fresh but the point of a drive-through is to get in and to get out. I don't want to wait a total of 20 to 25 minutes from when I start the process to get my food. Will know longer be visiting. read more

Was leaving town stopped by Taco Bell and ordered my food. They forgot my potato griller so I went back in and showed the black lady working the window. She then gave it back to me put the order back in. The rude black fellow that was being the dirty worker making tacos refused to give me my griller. I threw my receipt away and the black guy came and said I needed to search thru the trash to get my receipt or I can't get my food...I go to this Taco Bell probably 2x a week but that was the last time I go to that place. This Taco Bell is not a bad location, but PLEASE make Sure to Check your order. My roommate is a vegetarian, and while she may not admit it, it really upset her whenever she took a bite into her OBVIOUSLY marked meal saying NO MEAT, and it had ground beef all over! Now, I eat meat avidly and get that it could be a mix up, but if you take the time to write in SHARPIE that the meal is meat free, then it should be!!! read more
