BIG ZERO STARS! If I could leave a negative star I would! Today, on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered from the Taco Bell app and decided to retrieve order inside the store instead of the drive thru. Huge mistake because it seems that the drive thru customers are priority. I walked in, straight to the counter, and while the person managing the front and drive thru seen me, there was no greeting, she just continued to count out sauce packets, literally. After standing there for MINUTES, she came over and asked if I was there for another order. I told her I ordered on the app and literally pointed to the box that sat on the table near the drive thru. Guess what she did? She said "ok..." and resumed with taking orders through the drive-through. My order was already made, and just sitting on the counter. I verbally said "hello that's my order! Can I get my order?" Still no response. There were 4 ladies in the restaurant, as far as I could see. 3 prepped and made the food, 1 taking orders. When I first moved to the area I was stoked to live right next to taco bell. It's been my favorite fast food joint especially with the fresco option. My wife is vegan and she takes the time to order on the app to make it easier. She always orders the black bean crunch wrap supreme fresco. I typically check the order because I know people make mistakes and i'd rather avoid any trouble. Since I had such great luck at this location with the fresco option I decided not to check it out. Of course, this is the time I should have. I don't understand how ground beef ended up in my black bean crunchwrap supreme. They removed the cheese and the sauce. But ground beef? Unfortunately, my wife ate half of it mindlessly not paying attention but once she did she went into a whirlwind. She's been vegan for 15 years so this took a toll on her and shes refused to go back to any taco bell for this reason. What makes it worse is i went back to change it and this time they gave me black beans, but with the cheese sauce. I couldn't catch a break, i had to drive back to taco bell 3x to get this corrected. So my take is if you want something customized or are trying to watch what you eat for religious or health reasons, this location isn't for you. Ah, T-Bell I love you, I really do. You may not be real, authentic Mexican, but this guy from Pennsylvania doesn't care (at times) and just wants some nachos and cheap tacos. Popped in here the other day needing a snack since I'd been on the road and not eaten all so I figured all the calories I've stored up in the day could be used on some tacos. There was no one inside, except for a few employees. The TV was on blast where it was playing one of those random music channels from your DirectTV. I ordered one of their five dollar cravings box which has a little bit of everything, but not enough for me so I ordered some nachos too. While waiting, I got my drink. I felt like every soda from the fountain was flat. Good because soda is terrible for you and I should have gotten an iced tea, bad, because I really wanted some Baja blast. Finally my food came. The nachos were steaming hot. The two tacos I had were good- typical T-Bell good and the burrito I had I could have done without. Something wasn't right. I think it was the beans to be honest. Wasn't a fan. That I didn't finish, but everything else I scarfed down. Taco Bell is that place where you can order feast for $8. Sometimes it's hit or miss and even when it's a miss, it's still doable. This location is alright in my eyes. The service here is terrible especially the night shift. Every time I come to this drive through after a night of work just wanting a quick grab of food or anything before going to bed they always seem to pull the same trick every time. They don't want to work anymore so they just completely ignore the drive through for hours until every car gets fed up and leave or until they're officially closed so they no longer have to service you. No matter how many times you say hello, or ask if anyone is there nobody answers knowing they have 7 cars backed up in the line. Like okay I understand it's 1:00am but first off it clearly states you guys close at 3 so if you didn't want to work don't apply for the job or put closing as your availability because clearly you don't want to work. Also there's people like me who just got off work looking for something to grab before heading in for the night but instead we wasted hours in line and it's to late to try anywhere else so we're going to bed empty handed. I had to do it.. those new Taco Bell fries were just too intriguing to resist. And you know what, they were worth every calorie of every bite. I'm glad they are served as a small portion because I'd have a difficult time not eating the whole darn thing if they were served in a bucket with a quart of delicious nacho cheese. I was speechless when I witnessed an innocent customer who was yelled at to moved their car back from the pick up window after asking why....the girl at the window called the customer a dumb asshole. I was blown away, and told the customer to not accept anything, let alone food from this girl or this place. This type of behavior is unacceptable and the management team seems to be on the same level. After the customer request refund, the glass window was slammed in their face and food snatched back by the same person working the window. Do not [[ DO NOT ]] go to this location. It's the closest one to my home, so I've made this mistake far too many times. The drive through is slow when busy, and that's pretty often because of the location. This is the least of your concerns here. The taco salads are usually ok. They rarely have all the right ingredients or sides, but it's a safer choice. The hard shell tacos are absolute trash here. The spine/fold of the taco shell *will* becomes greasy and split by the time you get a chance to eat it. Even if it's less than a 5 minute drive home. It's inedible. Some of the most vile tacos we have ever had come from this one. Service is usually crap, workers are distracted or don't care. You have to repeat the order many times and pray you get the right food back. Save your stomach as well, because you're pretty much guaranteed to get a case of bubble guts here. I have been here for lunch and it's been ok. The dinner crew is different though!!! Went Saturday night as I didn't feel like cooking and I was already in the area. The line was pretty long but they took orders quickly. When I got to the first window the woman took my credit card and then proceeded to have a conversation in creole as she was yelling back and forth. She did not even acknowledge me. Finally all the cars in front of me were gone and I asked her if I could have my card back. She replies "yes ma'am" and continues talking creole. I find this very rude in general but even more so in This setting. When she finally gives me my card back she tells me to wait and don't go yet, this was another 5 mins. I get to the front window and the next woman hands me my order but says something like "well if you don't like your order...." I said excuse me? She said oh no I said have a nice night. The staff was horrible. The food was cold. So cold that the paper it was wrapped in had stuck and ripped apart. The nachos Xxl had mostly that cheese, not much else and the guacamole like one spoon. Most recently, they asked me about order three or four times, with 2 different people on the speaker. Then they asked me twice what sauces I wanted. I repeated that I wanted hot and green again.
