I placed an online order and checked in about 15 mins prior to arriving to pick it up. I was not acknowledged at all. The cashier didn't look at me once. I had to wave over one of the employees making the food just to ask for a status on my online order. It's not the fact that their drive-thru was busy, but the neglect to myself and my order. Of course after I asked I did not get an estimated time of wait, but I did end up waiting the same amount of time as if I ordered in the store. Rarely do I eat fast food BUT this review is a classic case of the customer reporting something negative about an establishment. Usually I am not the type to do BUT here the manager/supervisor (younger guy) is awesome and with great energy!!! This is my second encounter with him and he is truly the definition of customer service. His team on the other hand (and older gentlemen and very monotone) can give a rats ass about the customer experience. I go thru the drive thru and can barely understand/hear him because he's speaking in such a low tone of "don't give a damn" and even though I asked him to speak up multiple times he chooses not to! Get to the window and they are out of chips for my meal. He proceeds to tell me that "they are out so you WILL get cinnamon twist" I say to him I don't want those, is there anything else. Says "no nothing else" and closes the window on me!!! ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I speak to the manager/supervisor and he fixes the issue with grace and professionalism! Moral of this review is that, unless you have the manager/supervisor (young gentleman) you will most likely have an unwelcoming and bad experience here. Ordered the free Doritos locos tacos. When I ordered the woman thought I was ordering the ones that cost money. I had two people in the car so I ordered two according to the promotion. I checked the screen and asked for the free ones. She answered, "Two!?" I said yes. She replied, "Is there two people in the car!?!" I said yes. I drove up to the window and she gave it to us. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. When I finally got to the order speaker, the girl asked to take my order and then went silent. Then told me to hold on, then vanished for almost five minutes. Then she can back on as if nothing had happened and asked me to order again. I ordered. No answer. Then finally another person came on and asked for my order. I was like "can I please order now?" And she said "What?" I finally order. It takes another ten minutes to get to the payment window...and no one is there. I get out and knock on the window. No one answers. Finally someone shows up. Another 10 minutes later I get up to the window.....and nothing. We overhear someone say "I'm so confused!" As they're working. Then finally after FOREVER, I knock on the pickup window. A girl comes and tells me "we have to do lobby orders and drive thru orders and we are short staffed" there are three cars in the parking lot and I counted five staff members. There is absolutely no reason it should have take more than ten minutes. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told very rudely "I don't know how much longer." And then in my hearing, she turned to her coworker and said "I'm trying to cook food and you assholes are impatient." Finally, after we get everything...they gave me the wrong soda. This is bullshit. Train your people how to handle more than one order at a time. Train them to be polite. They have one job that I've done before, so fire hem if they can't make tacos. yeah so my friends and i have been coming to this taco bell over any other taco bell for a few good reasons... they never bail on us, their service is reasonable considering we've always came to around mid-night or later, and their food was always pretty "accurate" to order...simply put; this is a pretty good taco bell to come to weather it be during mid-night or around the after-noon hours other places though may have gone the lazy late shift workers way (and for those who know whats thats like then of course youd know how that feels) and couldve just given us a crap job of our orders...which has happened elsewhere other than quality, id also like to add a tiny note about the employees...theyre great...theyve been great since weve started working there...no fussy attitude, just people trying to finish their late night shifts which is definitely a plus and i feel that if you have good staff then customers will have good service anyway thats all i have to say about this particular taco bell but dont let this review ensure you that its always gonna be this way read more

Went to Taco Bell on Friday to get some lunch. I sat in line so long that I had to backup and leave. This seems to be a consistent problem with this place. Good management just doesn't exist, or else the owner just doesn't care about providing good service. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I've come here and tried going through the drive through it takes over 30 minutes for the simplest of orders. The point of fast food is for it to be fast. If it weren't for my husband wanting taco bell we'd never come here, and will likely drive to other locations to avoid this, and still be home quicker. I love Taco Bell and always have. I'm sure I always will, because especially for someone like myself who doesn't eat red meat, there are SO MANY OPTIONS. And the fact that you can customize anything is so super cool. I find that the food at this location is consistently good, but the reason I found I MUST Yelp this spot is because their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Like, for real. Best customer service I think I have ever had at a fast food joint and it's always like that. There is one guy I get often who is African American and wears glasses and he is AWESOME. We told her the microphone didn't work so we drove to the window in return she told us that she was having a big problem and that she can't take our order because we drive to the window. It comes with a taco, burrito supreme, chalupa, nachos & a beverage for $5.99. The slushees are good as well, I like the Baja Blast.
